This place is HORRIBLE. The staff is literally a bunch of teenagers with nasty attitudes. From the time we walked through the door till the time we exit, everyone had a bad attitude. We paid for activities and end up getting a refund because the workers said they were busy doing other things and couldn t run the activities we paid for. All we seen them doing was walking around with headphones in their ears. For the money your spending just go to Skyzone where it s worth it. The receptions at the front attitude was definitely unpleasant and I will not be bringing my little ones back. The only positive thing I have to say is the wings were really good. The pizza isn t that great and the day we came there was no fried sweets

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! Rowdy kids, nobody keeping a check on the kids playing football. Smells like feet and barf. They seriously need to deep clean the place. Its disgusting and definitely not worth the $16.99 for 90 mins. We left within 30 mins after a grown kid rammed into my toddler.

We went during a weekday, there was one other family there besides us, people that work there pretty friendly, very helpful. The only negative thing I would say is half of the arcade games didnt work, I dont order pizza from there. One slice was $4 and it was microwaved and it was trash

Party was fun but service was just ok. As a mom of six I have plenty of experience with birthday parties. Hostess was pleasant, but had to ask for everything we needed. No help with anything really. Had to ask for drinks, pizza, trash bag, a lighter, and everything else we needed. The hostess didnt even come over to check on us, she spent most of her time hanging out with her friends at the front desk. Was just very unimpressed with the service provided for the price point. Also the water served tasted like it had poison in it and everyone at the table said something about this. With so many options in the area for childrens entertainment as a business owner I would expect my employees to give a little more to keep customers wanting to return for parties. I would probably pick another option in the future.

The games were okay. Bouncing was good. My grandparents couldnt get to our party room because there was no elevator and they couldnt take the stairs and the staff said we should have told them we had Disabled people in our group so that they would have put us at a table downstairs but there were too many people for just a table and it was just a whole thing. Food wasnt bad, staff was nice.

not really good to host kids birthday party there. no service at all. for drinking, they would not refill for you until 3-4 times you asked. no service for pizza, cake for birthday party. and didnt inform you that its time to leave and just clean up everything in front of you to show you that you need to leave. it was worse experience for my daughters birthday party this year. will never go back for kids birthday party.

Very large bounce house with many activities for your kiddos to expend their energy. They have rooms that you can book for your kiddos birthdays and what not. The main trampolines are in the middle of the complex, with various stations that flank the sides. Theres a small area with bumper cars, an arcade, foam pit, basketball corner, and smaller sections in the back for what I assume smaller children to play in. Theres not really a designation so its essentially play at your own risk, and always keep an eye on your kids while theyre in the complex. There also could be more staffing (compared to other bounce houses in the area) to help watch over the various sections. The staff that I did see were on their phones most of the time, and was not aware of their surroundings. But with that said, its still a nice bounce house to check out with your children. Just be mindful on where they play and they will be ok. Kids of all ages are zooming around all over the place. Update Summer 2024: Seems like there are more staffing (but majority still playing on their phones) and its gotten way busier each time we go.

Lots of space and fun rides like the bubble pool, bumper cars and zip line. Clean restrooms. Great cool a/c. Friendly & helpful cashiers and attendants. Approx $13-15 for one hour of play/ $2 socks, $5 per ride. Go on weekday evenings when its not crowded. Lots of fun for kids.

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. This place is filthy and the employees don t even care in there they lack off, have hoodies on, not friendly and overall very unprofessional. We had a birthday party there the area was very unclean and there was people trying to steal food from our table. And once again they did nothing about that. If you think about going here I wouldn t. Safe your money stay away from this filth hole. Go to urban air or some other trampoline park where they actually provide a great experience with your Kids.

They need to sterilize it. So dirty from the people traffic building up. They should wipe everything down every night when closing. Its a germ fest anytime its designed for children. I like the customer service from the front desk. Very polite and professional easy to understand. I like the options of play. My 8 yr old did the zipline. Beautiful memory well keep forever. The guys that operate the rides on the floor are socializing and you have to pick 1 off like Mrs. Shubert rolls to get service. Once you get 1 They are polite and helpful. I like how spacious it is. On a busy Saturday we enjoyed everything we wanted with no wait.

It was an okay place for the kids to bounce around and let off some energy. This location was not very big, but they got a small pool with the big bubble that you can roll around in the water in. We didn t get to try that, but that s next in the agenda for our next visit. We sure did enjoy the zip line. Fun!!!

The staff are very pleasant. Theres lots of things to do. They have several bounce play areas. There are obstacle courses. There is a small cafe. Depending on how crowded it is, the cafe can take a while. If I were reading the cafe, it would be three stars. The menu is nice, but some of the food is microwaved. There is a good size arcade area with games for children of all ages. They even have a small merry go round for the little people. Its my second time coming. Both times, we had a nice time. My children enjoyed themselves, and I had pleasant interactions with the staff. Although we did have to locate someone to operate the games, it was still a nice experience.

Spoke to the manager and they all looked at me like what you want us to do she said she would send someone over which never happened . You sign a waiver in case your child gets hurt who going to put their kids in harm s way so we will not be returning no time soon .

I visited a place for kids recently and I would love to share my experience with you. It was an amazing place filled with lots of fun activities that any child would enjoy. The staff was very friendly, especially Lola, who made sure my visit was memorable. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which shows that the staff works very hard to keep it that way. The prices for the activities were also affordable, which makes it a great option for families looking for some fun. READ THIS IF YOURE PLANNING ON THROWING A KID PARTY HERE !!!! By far one of the worst establishments to host a birthday party at. There is no hospitality whatsoever, you d think they would treat you with some respect but the girls working here are the worst of the worst. I d rather throw a party at Chuck E. Cheese than to ever throw another party at the bounce bounce in Mo City. You d think for the price you pay here $800+ the employees would handle everything but I was wrong, my spouse and myself had to pass out pizza and pass out cake ourselves while the host was no where to be found. Completely unorganized environment in my opinion. The management needs to reconsider the type of employees they hire. I think the worst part of the whole party was towards the end, we got rushed out and our host literally ripped off the table clothes from the tables while my guests were still seated eating cake. It would ve been understandable if there was a party after us but the young lady cleaned and shut down the lights with no one coming in after us. By 6:07 the room was empty and lights shut off. I had to apologize to my family and friends for the disrespect we encountered at this establishment. Also management doesn t care we brought it up to one of the managers on duty and nothing was done nor acknowledged. Please save yourself the money and the stress. I don t usually write reviews but if I can help a family save their hard earned money then I ll do this 100 more times. STAY AWAY !!!!

Way too expensive no more birthday parties. They jacked their prices up by $200. Already a little overpriced but now not worth it. You will spend over $700 for a birthday party wow. Let s see $529 plus $50 tip plus $50 for additional food plus usually another $100 to 150 in additional arcade and other non free games. I recommend boycotting until they drop prices back to reasonable. Already have a dozen families not going there anymore. Just say no .

I had both my kids bdays parties (different dates). The staff consisted of younger high-school and college kids and are semi helpful. Our server was great though, she was on top of everything during my kids bday parties. The only down fall is they went up on their package prizes by $100 which is a bummer. They only also give out like 10 plays on the game card they give out which isnt much. For the prize we spend on the packages they should definitely give more. I also didnt like that anyone can just grab a kid and leave or any kid can walk out by themselves and no one would notice since its always super loud and busy. Definitely need more security in the exit area. Other than that, of course my babies enjoyed having the bday celebration there.

The lack of security is unreal. Anyone can walk out with a kid that isnt theirs and no one would be the wiser. There needs to be a better procedure for checking when families leave. The kids play area needs to be cleaned better. The roller bar slide and surrounding wall is absolutely disgusting to the touch. However, I do like that there is an enclosed area for smaller children. We ve been here for several birthday parties for daughters friends. I ve always been allowed to walk with my 15 month baby and just pay for his bounce time. This time to walk with my 15 month old, I have to pay for bounce time for myself, just to walk around with him. Management is unorganized. Workers are more interested in themselves and their phones than helping with parties. Food area is disgusting and not up to code.

Very bad experience in the games in the small childrens area, those who work there are not aware of the area, older children enter the baby area and a child of 10 to 12 years old hurt my baby on the head, I paid 1 hour and I was only there for about 15 minutes at most because my baby wouldnt stop crying because of the blow to the head and when I went to tell the reception what happened they didnt say or do anything, I have been to other places similar to that but There is more control in the games, there are games only for babies and for older children and they have restrictions to avoid any tragedy.

Its big. Has different areas for kids to play. Trampoline area was fun. But some kids are running others jumping. They have an area where you can stand to watch your kids. I wanted to stay close to them, I had to pay for a ticket to jump. Though I saw plenty of parents with no time sticker, shoes on, and some kids with shoes on as well, smaller kids. The basket ball Trampoline was full of older kids slaming the balls in so we didnt go there. The dodge ball and soccer too, I didnt take my kids in. They like the obstacle course, and they had like a climbing one with different levels and tunnles. They had a toddler area where they had Trampolines but a ball pit. The foam area was not my favorite. My son lost his grip socks. I went in to look for them, lost them too, I did find my socks and his. Price depends on the time frame. One hour is $12.99 set price for each person, I believe, like 3 and up? They have an arcade, thats a separate card. They also have other attractions like bumper cars, zip line, water balls and a ride where they raise them up and drop them. Each is $5 each time. Its fun we will return just not as often.

First time...Took my niece this morning. Got there 15 minutes after opening, so no crowds. She enjoyed everything, including the zip line and water ball. We paid for 90 minutes, but honestly, 60 minutes would have been enough. We had her go through everything one more to waste the last 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great place, and I do recommend it, especially if you are looking for a new place to visit this summer.

I must start by saying that this place if fairly clean, my kids enjoyed their time there. As soon as I arrived I knew it would be busy, with that being said, I was expecting a delay in check in but 20 minutes to get in was simply a bit much. Theres extremely long lines to sign wavers and only 2 people at the register. I do believe this place is understaffed and could use couple more employees.

Fun place its huge inside . Giving 2 stars because we enjoyed ourselves . Kids were really rowdy . Unfortunately staff was not friendly , didnt want to help considering this was our first time here . Acted like they wanted to go home . I may give this place another try in the future just for my 2 year old daughter , but I rather go to altitude park just because the people are more friendly .

I hosted my sons 8th birthday party here. Our host Raymond was phenomenal. The previous party went over a little bit, but he jumped into action to make sure we were good to go. He made sure I had everything I needed every step of the way. The place is clean, and everything was working as it should.

Very clean and bright. I love the marble floors. It makes the place look more inviting. It s a huge space with different options for the kids. There s a zip line & plenty of jump space. The upstairs has party rooms. There are also downstairs party tables.
