We tried three different types of crepes Nutella, dark chocolate, and cinnamon apple along with three drinks, and honestly, it was just a complete waste of money. The crepes were so plain, with barely any flavor, and the drinks were basically syrup and water. Seriously disappointing. What made it worse was that it was my son s birthday, and we chose this place because he wanted crepes. They didn t have anything special for someone s birthday, which was really underwhelming. This was our first time here, and it ll definitely be the last. Not worth the money at all. So disappointing!

Salomay blows Starbucks out of the water. I ordered a Honey Bee and it was phenomenal. The owner is so friendly and attentive, he s created a lovely atmosphere in a bright and inviting shop. The drinks and food are reasonably priced and the drive thru is easily accessible. I highly recommend trying Salomay next time you need a coffee!

I have been to Salomay a couple of times with my friends and every time the service is amazing and the coffee and food are exceptional. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich and the snickerdoodle latte and both were outstanding. But what really sets this place apart for me is the service. Every time Ive been here, they have been so accommodating whether it be offering to rearrange furniture so our group has more seating or bringing out high chairs for our little ones. I highly recommend!

Savory Crepes were somewhat bland, not bad but not worth the price. The crepes themselves were way too thick and chewy, more like a pancake than an actual crepe. The bananas foster crepe was not good. Just a plain crepe with bananas sprinkled with cinnamon inside, not caramelized or warm. We ended up throwing that one away because it just wasn t good.

Salomay in McKinney is our morning coffee must-have! I ve tried all of their latte flavors and loved every single one, but my absolute favorite has to be the Samoa it s just perfect. My husband is hooked on the Sneaker Doodle White Chocolate and orders it every time. One day, they were out of cinnamon for his drink, but the owner went above and beyond, creating a custom drink just for him that tasted like a toasted marshmallow it was an absolute delight! I ve also tried the breakfast crepe, and it was amazing! I can t wait to try the chicken pesto next. If you re in McKinney and love great coffee and crepes, Salomay is the place to go!

10/10 would recommend! Came with my sister and her friend. Store was quite cute and had a very welcoming atmosphere! Menu made it hard to choose which item I wanted. Everything looked great. I settled on the French toast with berries and a side of scrambled eggs with steak. It was so delicious. The owner was there with a friend, they were both so nice! Noticed he was also hands-on and assisted in the orders alongside his employees. Service was fast as well which is always a plus. They might have a drive-thru. Not sure but I noticed a van pull up and they had one of those sliding windows used to hand people their order. Forgot to take a picture of the food The presentation was so pretty so that s a fail on my end.

Was 20 min late picking it up bc of traffic. But still... walked up to an empty place other than 2 older ladies on their laptops. Food was bagged up next to the register. It was grab and go, no checking. Took it to the car to eat. Struggled to cut through the crepe. It was very tough to chew as well. My wifes meal was supposed to be the lemon and sugar crepe with raspberries added on. The raspberries had black specks on them and the lemon taste was only on a small portion of the crepe. Unfortuantely, the crepes we both had were flavorless. Not the light and fluffy crepe we had hoped for. Sorry to leave the rating.

The crepes were fantastic, my wife, daughter and I all got different ones from the sweet crepe listing and enjoyed them thoroughly. To top it off the staff were kind and patient as we hemmed and hawed about what to order and how to customize our crepes. Weve been a few times and had great food and service each time. One of these days Ill try something from the coffee section and the savory crepes. Kid-friendliness: The staff was very patient with my daughter trying to figure out what she wanted to order and even helped with discussing options to make it just how she wanted it.

Came here today around noon with my husband and our two teens, we all loved the food and drinks. We got four crepes, two sweet crepes (berry and cinnamon apple), and two breakfast crepes (Classic and McKinney Brunch Special). The crepes were excellent! Wonderful! I ve been to Paris and this takes you right there in a very real way. This could totally be a real shop in Paris. Took my daughters for the first time after church for a fun outing - lovely. Got a sweet crepe and a lunch one. Both were unique and very filling. They have coffee, I didn t realize they had all this! Great meeting spot like a Starbucks. On a side note- as a business owner myself, you really need to rethink all of the bathroom dispensers and holders - there are cleaner and more efficient items you can purchase. For example- use a foam soap dispenser that is plastic with an added drip tray, it will not rust or leak. The toilet paper holder also makes a person pull out twice as much- use one that attaches 2 single rolls side by side without a key. The trash can is crazy small (get a Costco one that is larger). Paper towels, get a keyed metal unit that takes the trifold towels. It s cleaner and limits use. Currently the bathroom honestly felt like a dirty shell gas station.

Saturday morning here and it was filled with friendly people. Happy customers left and right and infectious smiles from all staff members. We started our day with a delicious red velvet waffle, paris crepe, and steak and cheese crepe. The red velvet waffle was as decadent as it sounds. The texture of the waffle was perfect, the ice cream was a perfect addition to the waffle, and the tartness of the strawberries made it a 5/5. The steak and cheese crepe was a home run with the pickled onions and house sauce. If you are a dark chocolate fan then you have to try to the Paris crepe as well. The owner is extremely friendly and the staff were truly so kind. I would recommend to anyone who wants a delicious brunch or sweet treat. We have also had many coffee selections and all are top notch. It is definitely a McKinney neighborhood must try! Everything about this place is amazing, I usually do not like crepes but the ones here I could eat every day. They are cooked to perfection, soft but crispy and just the right amount of filling, not to much where it s skip or so little you can t see it, this one is perfect. The owner is so kind and his passion really shines through from the food to the decor. A perfect place for university kids that need a quiet place to study and have a coffee and snack. Drive thru!!! They have a drive thru if you re in a rush!! But let me start by saying I ve been here twice. First time I got the turkey egg and cheese croissant with the mango smoothie and this second time I went through the drive thru I& got the chicken pesto with the Oreo frappe!! The food here is really good with decent sized portions, and the drinks are amazing as well! The service is great and the coffee shop atmosphere is nice as well with the Parisian theme inside. We got the chicken pesto crepe and the McKinney Brunch special crepe. The chicken pesto was very flavorful and the portion size was perfect for me. The McKinney Brunch special crepe was kind of like an omelette, it had ham, mushroom, avocado, tomato. For drinks we got the Peaches and Cream and it was absolutely delicious. I really wanted to like this place, I saw this on Mr Chimetime. I am very disappointed that I drove across Dallas to waste my time and money here. Food was ok at best, crepes were flavorless and tough we got the McKinney Brunch, Texas Star and something with spinach. The French toast is the only thing we got that was worth the two stars rating, the ice tea was nasty; the fact there is not refills may have been a blessing. The young lady taking our order had absolutely no personality and the general atmosphere was uninviting. I do hope this place survives as I want small businesses to succeed but I won t be back

With such a wide range of options for crepes, you d think they might skimp on the fillers. This could not be further from the truth. This is our 2nd time here getting different crepes, and they are filled to the brim and incredibly delicious. The service was just as wonderful. We will be coming here often!

Found this gem after watching Mr.Chime Times video. He did not miss with this one. I had the turkey avocado mushroom and Swiss. The crepe was light and savory. The hint of sweetness on the tail end of the crepe was a fantastic compliment. It was so good that I tried another which was the bananas foster. Again, a delicious work of art and both were under $20. The staff is friendly with great service. EVERYONE should visit this place, as you will enjoy it!

Service in atmosphere were 5 / 5! But, as for the food/coffee.. I will definitely choose something different from the menu next time. I grabbed the Samoa Latte - as much as I love Samoa cookies, I didn t like it so much as a coffee. The flavor of the coffee was masked by the caramel and coconut syrup & just didn t give me a normal coffee kick. Crepe was beautifully done, but I m sticking to a 3/5 for flavor. I still ATE IT ALL! It was okay. Such a cute spot in an upcoming neighborhood of McKinney! I ll definitely be back to try something else.

This place is a nice and cute spot. It was my first time going here. I got a caramel frappe and my boyfriend got the matcha strawberry. The frappe was nice and thick and tasty. My bf didn t enjoy the matcha strawberry that much, but I think it s because he s not used to matcha so that s on him . I tried his drink and it was nice to me.
