Horrible experience, I paid retainer paid mediator as requested by lawyer, mediator kept cancelling, ( Cynthia del bosque) and the other mediation dates were cancelled by this lawyer . Two years later nothing happened. Nobody ever returned my calls i called weekly but nothing. Had to let this lawyer go. Please save your money. The last time he cancelled was because he had a more important case . Literally nothing was done for my family case, nothing at all. I just gave them my hard earned money.

On the day of the court, the lawyer told me some things about the days that my daughter had to see her father and I agreed with what he told me... now that the decree signed by a judge is ready, everything is the opposite he told me and the only answer is that I have to respect the laws !!! If I had known that this lawyer was going to do that to me, I would never have hired him!!! terrible service

I will not recommend this law firm to anyone! They never did anything to my case, I never met or talked to Juan, never communicated with case updates like promised in the very beginning with ig the front desk personnel just to took my money and gave false promises. Know wonder they have the no refund for the money you pay, just taking peoples hard earned money and don t take care or bother to answer ONE single call! Or solve one s case. Have always been given the run around saying that, my call message was going to be delivered and will have a call back within 24 hrs. After a year still nothing and had been told that they were going to message who knows to send the itemized bill and I m still waiting, but they have time to update their FB page and respond to peoples reviews trying to make themselves look good. They only go look at your case and provide what really went on in your case when you leave a bad review, to look like they actually worked on your case

I have never been so disappointed working with an attorney. Since we hired him, we never met him in person and his personals attitude is rude and unprofessional. In serval occasion they refuse to make face to face appointment. As per the billing .they waited 3 months to send me a bill . They don t keep their word. I would not recommend this attorney to represent a family matter. I really hope that Juan is not like his staff. I can not say I had much experience with Juan him self, but his staff made our experience hell.

They could careless that my situation was of a timely manor and ignored my calls. I understand being busy, but I attempted to call different times on different days to no avail. Time and time again they told me I would get a call and I waited patiently for over 2 weeks and during that whole time I only got one call that I was never told about and missed it. They tried to gaslight me and said they called more times but my phone records reflected the truth. And then made it seem like it was all my fault for not being available the one day they called around 9am. I eventually gave up and found a better attorney who I was able to speak to in the same day of scheduling the consolation. A chance I didnt even get when going to a scheduled consultation with Ramos. The only upside is the low prices but I guess youll get what you pay for. If you try to hire him please be ready to have a backup attorney. Your response is an out right lie. I was never told this and only needed one consultation that I attended in person so I am not sure why you felt the need to add additional incorrect information. I was never told to look for help anywhere else. I did that on my own. I only ever spoke to the front desk and they told me you would reach out because you need to speak to me before I could pay for your services. I never got a call and never spoke to you. Please do not lie, my phone records show the truth so dont bother. Please do not try to gaslight me Mr.Ramos

Our Society is governed by rule of law. If you should point a finger to the disservice to our youths and children, those who want to save their jobs create a red tape for you. They try everything including use of political connections to rope you into a law suits that will not only ruin your live but makes it hard for you to find a job at any other school or else where.
