There are two ladies here who have very bad manners with customers, you say HELLO and they dont respond, they have very bad manners, one of them is a black woman with bows when you talk to her she speaks to you with signs and barely helps you with your order, they should hire people with better aptitude at work.

Extremely rude worker. She was extremely rude from the start while taking our order she cut us off before we could finish ordering with the total. Once we pulled up to the window we asked her to read it back to us and she done it with attitude and then she acted like it aggravated her when she got the order wrong because she cut us off at the speaker.

Its been awhile since Ive eaten here. And I was quite surprised to pull into a Full parking lot! And even more surprised by the quality of the food! I had the two for $6.00, which I chose the spicey Fish & the regular Fish sandwiches. What a Great surprise. They were very good, and alot to eat. Cant wait to try out the rest of the Menu. Worst Arbys Ive ever been to. I went to sit down in a chair and I ending up squishing my finger really badly to where it was twitching in a lot of pain. The cushion of the chair had metal in underneath it, which squished my finger. Absolutely not returning to this place EVER.

Always love Arbys and usually worth the higher than normal price for fast food. Unfortunately, they have lost their way. I usually get an Arbys sandwich with Swiss. Why Swiss, because thats the way it was ordered for me when I was a kid. The swiss cheese they are using now looks and feels more like melted plastic, and it had zero flavor. The curly fries are still good.

This has to be the worst Arbys in the entire US. I have had several encounters there that have been awful. Once with the GM herself and once with one of her managers, the customer service is absolutely awful. I can not believe the way the managers carry them selfs, their staff looked at me both times in shock while their managers continued to be rude. The food is never fresh, if you ask for it fresh they become very defensive and almost deny you. Also the roast beef is HORRIBLE. They cut the meat way to thick. I was a manager and worked for Arbys back home for many years, we always had top service and everyone was held accountable. The district manager should really start doing surprise visits, get corporate in here and teach this staff the correct ways to do things. I really like Arbys in general but refuse to go since I have moved here to Midland.

So ... Ive been here twice. The first time, I got them to make a a giant 1lb roast beef sandwich for me. It was unholy. It was amazing. Last night I ordered the secret menu item Mountain of Meat. Drive thru crew was so attentive and happy. Nice change from other places around town. Edit- was a 5 star however today they screwed up. My husband picked up dinner on the way home. When he got here, he explained it took so long bc they claimed they had to cook the chicken so he waited. Soooo when I bit into my chicken sandwich and it was pink raw, I was very surprised.

I really do like Arbys and I understand sometimes restaurants run out of supplies however, the last 3-4 times (not back to back) I have came to Arbys they are always out of something, one day they have no bread, another day they have no cheddar and so on. Went in to try one of the new burgers. Have to say it was pretty good, its upscale to a degree from the other burger joint offerings. They are a decent size well dressed and their sauce is a bit more tangy than McDonalds. The fries were good and the seasoning was great. Over all its a great concept from the leader in fast food roast beef.

The counter help was poorly trained. Ordered my food. 2 kids meals 2 doubles and a half pound meal. With curly fries. Got 4 packets of sauce fine we can figure that out. But not 1 curly fry. Not even told no curly fries.
