My wife and I love coming here. Only they charge per weight for takeout, so if u get a bunch of noodles they still charge the same if it was meat. But I still pay for it because everything is good . I get huge plates too

The food was good but what I didn t like is when this man had paid with a card the waiter was literally over his shoulder watching the gentleman sign the ticket and my friend paid for dinner with a card and the cashier in front said umm the tip she said it s at the table and the waitress at the table said where is the tip like lady we just got up I dug the tip out my purse and handed it to her a tip isn t mandatory

This is a very good buffet. The average price. The variety on the menu is very good. The flavor, at least from what I tried, was pretty good. I recommend the oysters gratin with cheese and spices, the breaded fish, the seasoned squid...even the rice. Well lit. Clean in general, including the bathroom. The staff (apparently they were oriental people) were very attentive in everything. Ample parking. Highly recommended

This place is the dirtiest restaurant I ve ever been in. The floors are gross and sticky, as well as their chairs and tables. Their food taste decent, but I can only imagine how gross is their kitchen, cooks, and kitchen equipment, considering their dirty seating area for the customers. Then the waiters have the audacity to force a gratuity tip on customers when the service wasn t even great and the customers go get their own food. Never ever going back again!

Im not sure whats going on. I have been going, and every time, it is getting worse. It was very hot in there we were sweating while we were eating. Flavor is like non existence some of the food was old and dry from being under the heat lamp for a while. I think this is my last time. This place has some pretty good Chinese food with a pretty diverse buffet. The service and staff are great. However, I did try the flan they had and it was absolutely horrid. It tasted as if it was made using rotten eggs and was old. The rest of the food is awesome, just do yourself a favor and spare yourself from the flan. The atmosphere and interior could use a little work. Overall a solid spot for some Chinese. Edit: Apparently the food here is Mongolian, my mistake, I thought it was Chinese.

Grand Buffet is a Mongolian restaurant with an impressive variety of food items. Their seafood selection is fantastic, and I especially loved the chili shrimp which tasted amazing. I also enjoyed their noodles and the different types of Sushi they offer. The only downside is that the restaurant feels a bit congested with tables and chairs placed closely together. Despite that, its a great place to dine with delicious food .

If I could leave a zero star I would give it. I went yesterday and this waitress asked me to tip her and she was mad like making a scene. She was pointing to the check and rudely asking for her tip but I was not going to pay for a service that I never had. She never went to our table not even once. And then she started talking her language in a very high tone like talking bad about us then another waitress started laughing it was very disappointing. I had noticed before that they dont even give you privacy to sing the check but this has never happened to me before in any place.

Me and my man went to this restaurant to eat because he had never eaten there but I have so we went. When we arrived everything was okay at first until we sat down and the server came. She was nice at first but was progressively very pushy. She tired to take my man s plate right while he was eating his food. The worst part is was when it came down to the check now I was eating my dessert trying to enjoy it but the waitress was eyeing me like a vulture and said pay me now not only that but she when I took out cash to pay the bill she said you give me tip like demanding I tip her when she hardly did anything. She was very pushy and demanding and I did not like that and she also tried to take more than I told her but she knew what she was doing because she played it like she couldn t understand me. I told her take 10 for a tip and I should have gotten like 11 dollars back caused I paid 60 so my husband had to tell her to give me my ten back. If you encounter this waitress do not tip her.

If I could give a zero star, I would. I went there with 2 friends around 8:30pm on Saturday night. They don t have any food and we paid over $50. They barely have anything to eat. It was a disappointment. The worst thing that happens was our server/waitress. A middle age woman that tied her hair, with round face. She only took one plates from our table. And after we paid, she literally demanded us to tips her. She just stayed there at our table and she wouldn t leave until we write down tips in the receipt. We were planning on leaving tips in cash after she left but she just stayed there and expected us to tip her from our card. She had an attitude and that made all of us so mad. We said no tips in the card and she made a scene. She cussed us out in Chinese/mandarin. We were so pissed, so we just left without leaving her any tip. This is the FIRST TIME this kind of things happen. Why in the world would someone waited and demanded for us to tips them??? Server in other places usually left us alone and we tips. This is just hilarious and disgusting. They better fix this problem.

Terrible service, I was celebrating my birthday with my husband and my baby and we got up for dessert and the waitress came up and looked at the plates, she turned to look at me and she turned her face at me and she left. We asked her if she could give us a refill of soda, no. He listened to us and left, then he came back and gave us the bill. after hearing what my mom and aunt just told me about this place i m absolutely appalled. i ve been serving for years and i would NEVER treat customers in the way that they were treated. I don t condone not tipping, however when all you re doing is bringing refills to the table and nothing else (which their server did not do ONCE) there is absolutely no reason why you should lash out on customers for leaving a lower tip. At buffets you re literally serving yourself your own food. They claim she never got them refills never pre-bussed, and then had the audacity to confront my aunt for not tipping despite my mom tipping already. I recently just ate here for dinner and now my buddy and I have food poisoning. I had the noodles, sushi, chicken teriyaki, pudding, and fries with a Dr Pepper. The waitress was made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable after talking on the phone behind us and looking over our shoulders in a corner. I love their food but was taken aback the other say when I paid cash. The waitress didn t bring my receipt nor my change. She just assumed that the change was her tip. I m sorry, but when the change is just taken, IT IS NOT A TIP, IT S A CHARGE, an undisclosed charge. I won t keep coming back if that practice persists

This is a buffet place. Its your traditional chinese food with mongolian barbecue rise be broccoli sushi. It didnt feel or look like it was a very clean place. It had a dingy look to it and our server. was nice when she came to the table but she wasnt real tentative and not really right on it.

The food was ok but the waiter we had was literally telling all the other customers to give him a tip which we always leave one at the end of our meal he literally told us to add it to the card we paid with and turned around and told my elderly mother she had to give him cash and started throwing things when she didnt. Never again will we be going to this place very rude waiter.

The meal was great, but to top off the event, I was ask to give a tip. I have no problem to give a tip, but when I am belittled, into giving a tip, when the service was not that great, the workers never great you with a smile. It is not the most friendly service in town. Will we come back, yes we will come back only out of no other choice for Chinese Buffet in our town.

It s no secret that everyone has an issue with the waitress standing there and won t walk away until you give a tip. THAT ISNT HOW WE DO THINGS! I will never be tipping her again. After I gave her a small tip because she demanded it I guess she was mad because the next time I was in we got sat in her area and she wouldn t refill my drink the whole time. She won t be getting tips as long as she keeps trying to make people give her money for have one job and not doing it. All you have to do is refill my drink and you didn t so the audacity they have demanding tips blows my mind.

I am rating this place a 3 star. Food was fabulous. However i felt like our waitress was trying to rush us, and was charged gratuity which we were aware of. She then went to on to question why I didnt give her a tip on my card. For the simple fact we all left cash on the table. And she continued to get mad because I didnt leave a tip on my card. Very weird experience

Just sucks we paid with card but was gonna leave a cash tip they saw it said 0 on tip they stay demanding for it in a very rude unprofessional way the lady was giving us dirty looks didnt even refill our cups was a bad experience they need new waiters
