Left multiple reviews on yelp, just for them to both be removed. But aside from that, the wraps are good, nice bathroom, nice patios. It may be a bit pricey but you are paying for fresh ingredients.

They are good salads, but the people are stingy on how much toppings they put on your salad. I make sure I let them know I want extra of every topping I get. They need to have a heavy hand on the topping if you are going to charge me $20 for a SALAD.

I asked for plastic ware to go because I normally don t use the plastic ware in restaurants. But what also got me was I was told that it is only for foodsby. What an awesome staff! My family and I visited the establishment around 6:20 PM on Thursday, June 13th. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My apologies for not remembering names, but it was a young lady with glasses, a tall guy with glasses, and another young man that helped us. This was my second time coming to this location. I am so disgusted and disappointed with Salatas at 1705 N Town E Blvd, Ste 300 in Mesquite, TX. I eat Salatas so much that I should have stock in the company but today is my first time I am second guessing my loyalty to the company. Not once but twice I found hair in my Salata wrap. None of the servers wore a net over their hair and they used their hands more than the scoops that are provided. The individual that served me seemed scared to give me the regular portion size -- if it was up to her I would have gotten 2 grapes, a piece of an onion and maybe 5 pieces of lettuce. I am being facetious but you get my drift. I tried calling the store at least 4 or 5 times and no one answers and since it is after hours the corporate office is not open. Who do I need to refund me my money back -- Mesquite is almost an hour from me and I am not driving back over there. Please assist - thanks in advance.

They ladies didn t speak English. That s kind of hard to order when you have to speak ENGLISH to place an order. My onions aren t even chopped it s such sloppy work. My salad dressing is watered down and very runny. Nothing look prepared with love like it use to be. There is NO diversity at all with the employees I saw working. Maybe the night shift is more diverse because the day manager is Hispanic so all the day worker with the good shift are her friends and Hispanic.

Went to Salata the service was mediocre. Had a young adult who was more interested in going back and forth than preparing my order right. I eat Salata 2-3 times a week I really like Salata but I will never patronize this location again. The young lady was a poor representation of the brand. The Employees here just do not pay attention. Ordered on their app and this is the second time they have either left me with no protein at all or missing my second protein option. This time they even missed some of my ingredients. When I walked in to pick up my order Saturday afternoon. They were not busy at all. So, Im confused as to how anything on my salad got missed. Called and the store manager did not give the best customer service. Told her this was my last time I will order from them. She states, she could add me on the list to come pick up the protein they missed. Not a new salad but protein only. Why would I come and pick up some protein..I just spent $50.00 for two salads. I sent a complaint on their website and still havent heard anything back. I dont recommend this place at all, for the price you pay and they leave the main ingredients out. Horrible service.

Salads are good. Service is terrible. One of the employees apparently didnt like that it was our first time, and we were moving slow-ish, or perhaps that I was speaking to my daughter in Spanish. He rudely asked the other employee next to him if they could trade places to avoid helping us, and before he could even respond, employee #1 was already gone. Not just unprofessional, but very rude. Again, food is good, but there are definitely plenty of alternatives in the same area where my family and I can have a meal without feeling discriminated.

My first visit and I kind of knew how it worked. The person working behind the counter told me they offered small and regular salads so I chose regular. I pick my lettuces and toppings then chose my salad dressing after trying several choices. Then got Shrimp and croutons. I also was offered a cookie by the check out person. My bill was expensive but the salad looked good so that was ok. As I payed I was offered to make a tip. Not sure what for but I summarily tapped 18%. Still not sure what that was for. So next I asked about my drink. I was never offered one or wasn t aware it wasn t offered. The young person who checked me out told me they had a water cup which I took. So far I was a bit perturbed but didn t react. I asked about eating utensils and was told they were over yonder. Then I sat down to my meal and realized it could probably feed a family of 4. No wonder it was so expensive. Never was I guided through the process and had no clue that a regular in this place meant Jumbo. I began to eat and stay in the location even though it was very hot in the place. No AC that you could tell and I feel it was heat if anything. I ate half of my salad and left because my head was banging from the loud music all on base. I won t go back but whoever owns this place needs to train the associates and turn down the damn music. No one ever walked in the dinning area to offer anything or ask if I was happy. What in Gods name was the tip for?

I was enjoying the salad I bought from you guys yesterday, only to find a long black strand of hair caught up in my fork from scooping. That absolutely disgusted me so much that I threw away the rest of my meal. I think if there s one take away, you guys could probably do to make your service a little bit better. Is by making sure that your workers are actually wearing their hair nets. I didn t notice it right away but the girl who was serving me, was in fact not wearing one. I had dine in salata. Got the bowl and obviously I get to see everything what the workers put in the salad. Then I went to eat outside in the patio they have and mid way eating my salad I found a white hair. I do have proof I was recording myself with my boyfriend eating the salad since it was his first time there. My main concern is if they don t where hair nets properly or don t wash there bowls properly.

I enjoy my lunch and Ruben as always is so kind and helpful. Because I m on a restricted diet he alway make suggestions to on what I can do to make my salad even more delicious. Great guy and great restaurant it s always nice and clean. Vegetarian options: I loved the vegan options I just wished they would add seasoned Tofu as a protein. Everything was fresh and delicious. The fruits was sweet and delicious.

45 minute waits for mediocre in a bowl, slow service, understaffed. Theres a Salad and Go down the street on Town East. If you do deliveries, ignore this place or waste an hour of your time, you wont get paid extra.

Was picking up an order for doordash here and they took 15 minutes to even address me and then told me Id have to wait another 30 because the stores backed up. People paid extra to get this food faster and not wait in a line. They shouldnt accept deliveries if they cant be responsible about it.

Yesterday was my first time trying Salata! And i can just say so good! The staff was nice & amazing service, one in particular that was so attentive to myself and others was the tall guy dressed in black! Made my first time so smooth and easy, i was a little nervous it being my first time and not knowing what to order but he made it so refreshing and easy for me! Deff recommend

My first visit cost me $50.00 for 2 small salads. How ridiculous is that? The children working there were rude and kept rolling their eyes every time you asked them a question. I will not be visiting this place again. Parking: It was fine.

What a cool concept! Like Sweet Frog, but with salad! The food is fresh and the larges really filled us up! (You know the moans and heavy sighs one hears after eating WAY too much?
