Very slow service, pizza has no taste, and manager always looks like shes in a bad mood, they threw away my food while I was playing with my son and manager was rude when I told them about it, the place was almost empty when this happened and I had left my things on the table so they knew I was still there.

Clean and well maintained. Fun place for the younger kids to enjoy, but a bit pricier with less food choices at a higher price range and less game room options than the competitor with pizza and gameroom in town. There is an added trampoline jump zone for $13 extra that is not really worth it as it is small and the kiddos get bored of it quickly. Chuck E Cheese is supposed to come out once an hour for a few minutes of dancing with the kids, but doesnt always, and depending on who puts on the costume, he may or may not be engaging. The 1st visit here, Chuck E. Cheese was a good one, dancing with excitement and engaging the kids, making their faces light up. The 2nd time, he just walked around and left my little girl waiting for him on the dance pad by herself. The 3rd time, he was barely moving with a slow wave and a lift of one of his feet as if he was stuck or did not want to play a good Chuck E. Cheese. Vegetarian options: The limited salad bar. Parking: Spacious parking lot. Kid-friendliness: The young kids have a good time here. Wheelchair accessibility: Standard wheelchair accessible for parking and dining area.

My daughter celebrated her birthday here. It was a fun filled outing for our family and friends. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and Pizza. There are many games for kids and adults. I only wish that the remaining points in the play cards can be reused.

We had the worst experience with the manager in charge, she was yelling at me because my kid open the trampolin door, (paid for my 2 kids bracelets $24.00 plus games) the door was closed but he is 4 and doesnt know how to read instructions and she got extremely angry and started cursing and I heard her and I got angry as well. She should not work on that environment arrond kids if she doesnt have the kindness and understanding.

had a birthday party for my 8 year old with autism there. the have remodeled and put a couple trampolines in and he loves trampolines so thought that was great because he doesn t understand most of the video games so took him to the trampoline and the trampoline monitor tells me he can t get in without a wrist band that cost $12. this is on top of the $28 per child we are already paying for the 8 children attending, who if they want to jump with my son whose birthday party they are attending i also have to pay $12 each for them to get a wristband. that puts there midrange party package at $40 a child. the more expensive birthday package also does not include trampoline passes so no need to upgrade

The good: food and service were both great. The bad: this is a detention center for hyperactive children. They run and scream at the top of their lungs with no regard for others safety. The atmosphere is classic we don t want you here very long . They are super quick to take your $200 for just a few people but the seating is hard and uncomfortable, the walls are basically just white, TV s everywhere playing nonsense, fake art on the walls. Am I in a modern day McDonald s? It felt that way. The games were all digital and offered no easy or reasonably priced way to play them. Either give them $30 for 30 credits or 30 minutes. Tokens are gone and token based games take 15+ seconds each to play because it dispenses one token per play. Almost no coupons or deals available. None worth anything at least. Ooooo 5 free credits. Thanks? Playplace? Gone. They don t want you there and that would keep people there longer. They d prefer you just dumped your money into their walled and just left with no services rendered. It straight up says on their website if you booked a birthday party table you have exactly two hours to arrive and be gone. Seriously what happened to this place? It was amazing when I was a kid. Now it s a soulless entity obviously owned/controlled by a large hedge fund and publicly traded. PROFITS PROFITS PROFITS! The bottom line is the customer is not getting a fair value for their money and they are laughing their way to the bank about it. If this is what this next few generations of kids can look forward to, we have failed them and can do better while still making a good profit. 15-20% YoY is just not sustainable and it s showing here. We won t be back. Ever.

It had been a few years since last visit. The place has been remodeled and has an open floor plan and much better lighting. The pizza was enjoyable for all the children and the salad bar is improved. All of the games were working and well maintained. Very clean store.

This review will go from bad to worse. We went last Friday afternoon. Not terribly busy. They stamped our hands with black light stamps upon arrival. They said when leaving They check that every child matches their parent. I thought that was great. But, for the next 2 hours I watched people leave, and not one person was checked, nor was there anyone near the door. Most of the games took our credits, but didnt work. The ones that did gave out 5 tickets at most. We spent $100 and left with 2 stickers. Now for the best part... My 2 year old and myself had pizza. My husband had a salad bar and my 3 year old was too excited to eat. About 10 minutes after leaving I started to feel very bad. For 4 days I had the worst food poisoning I have ever had. My 2 year old and I got very very sick. A hospital visit was contemplated several times. Fever and everything else bad you could imagine.

The pizza was very good however it took like 27min to wait for one large pizza that s all we ordered and there was only one other person there that already had their food so not sure why it took so long. They charge for everything under the sun, even extra for one topping on your pizza. They charge for a new game card and wristband. The music nonstop playing was annoying. The games were fun and toddler friendly. The place was very clean enjoyed the atmosphere overall more than gattis just took a very long time to cook the pizza

We took our daughter in today, was just ok not the greatest!!! The carpet definitely needs cleaning!!!! Most playing machines for kids don t work. Fountain drinks some were out!!! Then we get to counter to turn in tickets & the lady has the audacity to tell my 4 year old to make up her mind on which toys she wanted so she didn t have to be going back & fourth to the back in a rude & sarcastic way!!! I understand when a restaurant is short handed & you re frustrated but that s not our fault!!! You should ve explained yourself & handled it a different way!!!

Games worked great. The dark-haired girl working the front counter acted as though she didnt want to assist customers. Asked her if we could utilize a digital coupon and she said she wasnt sure, so I requested if she could ask someone and she just continued to stand there and started looking past me. I looked her in her eyes and re-asked the question that if she could ask a manager. Not til then did she go find the on duty manager. Then when leaving we dealt with this same young lady and when we asked for a bag to put the handful of small prizes in she went to look for one but couldnt find one. Then returns back to her assigned register, didnt acknowledge me still standing there waiting, manager was right next to her-whom she could have asked and just did not. By now Im irritated and said you know what never-mind and we left. We will not return to this location! Hiring incompetent (lazy) employees is an easy way to lose patrons!

D.J. was out host for our birthday party and she was absolutely amazing! She s really good at what she does and made my baby girl feel so comfortable. The food was great too! I would give 5 stars but Chuck E was looking like he was miserable with his job choice and didn t want to be there. Luckily it was only for a small portion! The atmosphere is great, it feels safe, clean and like I said D.J. made it a great celebration and the reason we will be back! Definitely recommend for a toddler birthday!

Erin is amazing!!! I was purposely being annoying lol. She kept her composure and professional attitude which once I noticed it became fun. Pizza was awesome love how the crust Louisiana spicy wings are a must get. Games aren t the coolest, nor the prizes but we had a good time anyways. Came in for a small celebration for my daughters birthday today. We ate and played and my daughter even got a chuck-e birthday hat. We didnt pay for a party section or anything. Both drink machines were out of ice both times I went to get a drink. Pizza had little to no sauce. Staff was gathered in the back talking a lot but nice when approached directly. We paid $70 for a large pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks, 3 drinks and a 45 min game card. It had been over 15 years since we last went to a Chuck E. Cheese so we had menu questions. The young man that attended us seemed annoyed with our questions. When it was time to leave and pick prizes... my son wanted a particular price but that same employee was adamant about not being able to give my son said prize because they were out since they cant go past the divider. They clearly still had 4-5 of those prizes on either side.

WORST experience ever. We took our 5 year old sister out for dinner for her birthday. She was so eager to enjoy her time at Chuck E. Cheese. Unfortunately, the service and food was the downfall of the experience. The salad bar was horrible, all of the fruit was rotten. The cantaloupe was rancid and had a horrible smell. We let an employee know and she could have cared less..didn t even take the fruit out to save someone a stomach ache. The pizza was not cut all the way. We could literally pick up the pizza in its entirety. We let the employees know and asked if they could recut it, which they didn t they handed us plastic knifes. Then had the audacity to come out and talk about us as we ate. Not surprised since 90% of their employees are teenagers who could care less. We didn t even play games, we left to enjoy the rest of our night at Cinergy (family of 14 majority being kids, so they lost out big on money) Definitely our last time, nothing about this experience will make us try it again.

We went tonight I orded the sample plate it said it had wings, cheesy bread and fries I ask how many wings dose it come with bc my husband wanted some the lady said 5 or 6 it inly had 3 . When we arrived we had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the counter which is not a big deal but with 2 toddlers ready to play, we had some crying and fit throwing going on while trying to order. We were excited since the Midland location is 3x the size of the Abilene one we have been to, but is the same where it is for older children (not toddlers). We found it difficult for them to play some games since our toddlers do not like the ride on ones. Just wish there were better games for them since their attention span is shorter. I know there are some games, but we wanted to try it and see if it was similar to ours at home. Anyways, my husband was not happy since we spent $100 dollars for the kiddos to scream and throw fits and for a large pizza. But, there were a few good times in the hour we were there. So, it was ok. But, when they get older, we will try again...

Not only have the prices on EVERYTHING gone up but the staff was not friendly nor helpful at all. When asked about the pricing they just said that s what it is and would not explain why they failed to mention the almost $10 increase in price when promoting their stuffed crust pizza. I came here for my son birthday and he always enjoys coming here. He is turning 4 yrs, with a special need. The lady at the counter was really rude with our son. Prices have gone up a lot, large pizza, medium pizza, 5 of their drinks plus wings was over 120 dollars. Went back to get a salad plate and it was 12 bucks! Almost had a heart attack lol. We arrived at 11:00 a.m., at opening time, there was food and trash on floor, under the tables, the games and childrens rides had hand and finger prints everywhere, the workers sat at a table and were on their phones and when we ordered they were very lazy and rude. The music was very loud, the carpet had a mildew smell to it, very nasty place. We spent $100.00 there. The pizza was very good. I will never take my grandkids there again. Employees need to go in at 6 a.m., vacuum, wipe down and clean all games and stay off their cellphones, also at opening time they were out of several items at the salad bar. We were the only customers there from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., now I know why!!!!

Chuck e cheese didnt dance he looked broken. He glanced side to side but that was it. Its sad that the band isnt part of the show anymore and they have tvs to entertain. Theres no older kid video games, they didnt have t-shirts. My granddaughter enjoyed it but it could be better. Although it was SUPER CLEAN BATHROOMS DINING AREA FOUNTAIN DRINKS TRASH CANS EVERYTHING WAS SO CLEAN I WAS SO SURPRISED FOR A KIDS PLACE. The staff was attentive friendly and helpful and so kind. The pizza was amazing and over all we liked it. Just wish there was more to do.

Store is in disrepair every time we ve come which isn t much. Overpriced and always short handed. Games don t work. Basically, Don t do it unless you re desperate for entertainment.. just please check the tea before drinking! Gross Edit: They replied back in the comments that they will do something about the bad experiences but from the look of the management and crew, we all know that little will be done. It may be just kids but the families deserve more for their money and time. Remember when Chuck E. Cheese used to make sure al families were leaving with the right kids and scanning their stamped hands or checking their pictures?? This one has no security of any kind in those regards. Perhaps wonderful place for kids! They dont know right from wrong... 4 young ladies behind counter and no one acknowledged me 12 minutes later I approach them with yes could I atleast get tokens... other than that food is indeed great as well as updated games :)
