My family and I love Hobby lobby. However, this location is the worst. All the employees seem to have a negative attitude ( as if they hate working there).My daughters nose started to bleed, and we rushed to the bathroom. When we paid at the register, one of the employees looked at her and laughed at her for no reason. This is just one example, I have several.

Didnt find the brand of chalk paint I was looking for but they had something similar that worked almost as well. I was a little disappointed in the staff. They were not eager to help. They all seemed a bit stressed out and trying to avoid customers, but it looks like they were stocking shelves for the upcoming holidays so maybe that was overwhelming to do that and help customers. Ill give him another shot after the holidays

Normally my visits here are very pleasant. But today the cashier line I was in was quite rude when I spoke to her, she didn t speak back when I said thank you she didn t even have the decency to say you re welcome. I am Big on customer service being that I work in the field of customer service myself this has made me very disappointed.

Walking in you will NOT get greeted. Store isnt stocked and boxes everywhere hard to shop. Is it a theft problem here? The front entry were the display is, is not like other stores..... I just dont like this location.. .

I Love shopping here, the staff never disappoints since they are always extremely nice and very helpful. My best friend and I and her 6 year old daughter came in especially since my friend has taken up painting to help her with her anxiety and wanted to see if there was any she needed and she was like a kid in a candy store. I was there for crochet yarn and another crochet needle, the only thing I found a little disappointing is not finding a stock of colors I needed in the size of yarn I needed so I had to decide on a different project instead of being able to do the one I really wanted to do. Its been like this on more than one occasion so I either have to wait, have it delivered and wait or go to another craft store, even if I ordered it from Walmart and have it delivered I can get free shipping/delivery and get other things I need as well. My friends daughter found her a project to do. Other than that Ill still be back.

I usually don t post reviews but tonight my family and I went to hobby lobby and we re heading to the register when they closed . This man I didn t get his name but was very rude to me and my family I told him we were heading to the registers , and he proceeded in telling me that there s security there just so I know. I found this racist and rude since with others he was nicer . I thought hobby lobby was suppose to have nice and friendly people. Not racist and rude workers , even another lady complained saying he was incredibly rude to her.

I swear that this place is the only place to stress me out to the point of crying. Their check out system is horrendous and they only add Cashiers to the front when the line is almost to the back wall and people start to leave their items wherever they are standing and leave. The POS system should be updated to a scanning system because the sheer amount of time it takes the untrained slow staff to type in the price is ridiculous. It took me 30 minutes today to check out with 5 registers open.
