Kids, meat, chicken, barbecues and many more dishes. The goat is their specialty, very good flavor , their sauces and accessories are the best. Only one detail with the service needed a little more attention since it was not the best, we expected that since it was our first visit they would inform us a little more about the dishes, in addition to the fact that they were absent a lot. In general I consider it a very good place for that goat craving, !! Its not luxurious but it is a little expensive, but its worth it.

My school chose this place for catering our teacher appreciation luncheon, not a very good experience, the fajita plates did not have any vegetables and came with only 1 small tortilla, the beans were tangy bordering on bad, the rice was undercooked, I was not the only one that was disappointed in this meal, quite a few of my colleagues made comments. I wish I could say something positive about this meal but I honestly cant.

I went in for breakfast today on a FB BOGO breakfast special and the waiter was unaware of the promo. He checked and came back and told us pick what you want. After we placed the order, the owner came to our table and pointed out that, there were restrictions and she claimed that the restriction was no meat. The waiter did not inform us of this, when we placed our order, but we went ahead with the order as is. I checked the FB promotion again and saw that one of the pics used in the FB post did show ham on one of the plates. This is very misleading to a customer who will think that its OK to place an order with meat when the restrictions are not clear. Restrictions should be told to a customer prior to ordering, so there are no misunderstandings afterwards.

I ordered a ribeye chicharrón and it was more lettuce than meat, it came with pico de gallo and it seemed like they didnt have knives because they were huge pieces of tomato and onion and chiles that were uncomfortable to eat. Then we ordered a package that contained a steak and it was I ordered medium and they brought it overcooked and we told the waitress but she didnt solve anything for us, the kid was good and it was the most redeemable of what we ordered, guacamole with hard avocado

After a few years of being a satisfied customer for the flavor and preparation of the goat dish, today I had a very unpleasant experience when ordering my dish to take away. After reading reviews about your Restaurant I wanted to try it out but was rather disappointed. I had to make a comparison from previously visited La Fogata. I give them 5 stars in every area. Your prices are extremely high for the quality of service rendered. It took 3 wait staff to tend to our table of 2. We were pretty much ignored. I do not think it s my job to tell the wait staff to refill my drink nor to freshen salsa and chips. The rice was dry and had no flavor. Our Charro beans were cold and our salads warm. We drove in from Corpus Christi TX for disappointment.

This place is the worst! Ordered the caldo de res. It was cold, salty the rice was cold. The portion is a joke didn t even get corn in mine. First time traveling to this city, decided to try Rebeccas for breakfast because we saw they had migas. The food was bland and the migas was super dry like beef jerky, the portion was very small, just enough for maybe 4 bites of meat if it was edible, the chips tasted like they were old and fried in dirty grease, honestly the only thing I can say positive is the homemade corn tortillas were great and the inside of the restaurant was decent looking. Beware... they have 2 plates with different names but exactly the same food but one costs $3 more than the other. The server couldnt explain why. Very disappointing visit.

We had decided to come and try Rebecca s for the cabrito. My wife ordered the rillonada and I ordered the machito. Both plates were so good and tender. We were very impressed by the food portions and flavor. We had gone to another restaurant and the machito was not nearly as good as Rebeccas. This was our first time here at Rebeccas and will definitely be coming back. My only suggestion will be the service as far as the waiters need to be a bit more attentive to us. We had to get our waiters attention to remind him of our drinks. But other than that it was a great experience.

For the price to us, for goat, it is not worth it. We paid $90 dollars for very little meat and the goat in salsa had a bunch of small bones in it that you had to filter it before you ate it or else you might bust a tooth out. You can eat for about the same price at Tejas de Brazil and eat all the lamb you can eat, including bread, cheese, ham, salads, and fine wine. Also, since we are carnivor eaters, Rebeccas did not let us take our pork grines into the restaurant even after we told them that we will not eat their sides or chips, and we would order some guacamole with cheese, and the server still said no. So, we wont be going by Rebeccas any more and dont recommend it. I will try La Fogata next to see what they are all about.

I will start by saying that the prices of the food here is exaggerated for what you get. I ordered the huevos rancheros and for $9.99 you get 2 eggs, potatoes and refried beans thats it, the bacon was $2.99 extra. The eggs were almost cooked over medium, the salsa for the eggs was tasty, the refried beans were delicious, the potatoes were pretty bland, the bacon was good but to much crispy for my taste. Honestly for that price range the breakfast should include at least some meat (ham, bacon etc.) or at the very least a fried tortilla under the eggs. The place looks really nice inside, but the prices for what you get are outrageous.

I want to report and let people know that I think they are abusive! With clients number 1 Nowhere does that happen!! And if they make a legal report, it will have many consequences!! According to them, they sell food but they also do business with cards!! Its not worth it! Also perhaps it would be good to call the Works Force so that they can shock them about how they treat employees for these types of advantageous businesses and bad employers!! On my next visit I will check if they continue making these charges and violating the law!! Its not worth it and they serve less and less in orders! But well paid!!

We were not sure about trying Rebeccas because of prior reviews, but it was actually pretty good. I was expecting the ceiling to be horrendous x 5 given also prior reviews; it has history but its not that bad. Actually the restaurant is pretty clean. Service was kind and expeditious. Given its 2022, prices are good; the price fits the portions. As you see my husband ate the whole goat lol. He says its really good.

The Mexican rice was extremely bland, pinto beans were dull, and beef enchiladas were made with the beef placed on top of the rolled corn tortillas. The beef enchiladas were soaked in a couple of ounces of liquid left on the plate that made the enchiladas extremely soggy. No effort was left to placate me in anyway, no effort in wooing me to try them again and absolutely no apology for the unacceptable food that was served to me in the manner that it was. After paying $15.20 for my dinner, I walked out and never to return again. End of story.

So this is one of the best places Ive been to eat cabrito. Havent eaten cabrito this good since used to frequent the places in Camargo and Miguel Aleman. In other words this is the place to eat cabrito, its a little pricey but almost anyplace you got to for Cabrito is going to be! Ill put photos on my next trip down to the valley.

Terrible all around. The food is incredibly bland. Overpriced for sucking as much as it does. We ordered two cabrito en salsa plates at $31.99 each. The meal with comes with a side of beans and a deconstructed burger of a salad (minus the meat). Coke was flat. The service is lacking, but not the worst part of the experience. Also, they have a 3.99% service fee for paying with a credit card which they do not make you aware of until you pay.

4/30/22 was visiting family in Mercedes and my husband wanted cabrito,we were told Rebecca s had the best. Was very disappointed!! Cabrito I was served was not FRESH!! Looked like it was sitting in the oven for hours! was so tough,it was like beef jerky and I also ordered a machito ,just horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !! The cabrítos they have cooking over the brasas behind the window are just for show

We love goat and we have visited this place many times but this time it was disappointing, the goat tasted like it had been reheated, it was hard and had a bad taste, I didnt make any comments about the restaurant but I think people deserve to know that Rebecas restaurant does not deserves you to return
