Went for a TB test, was in and out in less than an hour. First young lady missed the stick but was very apologetic and got someone else to do the test. Second young lady got the test done quickly and expertly. Went back 2 days later to read the site and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was polite and professional, would recommend.

Staff is nice put the place is filthy. Had me pee in a toilet full of urine and toilet paper that you are not allowed to flush. She only flushed it after the fact.

I write this review truly, truly grateful. Ive read some of the reviews, good, bad, ugly, and I have to say that this place is a lighthouse. The staff is incredibly kind and gifted, and the way everyone in the building is a team. They all know their job and work well together. Thank you to the entire staff for being so phenomenal!! When reading the reviews keep in mind these people are not babysitters and as grown people should pickup after themselves. This crew is there to help us in our journey whether its doing drug tests for a new job, or helping us get healthy to return back to work. NOVA you are amazing continue to shine!!!

Trying to take a urine test, and he says its not enough to test, Ive taken test before and it doesnt have to be a full cup. He wasted my time and money, dont go there, I dont recommend this clinic the staff is shabby starting with the manager that needs to do something with his hair they look untidy unclean thats not the way it should be in the medical clinic

I really enjoy coming to the location in Mesquite,TX. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Completely professional from start to finish. I failed an alcohol breathing test and came up positive. I didn t drink. I passed the UA. It cost me the best opportunity I ve had for work. The helper didn t even know how to run the machine. I m sure she didn t calibrate it before. Because she had someone come in and help her.

Ashley was very nice great customer service, and the white guy with the long hair was cool also. The Dr. from Jamaica was very nice and concerning the only thing the sister with the glasses just looked at me twice when I came to the front without saying anything and that was not cool but Ashley came up and took care of me.

Front is unprofessional and act bothered if you ask them to do anything extra. They are more interested in their music and gossiping loud enough for the waiting room to hear. Dr doesn t take time to talk to you or make sure you understand anything.
