Today s visit was our first, and the food was very good. Upon arrival, it took me a while to review the menu, but the cashier answered my questions. I got a burger and one taco. The wife had brisket and potato salad, both of which were good. The sweet tea options (peach, coconut, regular) were cool, and there was a bar with condiments, BBQs, and toppers (pickles, peppers, etc.) as well. Overall, this was a good experience and I would return.

I had been reading for several months that the BBQ here was top notch. Finally got a chance to try it and ask those reviews are spot-on. I had the ½ rack of ribs and was shocked at how much meat there was. I got 6 large ribs with lots of tender meat. The potato salad was the best Ive tried in - maybe ever. The beans were very good as was the cherry cobbler. I WILL BE BACK!

Husband and I have been wanting to come here for a while and finally tried it for the first time tonight and it was sooo good! Man, what can I say besides this place is like heaven on earth! Killer food! The sticky ribs were definitely unique, but messy. Next time were bringing our own wet wash rags, lol. The hatch chili mac & cheese, had a nice kick, and was spot on delicious. Oh.........and the banana pudding cheesecake was damn near to die for! Staff was absolutely amazing as well. If there was one thing I could complain is the seats. Theyre all VERY hard bottom, no cushion, and kinda hurt after a bit. Maybe thats strategy to keep folks from staying all day and over eating? Lol. Good job guys

This place is amazing. I was greeted when I walked up to make my choice and instantly felt welcomed. I couldn t decide on what to get. I figured I try the Brisket first since I heard it was so good. Got the Brisket sandwich & Hatch Mac on the side and my mind was blown. Tried sausage links and brisket boudin and was very impressed. Atmosphere was laid back and background music was on point. What a huge disappointment! I am from Abilene and asked Siri what the best BBQ was in Midland and she sent me a list and this restaurant was the first one on the list with a 4.7 rating. I ordered 1/4 lb sliced brisket to go and told them to slice it thin. What I received was one single slice about 1/2 inch thick, like you would serve prime rib. I gagged just looking at it. I was already back at my hotel and just chucked it in the trash!

Was looking for BBQ while in town for work. We originally went to another place, but the were out of brisket, so we went searching for another BBQ joint and found this one. We are SO glad we did! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff were very friendly. The menu is based on BBQ, but they seem to have a good time and mix in some Asian and Mexican fusion in with the BBQ meats and sides. I had the brisket, sausage, pork belly bao, ribs, hatch Mac, and brisket fried rice. It was all very good! I will somewhat critique the Bao that the amount of pork belly In it was a little lacking. Otherwise everything tasted great and was a good value. Would highly recommend checking this place out. I did ask the staff to cut my brisket thin and we all laughed. The response to that recent review did weigh somewhat on our decision to come in! Wish I took some pictures to share, but forgot!

We went out for dinner today. Usually if the Mrs does a deep clean we go out so the house stays clean until the next day. I kept seeing social media posts with the Chicken Fried Brisket Burger and well..... lets just say that I saw it one too many times before I could deny it any longer. That burger was delicious. Strange but everything I hoped for. Also, the kids are their whole meal. Usually this doesnt happen. They enjoyed it very much. Stop don t even think about going here unless you re absolutely starving! It s in the old Johnny s BBQ an institution in Midland years ago. They could have certainly learned about cooking from this new establishment. Every bite honestly exploded in your mouth with delightful excitement. The Charo beans should be a meal in themselves! The Brisket was seasoned very nicely and very tender as well as tasty. Smoked cabbage is definitely on my to do list now. Oh my goodness the Cuban sandwich was something else!!! Every bite excited the taste buds for more. My only regret were the ribs. They were very tasty and delicious. But leaving the membrane on the bone keeps them from standing out. I spoke with one of the cooks concerning this. He said it was to enable them to stay together? If this little task was implemented they would get a perfect score. And the condiment bar was very explicit. 4 styles of sauce and fresh salsa. Oh yeah try the brisket rice. It is worth sharing but after a bite you may reconsider. Top notch service and clean. My Sweethang and I spent $60, but was worth the occasional splurge.

We had Pachuco s cater our class reunion of 250 attendees. They showed up when we asked them to They set everything up The food was fabulous. We had brisket and sausage and sides. Forget any other BBQ place. My husband and I tried Pachucas Ribs, lean brisket, sausage, turkey and for sides we had Mac and cheese, potato salad, charro beans, elote corn and fried Pickles. I tried a bite of each because that is all I can eat but was wishing I could eat more. Everything was amazing. The service was absolutely Devine. We have been here for 13 years and we have finally found our home BBQ place. My husband cant quit taking about the beans and ribs. No sauce is needed but it is good sauce. The white BBQ sauce was very unique. The Bread by itself was good. Amazing food experience.

I love the way the changed up this place. The art work is beautiful, absolutely love it. So when you get there, you get to look at the menu on the wall, pick what you want, order and pay at the register. We went ahead and tried a few things. My hubby got the Korean Loco Moco, two Quesatacos (one brisketand one chicken), I got The Square with fries, and we ordered the queso and chips. We really enjoyed our meal. It was good! Tried this place for the first time today. Will definitely be back! I got the Korean fries and they where amazing. Hubby got Kat s PBJ burger and said his was amazing as well. Going to be a new favorite I can tell!

Brisket was delicious. Pulled Pork was flavorless. Jalapeño sausage was good. Coconut tea was amazing. Had to wait 30 minutes for a half pound of each. Other people came ans sat down were almost finished by the time I received my order. I asked the cashier if I had been skipped and she said oh no its coming we just got a large barbecue order so apparently people who call have priority and if youre standing there in front of their face and they already have your money they make you wait so I probably wont be back.

Despite what others on the reviews might think, Texas BBQ is meant to be sauce less. As for the Loco moco the wife is from the islands and says its amazing. Whoever cant figure out how to order an extra egg is a special person. Yall do a great job and we will keep returning.

Had great hopes this would be our new favorite. Cole slaw tasted literally rotten. Beans were so so. Peach Cobbler was from the grocery freezer. Turkey was okay. For $60+ for two I expected better.

I haven t gotten something here I didn t love. I plan to spend more dollas here to taste everything on the menu. Parking: Tough to get in and out of the parking lot at times, obviously depends on how busy it is. Worth the inconvenience though, not much they can do for the parking unfortunately! Kid-friendliness: Tough to find a spot for kiddos that need a high chair, they do have them but most of their tables are tall and not meant for the high chairs.

My husband had a burger and I had the Korean fries. If Im honest I dont even remember the name of his burger I was so focused on the fries. They were, no words. So amazing. Crispy, salty, fluffy, the meat was flavorful and the whole thing was absolutely magical. My daughters also agreed and decided to eat all mine.

Well the parking area is small only fit 10 vehicle or park away from the restaurant. We tryed to order meal plates but the restaurant doesnt sell meal plates. So then we had to order brisket separate and ribs separate and it comes with 1 toast each item and need to buy the sides separate also and ask for bbq sauce cause the meat is not cooked with bbq sauce on it just dry rub on the meat. The taste to me was so-so it was are first time going to this place. Its pretty $$$$

Great bbq could taste the passion that went to making the brisket and sausage and sides......... The staff was awesome and even recommended certain dishes for our cravings.... This place was awesome for BBQ! I had brisket (fatty) and housemade mild sausage. I tried the golden drip bbq and house bbq sauce, and they were both great! The ribs were really good, too! Great charros beans as well! Just make sure if you come for lunch you have plenty of time because all in all it took an hour and a half, come try it and you wont be disappointed! Thats why the line is long! They have a bunch of out of the box stuff to try as well. I will have to come back and try that stuff now that they are open for dinner. Parking: Very small parking lot. Had to park 2 blocks away and walk.

No BBQ sauce needed BBQ- because it is that good! One of my top best bbq joints I ve had in Texas. They have a lot of originals with a twist. Brisket sandwich was amazing, and turkey was phenomenal and I personally don t like turkey. I tried the coconut sweet tea and it was sooo good. Plain cheesecake was *chefs kiss* Fun artsy environment in a convenient location. Great friendly staff, enjoyed our time ordering with them and taking recommendations.
