First off service was horrible not only from my server, but management as well. Starting off with my server, it took him over 10 mins to even greet us and to top it off he got sat a party and they were attended to right away. I was sitting towards the sushi bar (where they make the sushi) and I literally saw my rolls sitting there. I had to bring it to my servers attention that my rolls were ready. When I brought up the service to the manager, who didn t even look like the manager because she was literally wearing pajama bottoms and a crop top, she could ve cared less. She made no effort to make up for her servers terrible service. Don t know what happened to all the old management that were always dressed in button ups and cared about their customers but I will not be returning to this location.

Went out to eat with my 2 teen boys and I dont think theyll be wanting to visit a different sushi spot! Our waiter, Jacob, was amazing. It took my older teen a while to decide what he wanted and he didnt make us feel rushed, was on top of refills the whole time and was just very kind. The food was delicious! We ordered gyoza, the shrimp balls and sunomono as apps then got the pork ramen, firecracker roll and funky geisha roll as our mains.

Our first time at Kumori was disappointing, to say the least. Im allergic to avocado, so it was the very first thing I told our server. Then, I ordered a sushi roll that didnt come with avocado (just because I know people tend to forget and I didnt want to risk it), and surprise! The roll that didnt have avocado in the recipe (Golden dragon roll), had avocado in it! I was amazed! I hadnt brought my EpiPen, so again, I didnt want to risk it and it still happened. They promptly made me another roll but this is a serious matter and allergies should always be taken into consideration. My husband ordered the tonkatsu and it barely had any pork, it was also very bland. He left most of it. I dont think well be coming back. Dietary restrictions: Watch out if you have any allergies, you might have to reiterate it to your server several times before they actually listen.

We been here a few times in the past but it s been a while since our last visit. We went yesterday and our overall experience was just meh. Our waitress was a little forgetful. I m not sure if she was new or having an off day. We asked for things and she just kept forgetting to bring them to us. Thankfully another waitress saw us looking for her and asked what we needed and brought it quickly. As for the food, it was overall good. I did have a piece of shrimp that even though it was breaded and fried, it wasn t cooked all the way and was still that gray/blue color raw shrimp is before you cook it. So that was a bummer. I should ve gotten a picture of it but oh well. I don t want to say I ll never come back because I do usually enjoy this rock shrimp roll. We may just try a different location next time.

The service here has really gone down hill. Me and wife were waiting at our table for several minutes and the waiter never came to take our order. But a large group sat a table next to us and they immediately received service. And to add insult to injury, the manager came up to our table and asked if we were going to use the extra chairs at our table. All this and still no one ever took our order. We ended leaving. Very disappointed in this place.

They seated a family and a couple before us. The cashier then lied saying he didnt know we were waiting and then proceeded to tell us our table was still being cleaned. We werent offered other seating. Couldnt taste the food because I left, but it wouldve tasted terrible knowing I was in a bad mood. Atmosphere is bad knowing they didnt pay no mind to us. Our lunch experience was great. We were served by Elizabeth, and she was awesome attentive without hovering, friendly without intruding, and she knew her menu completely. The kids liked the yaki-soba bowls, my wife loves the specialty sushi rolls, and I enjoyed my beef teriyaki bowl (pictured). First time in this location, & let me tell you I hadn t been so welcomed and attended anywhere else. I have been a Kumori customer since 2006 & this location is it. Friendly, welcoming, clean, patio option, and the drinks are superb! Kudos to Trenton. FYI the cocktails are everything!

I recently had the pleasure of going to kumori for the first time this past sunday. From the moment I entered a girl named Emily held the door for me and a young man named Aleck sat me down. They were both very funny and made time to speak with me although i could tell that they were busy with packing and giving out orders. My server Abraham was very attentive to me and my wife and was very polite. Would definitely recommend him! Best Kumori Location by far!

Horrible service, our server never helped us, till I got up to ask for the manager, who never showed up. Restaurant was filthy and ver hot. Very unfriendly staff!!! Never again coming to this particular restaurant. Never had we had an issue at any other Kumoris.

Was seated quickly even though it was busy, and I wasnt sure on what to order. Our server Ernest didnt hesitate and was very confident on his recommendation. So I ordered what he recommended and I dont regret it. The food came out surprisingly fastgir being a busy friday evening. The rolls were the BEST I EVER TASTED! Ernest was very attentive and helpful. He has a great attitude and should be training others on how to treat customers. He clearly love his job. If I could give 10 stars I would
