Always a excellent shopping experience for me at this store. The isle are clear and tables have clothing folded not piled up. Understandable people move stuff around but for most of my experiences its been in and out for me. Lines do get a bit long but I use scan and go. And I like how I can purchase my food from the deli on scan & go to no waiting in lines to order.

If you need help go with Cynthia !! She was the best of help. I asked supervisors a lot of them for an item I was looking for and they said they didnt have it . Supervisor said he didnt even know they had a truck .keep in mine they are supervisors and she is just a worker .Now she did her best to find them and she brought them to me.So again go with Cynthia for help !!

Sam s Club is normally well stocked and busy at the same time. Produce and meat are typically fresh. Employees are normally somewhat cheerful. The only drawback is that the café closes an hour before the club does which means you need to go earlier if you want to take a pizza Home.

Is busy but moves along. They have good selection of stuff. There are some items that have not been restocked but is good overall. Gas lines are not too bad. Try to go early in the morning will be a fast one. 07/01/23. Love this Sams. While Sams has a good portion of items sold in bulk, there are plenty of products not sold in bulk. Despite the store typically has a lot of patrons, it is easy to navigate given the isles are wide. It is well stocked with seasonal items. I especially like the Scan N Go app.

My weekly review of Sams Club.... I continue to be pleased by the variety of items available at Sams Club. I absolutely LOVE the Scan and Go feature on the Sams Club app. You cant beat it for convenience. If you are not using the Scan and Go feature on the Sams app, you are just wasting your valuable time..

I did an online pick-up order. I arrived just as I received the notification that it was ready for pick up. I checked in and waited for only 2 minutes. An associate was out in no time, He was very nice, polite, professional, and overall a pleasure to talk to. Rest assured that Ill be placing my future orders from this SAMS. A great experience!

This Sams club store is very often super packed with shoppers and especially during weekend days. We try to visit it during the week for less traffic and faster moving lines. The place has great prices on a variety of items including drinks, groceries and house items. The deli is good, long lines but it moves very fast

The manager Crystal is the rudest person ever. I tried to ask her for help and she ignored me. She kept harassing the little Asian sample girl for some reason I am Asian as well and I think she is racist. I approached her several times and she walked away. She said to ask someone else she was busy. Each time I saw her she was bothering that poor little girl. No one else, just that one girl. If I was that girl I would file a harrasment complaint and call her out for being a racist. She needs to focus on her employees who are on cell phones all the time and all the products all over the floor. I have seen Cristal on several occasions and she does nothing but bark at people and ignore customers. You work for Sams, not a high profile job Cristal. Treat people with respect and clean your entire store. And the bathroom always has TP everywhere and it is disgusting Crystal is the type of person who gets a high position and treats pretty women ugly. But I think she is race targeting that girl. She threw a broom at her. No other sample person has to clean but the Asian. Why you hating on her Crystal? Go back to HR and train how to be kind.

Last two visits my scan n go function will not read barcodes or let me enter manually. Even a supervisor couldnt get it to work. I use it regularly, this stinks! I prefer to use the scan n go app, skip line and leave without employee interaction. This is getting ridiculous. I updated app, reinstalled. Nothing. The operator doesnt answer the phone even if you call multiple times. The tire and battery dept. doesnt accept any more customers by 5:45 p.m. on a Sunday even if theyre supposed to close at 6 p.m. Those kind of lazy tactics can make you lose a business! My suggestion is that you keep your employees straight. You dont want what people say to be true about Mexicans being lazy or the laziest!

I think is a great store with good prices and good product availabilty but NOT the bank (synchrony) that give you the Credit, if for any reason you stop using the card theyll decrease the credit limit you had, they just send you a letter without asking you anything even thou youre making payments on time. THE WORST THING IS THAT YOULL FIND THIS CREDITOR BANK ALMOST ON EVERY OTHER STORE.

Normally, I love this sams club but my curbside pickup order was just left on a cart in the middle of the street while other orders were fulfilled. Normally, Id happily wait or ask if I could just grab it and clear out of their way since its usually so busy and they work so hard. The problem was, its 104 degrees out and it was an order with raw chicken, butter and other refrigerated items. Thats disgusting and dangerous. Probably just an oversight but the other order being loaded was about 10 large cases of soda into an SUV so after about 3 minutes of chicken in the sun, we ultimately just grabbed our items and left.

Visited this location on July 07, 2023, I purchased 2 Rotisserie chickens. 1 of the chickens was still raw and with blood. I called Sams management expressed my concerns but the lady indicated the store manager was in a meeting and she would inform her about my experience with their rotisserie chicken. She was going to request the manager call me back. I have not had a call back and no refund was offered.

To the point: returned a broken TV. Arrived, greeted, called for approval. 1 person shows up, 2nd person shows up, 3rd person shows up then 4th person shows up. NONE helped. Cashier ended up taking care of us. These other 4 were worthless other than making me livid. When I demanded to speak to the store manager one of these had the audacity to make a follow me motion in my face as he walked by without a word. I DID NOT follow. As we were walking out (still NO manager) he made the same motion again. I approached him and unfortunately yelled at him advising him that what he was doing was totally unprofessional and I also yelled that I would be posting this. These young people need to be taught better or fired in my opinion. Also, store manager should be readily available. If it wasnt for their prices I would immediately cancel all my families memberships. Their customer service deserves 0 stars!! Must say Ill be visiting Costco real soon. Oh yeah a young lady approached AFTER she heard me yelling but I told her she couldnt help me because I wanted to speak to the store manager.

This is our go-to Sams. It can get a little busy at times but it s worth going at those times that are less busy if you can swing it. We come for the cheap & other goodies at the front ($1-5) and then do our shopping. I recommend the self checkout. Not the actual checkout but the one on your phone on the sams app. The lines get long. You can scan all your stuff on your phone, pay & leave skipping those crazy lines. Highly recommend!

I couldnt find almonds covered in chocolate today! I found all kind of nuts and I never see the almonds with chocolate Ive tried sever times now, please put them together with the other nuts : S. I looked everywhere for these little chicken salad cups with pecans and didnt find anything besides the large chicken containers in the Freezer which by the way they are not located in the chicken area.
