I definitely recommend it. I had a deportation order. I only went to the courts but it didnt solve anything. I even went to several lawyers and they didnt take my case since it was complicated. I searched this way and found Mr. Alex Martínez. I contacted Mr. Martinez about a year and a half ago and explained my situation to him. After me explaining my situation with a biological parent of mine, he then went off and stated there was nothing else I could do to get my Acquisition of Citizenship, but to look for my biological parent and ask them to cooperate or I was helpless. Which wasnt an option for me. I couldnt accept what he said, there is ALWAYS something that can be done when you want to do it. So I contacted Law Office of Elba Rocha in Alamo, Tx and she right away started looking for options. Started the process and 18 months later I am a US Citizen. We went to the advice of attorney Alex Martinez for my husbands adjustment of status. We were assigned Lic. Linda Andino to help us with follow-up advice on our case. During the entire process we were scheduled for around 3 appointments to clarify doubts and present necessary documents and information. Everything was carried out in a timely manner. We started the process (sending documents to USCIS) on September 29, 2023. On October 27, they summoned my husband to submit fingerprints (biometrics) and by November 9 he was already receiving his work permit. Today, December 29, 2023, we are waiting to receive your residency in the next few days, since a couple of days ago we received notification that it has already been approved. In our case he was not summoned for a prior interview. We hope this review is very useful taking into account that each case and situation is different, we appreciate the work of Alex Martinezs office.
