Waited for 3 weeks for a warranty deed that Belinda assured us they could do. 3 weeks after dropping off all the requested documents and she says she has alot of work and is preparing to head out on vacation. This firm was recommended by Sierra Title too.... SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND AVOID THIS FIRM --- SO LAZY

If I could, Id rate them a zero. We went to them for a real estate contract, but when our buyers broke their part of the contract, King Firm stated they couldnt help us. Now my credit score was extremely affected due to the buyer and Im stuck just sitting and seeing others live in a home under our name and not making timely payments, affecting my life, my credit, and unable to qualify for a home. Extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and not helpful.
