Absolutely the worst burger I ve ever had in my life . For a wagyu burger it was dryer than a popcorn fart, 10/10 nasty bland taste with zero seasoning . The bacon was so cooked it was crumbling while trying to eat it . The hot honey fries was not worth money .

Place looked decent and the food sounded good. Ordered our food and sat at a table to have it served to us and food never arrived. After they realized we haven t received our food they found it sitting on a counter under a warmer and it arrived to our table cold. Would not return this place. Waited over an hour on my lunch break and had to return to work without lunch. Staff seemed to not care about the situation and just cancelled our order and provided a refund.

Ordered online and put i wanted fresh onions but that didnt happen. My wife put on the irder extra cheese that didnt happen. The girl i picked up from could hardly speak English. This has been one of my favorite spots to visit for special occasions and weekends. They have great selection of food. My favorite is nacho cheese fries and Diablo burger. Drinks are off the hook!! Best warm loving bar tenders. I have been helped by juju and Atti. Its been an amazing deal!! Come dont miss it!

Loved the vibe, staff was nice, & food was delicious. Goodnight/Good Cause burger I would definitely recommend. Had everything I usually order on a burger. Burger patty was juicy. My only complaint would be the fries being given to me 10+minutes before my burger. Im sure I could have said no Ill wait but I was told they would come a couple minutes before my burger which I figured a couple minutes not a big deal. No we had just finished paying & someone was waiting for us to sit so they could give us our fries. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Next time I go to a Hopdoddy I want to try a shake they looked so good!

The place look amazing, the staff is very friendly and I enjoyed their taste in music. Place was almost empty. And even though their food wasnt bad, it was not what a $14 burgershould should taste. And it was a small patty, too; Not $14 size. And those fries were so salty! So salty, almost beyond belief. And when we asked for mustard and ketchup, they brought us the like 1 oz tabs with half of the ketchup. For a table for 4, they were not even enough for 1 person. The math didnt make sense. Amazing place, but the food wasnt that great. I do wish it would have been a better experience.

I had excellent service here, I was able to get a gluten-free low-fat option, and they put the fried onions to the side for me. I failed to order my burger well done and needed it that way, so I asked for a well done patty. They refused to let me pay for it and brought me an entire new burger for free. Hopdoddy is the best burger experience Ive had since moving to Texas almost 3 years ago from Detroit. The food was AMAZING! The customer service was impeccable, Quae was AWESOME. I was her first Salted Caramel Shake and its my new favorite summer treat. Vanessa the manager was so engaging. My family had an overall pleasant experience and will be returning. Thanks Guys!! I went here for the first time today, and I must admit I was disappointed. The burger was tough and dry and had no seasoning or flavor, and the fries were stale. We just ordered a plain burger with bacon. 2 small traditional fries and 2 drinks. Nothing fancy. Total came out to $35 for 2 people. I felt that was ridiculous. The atmosphere and the service was good, but I would not go back for the food.

We are from Lubbock, TX and found this place on google. Rates 4.4 stars so we decided to try it out. Destiny R. took our order and wonderful customer service. She was very nice and helpful and gave us some great suggestions. We went with the Cadillac Wagyu burger, Parmesan truffle fries, El Diablo burger, green chile queso fries, kids burger, and a salted caramel milkshake. Everything was very delicious. The food was phenomenal. Dont recall what burger I had but I know it had an egg on it. Id have given 5 stars had the cashier welcomed us sooner and acknowledged our presence when we walked up ready to order. He didnt even have the respect to look us in the eye while talking to us. He seemed distracted so Im giving him the benefit of the doubt that there was something in that moment and that this isnt a regular interaction. The environment was more welcoming. Parking: The restaurant is located in a shopping center so there was plenty of parking available on our Sunday evening dine in. Kid-friendliness: We had my 9 year old nephew who ordered the chicken strips I believe and he was highly satisfied. Also there wasnt a crowd and is was peaceful enough to keep him calm.

This is the second time we go and it definitely is just so expensive so the portions. Not only that the food looks nothing like the pictures on the menu and has no flavor. I got the Nashville Hot and it had no flavor at all, with no sauce. My husband got the Doddy Melt and it was literally on a sandwich bread (looked nothing like the picture on the wall). We even thought they brought out the wrong order and the waitress said that it just doesnt look the same, but it was the correct order and walked away. We spent $60 dollars and were completely dissatisfied.

First time eating here, and we were very disappointed. I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich, and it was so tough and rubbery that I could not eat it. My husband got the Buffalo burger, and although the flavor was ok, the meat was overcooked. His burger was also very small for the $15 dollar price. The fries were over salted and needed to be cooked a few more minutes. For a tab of over $40 for 2 people, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Wanted to try something different from the typical fast food restaurant. Chose this place and well I should have just saved my money and went to a Wendys. Everything is overpriced for what you get. Burgers are small, my double meat burger was quite smaller than my girlfriends single meat burger and of course costed more for less, fries were very over seasoned, took longer than it should have to get our food that wasnt hot. The atmosphere isnt very comfortable and its kinda confusing as a first time customer as on how to order food. The service is terrible, had to get silverware myself, waitress couldnt speak English, brought us the wrong food first time around. I wont be going to this establishment again. Couldve gotten better food at any of the generic fast food places for 2/3 the cost with better service. Midland, TX location

I ordered the grilled chicken Parmesan and buffalo fries with drink for about 25.00 The Buffalo fries were large enough to feed three. Can t go wrong with Buffalo fries. There was buffalo sauce, and the fries were well done. The Grilled Chicken parm was almost bland. It was more of a gourmet take on a chicken parm and the flavors almost canceled each other out. I wouldn t order it again, but it wasn t terrible. Could taste the Parmesan. There is a wide variety of burgers to choose from, and I have not tried any of them. I would come back and try a few more, but it is very expensive for burgers

We really enjoyed hopdoddy! Came on a Saturday afternoon before it got busy. Great atmosphere. We had the BBQ Ranch fries, a classic burger and the Goodnight burger. Absolutely amazing!!! I have been to this location multiple times. Each time the bar service is the WORST service ever! The bar tenders are so SLOW. No sense of urgency at all. Don t know how to multi task. Great food, killer burgers. Its often very busy. Thats because its bomb. Unfortunately my phone order was taken by a robot...For whatever reason it removed one of the patties on my double burger??? Definitely did not ask for that. Nobody read my order back to me when I paid, and I only noticed when I was eating my burger that it seemed really small... Every time I come the drinks are always run down and flat. The service is good but it takes way too long to make a kids burger. I like my stuff fresh so I would suggest to serve your parmesan fries with the burger not before. Or at least ask the customer what they prefer. I dont normally do reviews but I dont get out much and was excited to eat a delicious hot burger with my fries and that failed. It took so long I just ate it that way cause it would of been another 30 mins Id have to wait. Just improve please!!

We tried this place when it first opened and was severely disappointed, it was the saltiest burger I ve ever had at a dine in restaurant-inedible. Went back 8mo later to give it the benefit of the doubt and somehow it was the exact same, it tasted similar to crumbling a beef bouillon cube over the 2 small burgers, with a McDonald s sized medium fry, all for $45. We were excited to find a place with grass-fed beef, and I was really looking forward to it. Everything we ordered was a disappointment. The burgers were overcooked hockey pucks that were tough and flavorless. The Brussels sprouts in the bowl were flavorless and just greasy. The wait was almost thirty minutes with only other tables in the place. And they ordered after us. The gluten free bun was falling apart, and all the toppings were barely there and falling off the back of the broken bun. Not worth it.

Visited this place while on the toad and it was beyond worth it. The burgers are as awesome as always and the staff super friendly, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend it. Midland is our midpoint to meet between El Paso and Dallas. I googled pet friendly restaurants and this was the first option. Let me tell you the service was top notch! We couldn t have asked for better service and such a friendly staff. The food was amazing too. We will definitely be back.

Staff is very unprofessional. They sat us at a dirty table, goofed off behind a counter. While behind the counter they were on their phones not paying attention to anyone or anything and while they are doing that they are not seeing that there are dirty table and things needed to get done in the dining area.

As I get older I realize how my opinion on an establishment has to do 99% with how I m treated and 1% of how the food actually tastes. The bartender Sarah Bandy is an amazing bartender and her love for everything culinary is inspiring and Kyle (think he s the manager) was kind and friendly and on point. Pretty good food, good place to have a drink and watch a game if thats what youre into. Food was pretty decent, the brussel sprouts were more like chips but I prefer the whole thing instead, still ok though. Burger tasted pretty good, felt a bit small for the price, but its expected. Fries were pretty ok as well, a bit thin but again, not a big deal.

walking in some lady was returning her food getting a refund. Table still had crumbs on it. Ordered 3 burgers, 3 drinks and 2 fries spent just under 70(2adults 1kid). No kids menu option or changing station in the bathroom. The food was served quickly and hot so thats a plus. Had 1 rare, medium and medium well burger even though they didnt ask how we wanted them cooked when ordered. Requested vegetables on the side and different condiments but burger was served as shown on menu. Prime whatever burger was absolutely drowned in some mystery sauce and not anything special being their specialty burger. Needless to say our curiosity has been satisfied and we wont be back.

Highly recommended if youre looking for a cold, red, completely raw burger. This was our first time here since it became Hopdoddy instead of Grub burger. Upon entering, the first two tables by the door were covered in trash and hadnt been bussed. The floor was littered with trash. The first two things I tried to order were unavailable. There was no ice for our drinks. People kept wandering around trying to deliver the wrong food to our table and asking us what we had ordered. Our food came and I bit into my burger......and reflexively spit it out. It was cold raw meat. Not even warm pink....cold, red, completely raw (seared on the outside). I took it back to the front and they said they would remake it. I asked for a refund instead. I wish I had pictures but I was so disgusted that I wanted that raw hunk of meat out of my sight ASAP. I only got my burger refunded but then my husband didnt want to eat his (also undercooked but not as badly as mine) so we left and will never set foot in this disgusting place again.

First of all not everyone likes pink on their burger.. I wish someone would have told me before hand .. ate the corners of the burger .. and the fries were way way too salty.. we barely ate them. We told a girl that was picking up trays and didn t offer a replacement just said we can tell the manager.. never going back. Almost $90 on salt and pink meat. The chicken strips were the only decent thing on the menu and I m not even sure they were made in house. Also their fountain drinks were terrible. I couldn t drink anything from there because it had sugar or caffeine. Just wish it had more options .

The food might have been good but when you order your burger with no Lettuce Tomato or Onion it is usually because you will not eat them. I ordered my burger that way and said just meat and cheese and the girl asked if I still wanted sauce so I know she heard me but the 20 dollar burger had a large slice of tomato soaked into the bun. I left it untouched on the table. My wife ordered shakes to go for my daughter and her co-workers and they were like chocolate milk. 100$ meal and I left as hungry as I showed up will never go here again.

Try the Hot Big Parma! I know this is a burger joint, but this chicken sandwich is excellent. The slightly spicy, very crispy breading and the sauce and cheeses make it a perfect item. I thought it would be too messy to eat on a bun but the sauce is nicely thick and stayed off my lap and in the bun. I was going to eat half and save it for another meal, but I ate it all. Definitely give it a try! Dietary restrictions: GF buns, lettuce wraps, or the sandwich as a salad are all available.
