If you re looking for a true taste of Italy, 400Gradi is just the place! From the first bite of eggplant parmigiana, I was transported back to when I was last in Italy. The Carnivora pizza was magnificent and the pappardelle al funghi was exquisite! I m not sure which of the three dishes was my favorite but I will definitely be back to have them all again!

Delicious! Drinks were out quickly, the charcuterie was yummy, and all the people in my party liked all their dishes. Pasta was handmade and flavorful. Sied was a very knowledgeable server and told us all the things that make the place unique. We split our bill for four people three ways and he made sure all our checks were correct before charging us. Professional and kind.

Food was excellent, just like the downtown Dallas venue. Service was unsatisfactory: wait staff didn t remember who ordered what, so we played musical entrees for an awkward couple of minutes. McKinney venue is downright obnoxious. No acoustic treatment so the place was incredibly loud and annoying. Will not go back owing to that.

Quality of food is not good. This is not an upscale restaurant as they claim to be. It s pretty much come as you are, from the hostess to the manager. We had reservations for dinner on Saturday. At first they tried to seat us outside when it was 100 degrees so we had to wait a bit for a table inside. I didnt see anything online when making the reservation about potential outdoor seating. Anyway, everything was great after that, I was impressed with the red sauce and all the food plus the great service. We tried the meatball appetizer with toasted bread which was excellent. For entrees we had the Margherita Verace pizza, the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and the Rigatoni alla Vodka. All the food was fresh and delicious without being too salty. The pizza was Neopolitan style with I love. Overall a nice experience with good pricing, highly recommend.

The restaurant has a romantic atmosphere. The lights are low with nothing but a small light to warm the table. Most people found at the tables are couples and small parties. The pizza was Napoleon style pizza with a thin crust and generous amount of toppings. There is a large window on one side of the restaurant that opens to the kitchen. In there you can see the large pizza ovens and your food being made- it s was a nice touch. I got a mushroom pasta with truffle oil. It s was delicious and creamy. I still think about it and highly recommend you try when there. Overall this was a great restaurant, each dish was made with the best ingredients and I can imagine this would be a great date night place.

Very beautiful space. We had an early lunch reservation and therfore the only patrons in the restaurant at the time. Host was very nice and personable. She also was our server and had some suggestions. She didnt seem well versed in describing the ingredients but was really sweet nonetheless - she shared the history of the restaurant and its other locations. A major gripe was that I dont think we realized the server wouldnt be putting our order in under after we finished our starter salad. We sat there for 45 minutes thinking the food was working and she had just put it in (despite taking the order 45 minutes ago) she said she wanted to give us time to finish our salad first. Fair, but I wish that had been communicated. The food came out a little cold..just shy of room temperature. After an extended wait I expected hot food. We ordered the flank stank and lasagna. Both dishes lacked flavor and seasoning. Very disappointed in the flank steak. No flavor at all. Lasagna also lacked seasoning... I expected an elevated dish for such a nicely decorated restaurant. Unfortunately this visit was a disappointment and not sure we would return but Im always willing to give things a second chance ... The GM was super nice and personable as well. The staff saved the experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our first experience at 400 Gradi in McKinney. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic and service and food were great! Courtney was our server and she was attentive and knowledgeable. We loved the lasagna (I had carbonara and the pasta was handmade but didn t care for the beef cheek in it, as a personal taste). Not pictured but also delicious: a twist on tiramisu. It was dome-shaped and sat upon a frozen chocolate biscuit-type thing - so tasty! Highly recommend dining here, especially if you are celebrating.
