I received a letter form Mr. Ramos letting me know how he could help me with my tickets. I was not sure at first but decided to give him a try. Mr Ramos has done what he said he would do, no surprises very professional. He even refunded me some money because I over paid him. I like lawyers that are honest. Mr. Ramos is a good person and highly recommended. Thank you

I have never contacted an attorney about a traffic ticket before, I was hesitant, but I did contact Eric Ramos Law. I contacted his office by e-mail, paid, and within 1 week he contacted me with my traffic violation and how he resolved it. Thank you, Eric. I will be working with you when needed. Excellent service, highly recommend! Received a letter in mail providing information about traffic ticket dismissal service. Was hesitant but decided to try it out. Price was unbeatable. Called the office and quickly spoke to receptionist, was transferred to Mr. Ramos and gave him some information. Very professional and listened to my needs. Filled out online submission with payment. They quickly sent me an email with information and updates on my case. Once my case was completed, he sent me an official document with the status of my case which was excellent news! Very happy and will be using for any future resolutions. Thank you!

Hesitant to even hire Eric Ramos for a traffic violation because he wasn t charging as much as I expected i eventually ended up moving forward with submitting my ticket and payment. He then sent an email with instructions of what I DID NOT have to do and that he would be taking care of all the leg work! I even called just to make sure there wasn t Anything else I needed to do since my court date was that week. His office kept me updated. Lastly I received a clear, very detailed email stating AGAIN that I DID NOT have to do anything and that my ticket was taken care of and NO EXTRA FEES.. So yes I would highly recommend Eric Ramos: 1) not expensive 2) clear and detailed 3) advocates 4) professional. Thank you

I called in my ticket #,paid by credit card,and six days later I received deferred adjudication,which means no Ticket on my record if I do not receive another speeding ticket by Dec.18th,2019.Thank You Counselor

Eric Ramos is the man! He was available to speak to me on the phone and answer all of my questions. And then he got my ticket dismissed from my record without having to take a defensive drivers class. And I never had to go to court. It was fast, and painless. Phenomenal support with my traffic citation. I called him and he walked me through the entire process to include possible outcomes and options. I would just like to say how pleased I am with this law firm. Everything from start to finish was top notch. When I first called in, the polite receptionist (Amanda?) was extremely professional and courteous. She asked for a few details and then quickly passed me over to Mr. Eric Ramos. I was a bit nervous to speak with a lawyer but he has a way of making you feel so at-ease because hes extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He asked me about me and not only about the injury and insurance. I am extremely happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend Eric Ramos Law if youre ever in a car accident.
