Love this store, they have great selection and the staff are super helpful. Javier was super helpful, he got me a little extra discount on an Arturia Synth I bought. The guitar selection is top, got to try a couple of cool guitars and amps, they also have a really cool rack where you can try a bunch of pedals. Also watch out for used deals, there are a lot of used gear for great prices.

I went by a few weeks ago to sell and purchase a new guitar, there was no one in the front so I made my way towards the audio center and met up with an employee I think hes the store manager fellow with the long good looking beard. Ive been in here a number of times its my to go to store or considered it my music store. Ive purchased most of my equipment here from instruments to studio equipment even my kids school instruments. Ive always felt welcomed. He helped me out quoted me on how much I would get for it but I decided not to sell. So I thanked him and I noticed a line started forming in the front so I tell him looks like you have a line if you want to go help them thank you. So he leaves and I start putting my guitar back into its case then one of the audio techs comes from the back warehouse and says Hey do you need any help with that guitar you cant be stealing in here let me ring you up for it... I tell him no its actually my guitar I brought it in to see how much I could get for it for a trade in. The level of disrespect I received from this man has been the worst ever in my life. Ive been coming here for YEARS and never been treated that way. Everything was fine until that point. I just decided to leave.

A place with a lot of tradition, some of the workers have been supporting us with their knowledge for years. The place is very different from years ago, much less professional audio and lighting equipment. On the positive side, they have a wide variety of equipment for podcasts, home studios, etc. (They offer the possibility of testing bikes and microphones and that is something that online shopping could never match)

Very good store, they let you play if you are a musician and you can try the instruments. There is a lot of variety, good prices and good quality of the product. It is quite large and has plenty of parking space. I would only ask that they have strings for all types of instruments in stock since I requested some for my violin and they did not have any brand in stock.

Went in to exchange a set of strings my wife purchased for me by accident about 1 month ago. The sales guy refused to exchange strings from 10s to 11s since he could not locate sale under my wife name. I been shopping at this location for over 15 years and have repeatedly seen the decline. A guy walked up to the counter where I was waiting to check out with a product in hand, and the sales guy just walked around and went with the guy to look at something across the store. WTH??? He said, in passing, I ll be right back. Five minutes later, I left my stuff on the counter and walked OUT. Never will return. I have no idea if it s because I was a woman in a store full of men, or what. But I will NOT go into a store and give them my money if I m going to be treated that way. Update. To the person (owner, manager?) who sent me an email: it s too late. I don t have to time to deal with this. I m building a house, making a move, taking care of a disabled spouse, and gigging, among many other busy activities I have going on. Before I retired, I provided customer service training for employees at my company. I hammered it into their heads that you usually get one shot to get it right with our customers. One shot. And draw a direct line from every customer to your paycheck. If we don t keep customers, it affects your paycheck. Period. Happy, satisfied customers return. The ones you don t treat right, you lose. In this case, for good.

Open Sundays! Great establishment. Visited for the first time today, 9/4/22. We were not sure where anything was so we asked for help. Gentleman at the counter came from behind the counter to show us exactly where the things we needed were located. That was excellent customer service in my opinion. He was very helpful and polite.
