We dined here for the first time. As soon as you walk in there s a weird sewer smell, I m not sure why it smelled so bad but that should ve been our red flag to get the heck out! We didn t think anything of and we went ahead and ordered our food and sat down. The food was made to order , BUTTTTTT . We ordered chicken shawarmas, beef shawarma, zinger, falafel, 2 portion of fries. LORD. When I tell you the food was horrible. We paid close to 60 dollars and we hated the food. The chicken in the shawarma was dry and hard! Seemed like we got the pieces that were just left out at the bottom of the pan. The beef was good and tender. The zinger was all breading no real chicken pieces just breading on top of breading. The falafel were so hard you can throw it at someone and knock them the F out! We ordered 2 portion of fries that were 8 bucks and they gave us a child small fry portion from McDonalds. For 8 dollars I expect a large amount of fries. I wish I would ve taken photos I was LIVID .. we will never be back here again. Oh also, I asked for them to add tomatoes and onion to my chicken shawarmas thinking nothing of it.. I look at the rect and they added a dollar for 2 pieces of tomato, 2 pieces of onion and 2 prices of lettuce!! (Ridiculous) making an additional 3 dollars just for extra toppings. Didn t know they charge extra for everything!!!! The guys there though were very very nice. The food just sucked ass! Idk who is lying on these reviews but omg the worse chicken and falafel sandwiches I ever had! NEVER AGAIN!

My first time here. Got there as soon as they opened so I think I was their first customer. Guys at the counter were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma with 2 pistachio baklavas. Service was great and I was excited to try it. Got in my car and took a bite of the shawarma and it was really good. It was wrapped tightly so I decided to finish it at home. Once I got home I noticed there was some giardiniera to add to the shawarma so I unwrapped the pita only to find not 1 but 2 pieces of hair IN my shawarma. Not on top of the exposed part of the shawarma but literally WRAPPED INSIDE my pita meaning it came from the face of the cook. I live in Frisco and I ve had a very long morning. I did not feel like driving back to McKinney so I just threw it away. The guys should really wear hair and beard nets when managing peoples food. I ll admit the first couple bites were good but finding MULTIPLE HAIRS in my food is not cool. I didn t even want to take a picture because this seems like a new establishment and I don t want to talk bad about it but you guys have to do better.

Do not eat from this place. Very greasy and bad food. If you ever eat an original shawarma from Middle East you know this is a real bad food. The spices they use kill the real taste. They put lots of meat and chicken in sandwich, very little parsley, sauce and tomato. Overwhelmed by greasy meat. Everything taste so awful. I spent 112 for 6 sandwiches, 1 hamous, 1 salad, 12 falafel and 1 babagnooj. Honestly all my money went to garbage.

The food was good and the workers were all super nice. The only downside is the food is not filling and portions are extremely small. We ordered three chicken shawarma and the loaded fries online and picked them up and they were very small. Additionally, the price is insane for just that; we paid about 45-50$ just for those portions. Though the food and atmosphere is good, we will not be eating here again.

We ordered this on GrubHub, and oh my goodness...so yummy! Everything was so fresh. We got the beef and chicken shawarma. The sauce was perfect; tasty and light without drowning the shawarma. Got food to go for the whole family and was very disappointed. The side of fries was very sad, barely a handful in the bag. The gyro was incredibly good but the beef and chicken were very dry and inedible. For the price, you usually can expect extra sauces and larger serving sizes but everything felt both minimal in quantity and rushed in quality. Felt like a fast food chain with everything slapped together last second. This was Friday night at 8pm so theres no reason to feel like I got old dried meat. Would not recommend compared to some other options nearby.

I was in the restaurants waiting so everything should have been hot, Music was too loud. To me, it looks like they could not keep up with the order from to go to iber eat. I had my first visit to Sheesh Kitchen a few weeks ago, and the food was absolutely amazing full of flavor and satisfaction. However, my recent visit yesterday left me disappointed. The sheesh bowl had very little rice and an overwhelming amount of veggies, resulting in an imbalanced and less enjoyable meal. Visited there for my second time yesterday. This place has outstanding food and for great prices. I had the Kello Bowl with everything plus chicken and the sheesh sauce. It was fantastic. So flavor packed and filling. I grew up eating Lebanese style mediterranean food and while this is a different style of med it had an authentic taste to it. This is my 2nd time eating here. The first time, I had their gyro bowl with Greek salad and it was pretty good. This time I wanted to try the gyro sandwich and when I opened the sandwich up to look at the meat because it didn t taste fully cooked, it wasn t. This was a disappointment. I m a picky eater, never liked shawarma anywhere until I tried Sheesh. The beef shawarma is amazing; the meat is fresh, tender, moist & flavorful and pairs perfectly with the saj bread. The owner & employees great all customers warmly and their customer service is exceptional.

Update: A/C seems to be fixed and employees look energetic. 06/24/23 update: Food, specially the shawarma still good. However, I m concerned about the employees. Been there twice when the weather was around 100F outside and no A/C on. Bearing in mind that workers also have ovens and heating equipment nearby. Also, be aware that there is a very steep 8.5% service fee surcharge for online orders, so consider ordering at the counter to save some $$. Previous One of the best falafels I ve tried. From the entrees, the gyro bowl with garlic sauce was on point. The portions were right for the price and the service was good.

The pictures online looked so amazing and I wanted to try everything. I was looking forward to the food. We decided to just try 2 beef wraps to go. I m guessing that was a bad idea. The meat was tough to chew and cold. I am not sure if we ended up with the end pieces of a batch. The wrap was kind of soggy. The meat had spices but lacked flavor. I think it might ve needed some salt. The house sauce was tasty. I m not sure if I just came at a bad time. The order took really long because all the online orders were being attended to. I m happy for all the people that had a good experience but I don t think I will be back to try anything else.

Didnt know about this place til I searched for the Mediterranean in the area! I wanted a Gyro sandwich and this was the most affordable choice! Surprised to hear its been around for a year +, so I have some catching up to do! The sandwich was delicious and very generous with their meat, the box presentation is great and the meal was complete with fries, veggies and a drink. Service was nice and friendly, busy and bright atmosphere inside on a Friday night! Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

I like the food. Good ingredients, clean premises and quick service. But I would love it if they were more generous with their sauces. While the shawarma isnt as filling as the one you can get at, say, Fadis, the bowls (Sheesh & Greek Salad) felt like better options. They could work slightly on their customer friendliness. Sure, you will be greeted with a Welcome to Sheesh! but pretty mechanical & disingenuous. Small things like answering before you finish your question - gives off more of a New York impatience vibe (if you know what I mean). But this seems more of a takeout place anyway so I can ignore the smileless service for pretty decent food.

I love the sheesh bowl from here! The sheesh sauce would make just about anything taste good! The falafel is fresh, crispy and delicious. The beef shawarma is a little fatty for my taste, but that s about the only remotely negative thing I can say about the food. If the owner/manager is there, the service is fast and amazing! But if he s not there, you may get pretty bad service as I have a couple times.

We had a great lunch at Sheesh. The chicken shwarma was very delicious. The baba ganuosh was excellent. The service was good, but the boys behind the counter looked a little unhappy. It is conveniently located off the 380 road Custer. If youre in the area, I highly recommend you try this restaurant. You wont be disappointed.
