I waited 15 minutes to be seated and after being seated a waiter and waitress looked directly at me and never came to my table but waited on the table behind me, so I waited 10 more minutes and no one I mean no one came to take my order, or offer me a drink, so I left and went to waffle house never going back to that Establishment

I was there Saturday with my granddaughter. The lady came up to us and got her drinks and our food, but only came back to give us a check. Did not check in to see how we re doing and if we need anything I m in customer service and hospitality myself, and I was just amazed That we were not checked on through our time there

The waitress Cherry did a horrible job serving my family and I. She forgot to get my younger sisters food and made her wait 10 minutes after everyone got their food, she forgot my mothers hash browns, and she didnt give us the correct amount of silverware needed for my party of 5. The lady across the room was staring at my sister and the salt was clumped together and chunky, not grainy like regular salt. It wasnt even able to shake out the fine crystals that it should and came out in big chunks. After saying that she didnt get her food, she left to go serve a different table and didnt come back until she gave the check. A whole different server had to give us the food. The syrup was cold and the handle was broken, making a big mess and more syrup than needed on food items. The bathrooms smell like burnt rubber and one of the locks on the bathrooms were broken. A sick kid was coughing and didnt wash his hands. Also, there was a boy in the womens restroom. The pancakes were good but made everyones stomach hurt after eating. The restrooms didnt have any soap or paper towels. Just nasty

12:30 pm I put the time because I threw my receipt away immediately after the interaction today. The food at this IHOP is always amazing. Thats why I still gave it 3 stars. Ive been coming here for 3 years. Today, I felt like the need to actually make a post. The service provided today by my waitress seems to be non caring about customers. I had the waitress take my order. She brought my beverage to my table and proceeded to immediately put my receipt on the table. BEFORE I even got my food. Walked by my table 2-3 times with empty beverage on the table and didnt even seem to look. I would understand if it was busy and I was missed, but this IHOP was not at the time. My waitress would circle around, talk to no one, and then hide in the kitchen. In summery: I was seated with a smile by the host, treated like a bother, and ate good food. If anyone reads this, youre better off coming in for the night crew if you want a good waitress

This location is not maintained. If you cant keep the customer area cleaned, whats the kitchen look like? Yuk! Ceiling tiles are filthy from the dirty air vents. Poor maintenance!. Dont bother eating here. I walked in, sat down at a sticky table and then looked up at the black dust on the ceiling vents and tiles. Yuk! Who knows what floating in the air! I immediately left and will never return.

We went in the afternoon, after any lunch rush. Our server was also the hostess at that time. Very nice young lady! She took our order and brought drinks quickly. We ordered the breakfast sampler and the pesto egg whites. The sampler came with pancakes, but neither of us was offered the ayce pancakes. Food was good, no issues there. My only problem was that the ladies room was disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere, and it smelled of raw sewage.

Our server Richmond was awesome! He was incredibly helpful with our order, food and beverages, and follow up. We will come back again because of him! Food was great. Too bad they stopped serving Swedish crepes. But the crepes with blueberries and strawberries were delicious too. Vegetarian options: Spinach and mushroom omelette was very good. They even have impossible sausage which I used to love but I had grits instead!

Celebrated my birthday with my girls . I server was having lots of problems and actually got burned with hot coffee. She is a trooper and kept going and was still pleasant through it all. But the food was excellent and we were amazed at the portion size. We had a great time. One question we forgot to ask about senior discounts.

Im usually quite forgiving when it comes to dining at IHOP, knowing well what to expect from a chain diner. However, my latest visit was exceptionally underwhelming. The service left much to be desired; our waitress, possibly new to the job, neglected even the most basic of hospitality gestures. Not once were we offered water, nor did we receive creamer or sugar for our coffee without having to ask. Strangely enough, my strawberry milkshake had to be heated up, which is quite the opposite of what one would expect. The delay in receiving our drinks only added to the frustration. To top it off, when it was time for the check, the waitresss approach was curt, asking us if we were ready in a manner that felt rather rude. It was a series of oversights that one wouldnt anticipate, making for a rather disheartening dining experience.

We went to IHOP on Hwey 6, on Sunday, the restaurant was ALONE, the waitress was super slow, she never came up to ask what I needed, I called her to ask for a soda and she answered, I cant come quickly because a table has just arrived and there are many drinks, I DONT UNDERSTAND, but do you want the 18 percent tip? I do not recommend it at all, I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I would give zero stars if I could. Every damn time I go to this location there s only one server, who s also the cook! Safety is clearly not an issue for whomever runs this location! I feel sorry for the lady that s doing the best she can! It s ALWAYS the other person hasn t shown up yet! If you can t staff this location then close it! Change the hours or something. We came to dine in and was told there was a 40-minute wait, which was fine, and we put our name on the list. We waited outside since it was crowded in the waiting area. After about 35 minutes, we went inside to check on the progress. We saw several empty tables inside and we were told they were not seating any customers because they were just working on mobile orders. So, it was obvious that the mobile orders were their priority and they werent concerned about the dine in customers. Several people who had planned on dining on site left out of frustration with the wait. We were finally seated after about 1 hour. This is messed up! I understand that takeout is more profitable since they can process more orders faster with fewer employees. They should have been honest and told us up front that Mobile orders were their priority. Looking around, less than half of the tables were occupied when we were finally seated.

Staffing tends to be a constant problem. Service is improving, but it is an increased wait time due to multiple people covering hosting. Invest in the no fault apology; it may stay the temper of your patrons. Kid-friendliness: Wonka French toast sticks were a winner with 7 years olds.

The hostess was less than pleasant and courteous. She told my wife that she could sit down. Itll take a while. The manager came over and had the girl seat us within 30 seconds. The seat was sticky, so I asked her for something to clean it with. I stood up and out of the way so she could take care of it. She found some paper towels and sprayed them and said, Here you go. The manager had just told her to make sure that the tables were clean before seating people...I guess that doesnt include the seats. And, when passing out the menus, she showed us the Wonka menu, said that it was about some movie...I dont know and dropped in the middle of the table. The server was patient as we took a while to order. When challenged with how a particular drink came out, she said that theyve never done it that way... the way it was described in the menu.

Unable to rate food or atmosphere as clearly management here is completely a waste of time. I hate for anyone to lose their jobs in this climate but there is zero accountability or care here. In 6 Delivery occasions this location has completely provided me an incorrect order partially or completely. Then I sit on the phone for 20 mins on 3 different phones and I don t get through until I have another ihop transfer my call or my out of state number. Seriously. I ve given this place too many chances between random Tuesday at 3pm. To Sundays at 10 am. They completely drop the ball. I even went to the location one time to pick the food up personally. I spoke with the manager while I waited and asked him nicely to please be sure the order is correct. He ensured me it was correct but when I tell you they were missing a complete stack of pancakes you would think I made this up. How can the manager be that negligent for a paying customer. Knowing the experience at his establishment has been bad. Plus I have the receipts to back it up. Never believe a mgmt if they tell you we will correct this by writing you name down so when you DINE in they will comp or help you. This was completely non-sense as well. I m at the point of please send corporate my direct to have a conversation of all the food I ve paid for and they kept to theirselves. Lastly. This is my experience. Do try it for yourself. Be aware of the nonsense. I m sure there are a ton of great people here and need the money this establishment provides. I pray corporate takes over and revamps the location. UPDATE: IHOP responded to my post here but of course never actually followed up. What a joke this location truly is. GO TO THE SUGAR LAND LOCATION. SAVE YOURSELF! Spoiled tasting gluten free pancakes. 6 pieces of steak in the Big Steak omelet. Need I say more? Even as I write this review I still can t get the horrid taste of the pancakes out of my mouth. This place service is the worst. Went there for Veterans Day breakfast. Since I didn t order my pancakes with the red, white and blue toppings they wanted to charge me regular price. It s the same combo without the toppings. The manager RICKY told the server this time he won t charge me but next time he will. Unbelievable. Worst experience ever. We waited approximately 6-7 min and then had to walk in to ask someone were they going to seat us. They were NOT busy. Finally get seated and another 7/8 minutes waiting. No one ever cane over. We got up and left. Went to Dennys and the service was top notch! Do better IHOP!

Breakfast on Sat was a 40min wait. Sure youll get a lot of people coming to Ihop on a sat morning but there were empty tables and they were clearly understaffed. That is unacceptable considering there is an expectation of heavy crowd during this time. Food is tasty, however things like this will ruin your experience.

Online ordered and been waiting on my food for over an hour. Seen at least 10 people walk out. She said they have one cook, two servers and one host. Why? Management dont know how to manage staff for a Friday night obviously. Worst online ordering experience. One other walked out as Im typing this review.

Ok. Please I hope this helps this location. This is the first Ihop I went and the food had no taste. Had a lady next to me complaining before I had my food. I though was a someone just complaining but no she was right. She called the manager and he was very reactive and did not listen to her at all (honestly I think was a language barrier). My omelete looks like was cooked in an old oil because tasted very bad. My avocado toast was not toasted. Overhaul the food had no flavor. The girl was super sweet. Now did not have a lot of people and the orders took a long a long time to get ready. Maybe that ibope could get some help from corporate so n how to cook and clean oil before cooking.

This place is the pits... I placed on online order at 10am, knowing how slow they are, I arrived at 10:30. They hadnt even taken my ticket back yet. To make matters worse I stood with 2 other customers at the front waiting to be acknowledged for about 15 mins. Staff members walked past and didnt even speak. I didnt get my food until 11;13. I give them zero stars, strongly do not recommend. Can someone else PLEASE open a breakfast restaurant in Sienna so this place can go out of business.

After waiting 10 minutes to be seated, though there were only about 5 groups in the restaurant and no one waiting ahead of us, I decided to order my food to go instead. The manager stated that the item I was ordering was for dine in only. We decided to eat a bit of the food there and take the rest home. When my food was delivered the manager came over and stated I wouldnt be able to take my leftovers home with me. I told him that was ridiculous and I would not pay for food if I couldnt take my leftovers therefore I left. Stupid rule and bad decision on the part of management because they lost the money for the food as well as a regular customer.

No soap in the bathrooms. The specials advertised someone cant be honored due to the system. And manager just says the specials are no longer available. Even though their menus and windows say otherwise. And the long wait, I mean Ive never considered canceling an order and leaving like here. Never again. Sorry ill go to Dennys down the road (6 min). So we are actually here now, and I am looking for the manager who decided it was humane to allow an elderly waitress to work all the tables, greet all the guests, make all the fresh coffee, clean all the tables and diagnose all of the complaints? Who the heck runs this facility. She is literally working alone. We almost left just to lighten her load. Bless her heart, she insisted we stayed. This isnt good for no one person. SMH!!!

Must be under new management. Our food was excellent. Waitress was extremely polite and engaging. Her name was Keyana. My husband and kids loved their food! The manager even came over to make sure we were happy with everything. Keep it up and that rating will improve! Oh and try to have a hostess in the front to greet people...it makes people feel welcome. Overall great job!

Well, this was our first time eating at this location and my take away is- pack your patience. This (to me) is to be expected on a Sunday morning- Easy like Lionel Richie lyrically put so well. They didn t get our food prepped expeditiously, but the food was well worth the wait. Everything was fresh and delectable. We don t eat pork, but they had turkey sausage and bacon options available. Our waiter seemed to be the manager. He knew the menu well and gave great suggestions. We will visit again. Prepare to spend quality time with your family.

Y all do not come to this location if you want to talk to horrible managers. I feel sorry for what the servers and hosts have to go though, there s customers constantly complaining about not being sat when really it s the managers fault for not stepping up and running their store. I ve seen so many servers give good customer service but it s honestly the location. Even corporate doesn t help because they re so worried about money. Save your time and money going there it isn t worth it.

This ihop has horrible service all the time. Everytime I come here there s a long wait and along time to be waited on. Y all need to hire more staff and people with better customer service. Tried coming here again on Fathers Day for breakfast and as usual the service and wait was horrible. I was told it would be about a 15 min wait but still was not seated after 40 minutes then the hostess goes to telling other waiting customers who are also complaining about the wait saying they are trying to get the Togo orders together first before the people who s actually dining in and willing to tip. I m sure the Togo orders are not tipping them. SMH. NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I ACTUALLY GIVE THIS IHOP A THIMBS DOWN AND IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS THAT WOULD DEFINITELY BE THE RATING.
