I had a terrible experience at Suerte on Shary. I went for the Taco Tuesday promotion, waited over an hour, and never received my food. To make matters worse, the workers were rude and showed no concern for the situation. No communication, no apology just bad service all around. I definitely won t be returning. This place sucks!

Im giving a star because Im not allowed to give a 0. We spent around 50 minutes waiting for them to come take our order and they never did, but they did for the other tables, I prefer to drink sewer water before giving them another chance.

It was nice to have a couple of drinks and some shots.....but when the tab came it was 277$ for 10 shots and 3 beers??? Get the FOH it was don julio 70. I could of bought the bottle anywhere else and spent less. An plus a group of three the bartender added the tip on for 6 people plus. First and last time going to this trash of a place. If your looking to get ripped off? Come to this chit hole

Keep in mind that you will be charged gratuity if you attend an event, even if youre paying separately. We came for a 5k After Party and the 18% gratuity was already added, which is fine, but the itemized receipt should be stapled at the TOP instead at the very bottom to show even if it is stamped with a gratuity notice. The receipt also states that if your tab hits $100, they add gratuity. The decor is cute and unique, and the service was pretty good despite the busyness. They have a variety of creative drinks. I like Sandia (virgin). I got their tacos and lunches combo, and they were good as well. Los Frijoles Romanticos were a little salty. There was a discrepancy on our ticket, but the manager was pretty good at getting it taken care of.

I had never been to this Suerte. It wasnt crazy packed and there seemed to be only one waitress handling entire inside but she was on it. She provided great suggestions for me and my husband. I had the shrimp tacos which were super yummy, and a big margaritas which I will definitely get again. Their drinks have trendy names and they even had a Selena shrine which gave them extra brownie points in my book. Inside and outside seating area available. Great stop. Will definitely go again if in that area. I didnt get to take pics, but will next time!

Stopped by this afternoon to have a couple drinks and possibly an appetizer. The beer was good as was the appetizer. But, when I receive the bill I was shocked. Your Malibu Rum drink was $9.00. For what your bartender puts in the drink, it should be free! You can be assured we wont be returning to your establishment. Lets get real with your prices.

The bar was good... what I didnt like was the treatment of the guard, I am 48 years old and he asked me for identification and I only had identification from Mexico and this person told me that I couldnt pass because I had identification from Mexico and that his company It prohibited people from passing with Mexican identification, who could only pass with American identification and that for me is racism. I am a serious person and there were almost 10 people who were going to make a good consumption. I think they should put people with sufficient criteria at the door if this continues. So I think I should make a public complaint about racism for these people until they change to the security company.

One word, DIRTY. Sit at the bar, stay sober and you ll see why. Bartenders put their fingers all over the drinks, garnish etc. Saw a receipt fall on the floor and the bartender proceeded to put it on the drink as it fell inside of it, then he grabbed all the cherries and limes with his fingers. Might as well have mixed it with his fingers too. No gloves. No mask. Coughed onto his hands as well! it was terrible!! This place isn t sanitary whatsoever.

Went there with my friends we had a wonderful time. Till it came down to paying the bill they were overcharging . Then one of the waiters said he bought us a round but he never came to our table. All the drinks were still on the table because they couldnt even clear the table and everyone was overcharged. We asked for them to look at the cameras because we were willing to pay and we were told we were drunk and couldnt remember

Worst service ever! When we got there my husband and I went outside to the patio and we waited for about 10 min. Nobody asked us what we wanted. So my husband had to go inside to buy us beers. Also, the table that we were in was dirty. We asked two different waitress to please clean it and they would just say yes and never came back. So we just drank our beer and left. Never going back!

Monica was my bartender on a Saturday night. She was professional, quick, and knew exactly what she was doing behind the bar. The night got busier & she was still able to make sure I was good, kept checking on me while also attending the bar and tickets coming in. My drinks? Immaculate!! By far a spectacular bartender! First time dining here. Loved the food and very nice service. Was attended by Julian he was fabulous in explaining the menu of food and all type of drinks available. Had the Taco lonche to taste both it was delicious. Had the Paloma drink and hubby had beer with a shot of parejas. Highly recommend eat local dives will not disappoint. Point on.
