I been coming here for the last 4 years . I now travel 15-20 minutes as the food and staff is just better here then the pandas closer to me . Food is always warm with great portions sizes . Staff is always friendly and attentive . You set the bar high and continue to hit it . Keep being awesome

I am very new to the Dallas area and I came into this Panda Express in Mesquite on 4/22/2024 around 8:55pm. There were only two customers and they were already seated and eating. There was a Hispanic guy in front of me and his ordered was taken by the worker Phillip (Hispanic male- they refused to provide his last name). After he took the Hispanic guy s order and he went to pay, it was my turn to place my order. Instead of Phillip helping me, he immediately started making to-go plates while completely ignoring as I am standing. After about a minute, I spoke up and asked why is he not taking my order; he still ignored me. There were several Hispanic workers and one came over to take my order. I was extremely upset. Another Hispanic male while into the restaurant and Phillip went over and took his order immediately. This was for sure a racially motivated act. He had absolutely no reason not to serve me. I never been in that location, I have never seen him, he s a RACIST who shouldn t be working there. I also spoke with the manager on duty that night. Today (4/23), I spoke with another manager, Elizabeth. He ONLY served Hispanic customers and his RACISM was caught on camera. I encourage Elizabeth to review the camera which would show his racism. I m also calling corporate. There s absolutely NO ROOM for racism in our society! He need to be coached and retrained!

If you have a shell fish allergy with getting the fried rice the person in fromt of me ordered the shrimp and the guy dropped a bunch of the shrimp on accident into the fried rice resulting in me not being able to order it since all he did was get the shrimp out and continue to serve it. They need to seperate the shrimp from other food so no cross contamination happens like it did in front of me

I ordered the Angus beef and also a side of cabbage kale broccoli, as well as the teriyaki chicken. The register person went over everything with me and i.assumed I received everything in the bag . I got home and I was missing the glaze for my dry chicken. Upon tasting the Angus beef I tasted something dry and disgusting almost as if the beef was bad. I couldnt finish it. Long story short I couldnt stop vomiting and using the restroom after this meal. Service was good but maybe he was just going too fast and missed some items.

Most HORRIFIC fast food experience of my entire life. If you spend (in the words of the GM) 3 minutes at the register , you ve done something terribly wrong as a customer. I was simply pulling up my new app user coupon code, which neither the GM nor the staff knew anything about regarding their own app. This caused tension between customers, horrific stress for me (I have chronic health issues), and I wouldn t go back there if they gave me a free meal once a week. The irony is that I ordered extremely fast out of respect for everyone else. Some customers took 10-15 minutes to order in line while talking, which is no issue for me- except for the double standard. Then, I had to wait 20+ minutes for them to actually serve me my food. ??? The GM and the staff there ought to be stripped of their jobs. They get paid around $17 dollars/hr to stand there and be so incredibly rude and ignorant of customer service . Portion sizes vary according to the individual serving your food, or whatever other method they individually maintain. I guess this is typical for fast food in Dallas/Ft Worth, but they could at least be somewhat nice. In and out in 3 minutes or less, or people get mad. All about the turn-over and profit, and people s impatience. In other countries, people take the time to enjoy food and others and life. People ought to take a moment to breathe.

So the only reason why I gave it a 4 star on the food is that+yes I know its such a small non deal breaker reason) is that when you add sauces to be included with your order in the app somehow it always never reaches the bag and being fair its just not at this location. Now the food, I ordered the bigger plate and I love honey walnut shrimp so I have to get it everytime theres always more walnuts than shrimp and Id love to get more of the sauce but I usually make my own. The Beijing beef, most of the pieces were tender and its really hard to describe the taste but its good. The new item Chili Crisp Shrimp is good, somewhat spicy and was delicious but it needs even if its on the side some kind of sauce since it can give a dry feeling if you just eat just it. I love their chicken egg rolls and the veggie spring rolls and would love to keep a case of each in my freezer that being said I tried their new apple pie egg rolls and a case of them in my freezer please. The flavor is great and I love that theyre tossed in a cinnamon sugar mix (be ready for a little messy) The only downside is theyre called egg rolls but theyre the size of the spring rolls. I will say that if you have these hot and dip them in vanilla ice cream they are amazing. Delivery was really quick and food was hot. Thanks!!!

Got to the place at 5 minutes to 8:50 pm the cook was washing down the walls you had two servers taking orders but there was very little left to serve anyway the lady at the beginning of the line had to keep switching her order due to they were out of most of the food I checked to see what time the place close which was 9:30 pm I understood that it was close to closing time but this place had a line and if they knew they werent cooking anything after 8:45 that should be told on their website and once you walk in to the place a few people left there disappointed and it wasnt 9:30

I went here on 7/14 and had the police called on me due to me not being satisfied with the service provided by manager Victor and Adrianna, I don t understand how Victor is at work cooking food while on his personal cell phone! Luckily I got in contact with the district manager and she authorized them to give me my food for free and I contacted customer service and filed a complaint. Thanks for your horrible service Victor and Adrianna I m sure your reign here will not last long.

Out of beef broccoli, no string bean chicken, no mushroom chicken, out of quite a bit. Their bowl states one meat and one side. 2 people at the counter said the side was rice. Would no allow me to have veggies as my side. I cant have rice due to dietary issues. Still they would not budge. Yes I did t have to come here but I wanted fast food Chinese type food. TLDR: Awful experience!!! The Panda Express company DOES NOT CARE if their app was used to rip their customers off. Immediately delete your saved payment methods, cancel your Panda Express app accounts, and uninstall as soon as possible. _____________________________________________________________ Some criminal was able to walk off with $50 of food charged to my credit card while fraudulently using my Panda Express account. There is no way I would be ordering takeout in Mesquite, TX while I am in California. Tried calling the restaurant to cancel the order once I received the purchase notification, and no one was answering the phone. After about 15+ minutes of redialing until someone finally answered and said they had already handed over the food. According to the manager, it was too late and there was nothing he could do about it. OK, I understand that they couldnt get the food back, but they could definitely refund or cancel the charge, right!?! Wrong!!! The manager told me he wouldnt do anything and that if I want my money back, I would have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Called the corporate customer support number to report the crime, and was told the official corporate policy was to make victims of fraud recover their money themselves through their credit card company. I am shocked, deeply disappointed, and furious that Panda Express will not even lift a finger to make things right. This is even though it was the Panda Express app that allowed someone to log into my account and make a fraudulent purchase. Maybe he has a weak password, some might ask. The thing is, I have 2-factor authentication activated which means someone would also have to access my email account to recover the code. The accounts do not use the same password and 2-factor authentication was activated on each one. A quick search of my email revealed that there were NO verification messages with the code you would need to successfully log in. There is also no way to change your password or cancel your account in the Panda Express website or mobile app. I would advise anyone who bothers to read this to immediately delete your saved payment methods, cancel your Panda Express app accounts, and uninstall as soon as possible. It might sound crazy, but I think this might have been an inside job. How else would someone be able to bypass the 2-factor authentication and other security systems without leaving a trace? It would help explain the baffling corporate policy of doing nothing to make it right. Now I am the one stuck having to dispute the charge to make right a crime that the Panda Express companys app, restaurant, management, and corporate policy helped to facilitate. Yeah... Thanks but no thanks! You just lost a customer.

I ve always loved Panda Express but after today I will not be spending my money with them anymore. I ve eaten at this location many times. I got my usual double beef & broccoli. When I got to my table I realized I had almost no meat on my plate. Now I m not one to just pick out the meat. I love the veggies too. I didn t have one single solid piece of whole meat in on my plate. I would describe it as meat crumbs. Tid bits. I went back up to the line to show them and was met with ohhhh yah, it s supposed to be more broccoli than meat . Well that s fine with me however I had zero meat. Lost a customer today for sure.

Food was good. Although, the food might sometimes feels mildly warm, its pretty warm most of the time, thats one thing they gotta work on, but it still tastes great. They do serve a good amount of everything onto your plate. One thing you definitely should do is make it clear on what you want and make sure they got it and give it to you, like sauces or extras. The workers sometimes dont pay attention on what theyre serving or what they need to serve. One more thing. I would definitely not recommend ordering online. They will definitely forget something.

Its always pretty mediocre food from here. They have a good portion size but usually forget something small every time I order. Especially the teriyaki sauce. I dont even bother to order it for delivery because they forget it every time. Without the sauce its just plain chicken. Broccoli beef should just be called blanched Broccoli because it is always so hard its almost raw and has barely any meat. The rice is fine and the honey chicken and sesame chicken are good. I keep going back but Im still usually disappointed about some of the food.

The young woman who took my order was like a robot. She didnt respond when I said hello, how are you? She was impatient when I asked her about the steak entree option & when I decided to try it it had about 3 little steak bits in the portion she served me. The next person down the line was the same. No personality, just give me your order & move along, youre bothering me by your mere presence. Such a bizarre way to be treated. The egg rolls & spring rolls were soggy & bland. Honestly, I LOVE Panda Express but this location is by the worst place to order/eat. Other then the workers not getting your order right and not giving you what you ask for, the service was HORRENDOUS. Very rude and the cashier will snap at you if you ask for something minor. Will only charge you for one thing when you asked for two and says she has to charge your card again. I can t fathom enough as to how bad the service you will get. Stay away.

This was my first time visiting & the service rushed me to order. They didnt have the advertised special so that was disappointing, but the food I ended up ordeeing was good & the dining room was clean. I will go back.

The one in Corpus was awful... I took a really good friend of mine for their first time and was terribly disappointed. I had been bragging on them for weeks and told them it was my friends 1st time there and they just shrugged it off. I was shocked and very unhappy with the whole exerience.

This location wasnt bad. It was clean, the service was quick, and the service was nice. Even though you cant dine in, they were nice enough to give us bowls so we could eat in our car, which we discovered that we were one among many people in the parking lot who were doing just that.

I always order from this location, and almost always get my order correct. The only downside is that they don t give you enough meat in their entrees mostly vegetables and tonight (03/02/21) wasn t the exception, I ordered broccoli beef and I got lots of broccoli and a few chunks (3) of beef. It was a sad dish... Hopefully Panda Express do something about it.
