Dr. Paul Kindi is an excellent Doctor, compassionate and pretty much straight to the point. As for his staff I d rather not comment , though I m very disappointed.

Typical Valley rudeness and lies. I called to see if I could walk in the receptionist stated yes. Do you have insurance yes. I arrive and she looks at my insurance card and then came up with the lie. That I had to call my insurance company and declare the they are my primary care. I ve lived in 6 other states and travel all over the USA and have never heard that excuse before. I called my insurance and they confirmed that was not required for treatment. Actually I think that it s about other diversity factors .

Worst doctor the doctor is nice but cheep they don t wanna hire employees so they hired very little people and bad service and his daughter who works there give bad service people always say she is mean unhelpful and they took 5 hours when I had an appointment and they told someone they had to go even tho they waited 3 hours and got send back home because they had to manny people and some of the people they took in first didn t even have a appointment and my mother was checked for stuff and had to get surgery and he send her to a doctor who had really bad reviews and my mom surgery opend and they didn t fix her at all she had to go to the ER and they told her she can sue them cause they doctor said she was fine now but the ER said they didn t do anything and the doctor who did the surgery the staff didn t once check one her so I don t recommend this doctor I am definitely changing doctor so if you have this doctor I recommend changing

7/21/2023. Excellent. The office staff, and everyone in the waiting room were amazing. I had a long wait but was so worth it. I met a lady who came from San Antonio just to see this Doctor. My son was scared to have blood drown but a lady from the office came and distracted my son. Before my son knew it, the procedure was complete. Excellent lab work. Best Doctor and experience ever.

Dr. Kinde is an amazing dr. It is his staff that is not. There is no Point in having a appointment. I arrived at 9:30 am. 30 minutes before my 10am appointment I had scheduled for a month in advance. I asked how many people were a head of me when I got there and lady told me 4. 2 hours later at 11:45 I asked again when will I be seen? Ladies were rude and said they are going in order and that they have walk ins to take care of as well. So after waiting over 2 hours I walked out, and will be looking for a new doctor.

Dr Kinde and Karla went above and beyond with my last visit. They followed up at home to make sure i was ok they make me feel like i was going to be ok when i felt there was no end and most importantly they treated me like a person!

Its worth the wait, The staff are kind and the doctor is very compassionate. Its not often you see that combination with an affordable health clinic but Im thankful for Dr. Kinde and his staff they all seem to be in line with the same spirit of kindness.

Worst front office staff ever . Got here at 1:30pm for my appointment at 2pm . It s already 3pm and I still haven t been seen . This is ridiculous when I arrived at 1:30pm I checked in and when I went to ask what was going on and why hadn t I been passed yet office staff had absurd answers saying they couldn t find my file , they gave zero solutions. Kept passing others in . They don t have the best manners and should all be fired for being incompetent. Why make an appointment if they will not follow through. Appointments are scheduled for a reason but the staff here is unethical and has no professional experience. As I go through reviews I see that everyone is having the same issue with the front office staff . This matter needs to be addressed and fixed , there is one too many bad reviews due to the incompetence of these individuals. Dr. Paul Kinde is great but these women are dragging his office down . Switching to a different facility because of this is an on going issue that even though there has been multiple complaints about hasn t been fixed .

I love Dr. Kinde because he is an amazing doctor, but his front desk staff are HORRIBLE and RUDE! I m switching doctor s office because they are the most rudest people I ve ever met and don t even care about you! I ve been to different consultation offices, but geez, this has got to be one of the rudest bunch I ve seen. NEVER AGAIN. I feel bad for Dr. Kinde because he is a great doctor, but his staff just make you not want to come again.

I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR!!!!!!! If you can, stay as far as you can from this place! Staff are very unprofessional, especially the manager Mrs. Kinde EXTREMELY RUDE! Dr. Kinde requires you to go multiple times a month in order for you to get your medications refilled. They have lack of compassion, lack of professionalism, lack of people skills, and can care LESS for their patients. They call you for supid appointments you don t even know or tell you what they want to see you about. They just want to charge insurance. What else. Lol. And no one seems to know what the appointment is for they just make you go, wait for hours before being seen. And then they say that it s just to see if you need refills. When you were there two weeks ago. Ridiculous.!!! So if you re ready to have the worst experience ever with medical doctor taken care of you or your love ones, and having added stress in your life, headaches, worries, and have simply having a worse time medical attention ever including hours waiting times, exposing yourself and love ones with sickness for ridiculous appointments. Go ahead. I m so grateful we got rid of them And change to a better doctor. And went to a real doctor they can care for us. We wouldn t go to him if he was the last doctor on earth!!!! Oh and by the way on their last visit we were very dissatisfied and didn t see the doctor. I explain to Mrs. Kinde the manager that they shouldn t charge Medicare for that visit, since we didn t see the doctor, she had the audacity of saying that Dr. Kinde had more than 20 chairs in the front lobby and that they were never empty that they Didn t need our service, that that one office visit was nothing, and that they didn t need our service. So I am very happy, we are never going back there ever again. We re done with them! And yes the so called manager Mrs. kinde (same last name as Dr.) which is probably related to him, commented on this post. No wonder she is all responding as so. Of course, I m not a patient. My father and mother were the patients. But when I see you that my sparents were being neglected and treated the way they were, of course I m gonna say and do something about it. I m so glad that I experienced that so that I am able to remove my loved ones from that facility, the Dr. and staff. So yeah, THANK GOD I m not the patient and thank God I got my parents out of there On time before anything serious would happen. So happy we re out of there!!!!!

I took my mother -in law , recently and was amazed with the care and attention to detail from the male MAs. . I think there name where (misael, Gerardo and Oscar ) they were not only kind and very attentive . Tried to get us out quickly. They also offered us water lol.. The only thing bad is the front receptionist are a bit rude.

If you can avoid this place, do so. The doctor is great, but the staff are horrible. You will wait at least 2 hrs before you get to see the doctor regardless of your appointment. Do yourself a favor and look for another place. I definitely will.

The doctor is one of the best ever. Yet his staff is the worst ever at scheduling appointments. I had an appointment at 12. It is now 3:02 and still waiting to see the doctor. Plus, they are very rude and have no social skills to assist the patients. This will be my last visit. Sadly, I know the doctor is losing many patients because of his front office.

I m currently writing this from the exam room. I have been waiting 3 hours to see the doctor for a simple foot issue and physical. Even after checking with a nurse about the wait time she just walked away with no updates. Edit: the doctor ended up being ok. Just don t want to go and wait 3-4 hours again.

Dr Kinde is such an amazing doctor! I wish that all doctors were like him. He goes through everything with you thoroughly and he listens to what you have to say and he s just so great!! BUT the staff is extremely unprofessional. They re so rude and extremely unorganized. They give false information. The wait (even with appointments) is horrible. I have to ask for a whole day off just to get refills on my prescriptions. The doctor himself is great but the staff is the WORST.

Dr. Kinde takes the time to listen to you and explains everything on the lab work sheets. The only thin I didnt like was the wait. I was a walk in and was in the office from 9am to 3pm. Not sure how fast a person with an appointment gets to be seen.
