Pointed out a big fly standing on one of the salads and they just stared at me, looked at the salad, and ignored it; didn t even bother in removing the chunk of salad the fly was standing on, wonder what else they ignore in the kitchen.

Disappointing Experience at Siempre Natural I visited Siempre Natural recently and was very disappointed. The food was poorly served, with smaller portions and lower quality than at other branches. The service was also bad. The staff was inattentive and took a long time to take our order and serve the food. When we complained, they didn t seem to care. Overall, this location was a letdown. I hope they improve the food and service soon. Until then, I ll be going to other branches.

I visited here for my lunch break around 2pm. Thankfully it wasnt busy and the service was fast. Counter person was lovely. People did start trickling in after me though. I ordered the chicken almond and chicken grape with cilantro dressing and a side of poblano soup. Everything tasted homemade and delicious. They have a very nice variety of aguas frescas; pineapple, mango, and more tropical flavors.

Staff is not very friendly and dont even know the menu. They were trying to rush me. I did not receive proper customer service. Also, when I got my food; my salad had a small little bug, those bugs that are on the salads. Now it makes me think they do not wash the salads. My wifes salad also tasted horrible. We ended up throwing everything away except for our drinks. We did not want to say anything because we know how they are. Ive been a customer since they first came to the U.S. on Shary Rd. in Mission, Texas. Also, their new aguas frescas from the machine taste horrible. They should bring back the natural lemonade and give more Chipotle sauces; like when they first started. I know prices have gone up on groceries but so are you alls prices. If limes are a problem they should get in touch with a produce company so they can get a better deal. I hope someone really pay attention to this review and really do something about it.

Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday, the decor is nice, the place is clean, staff was friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable, food is delicious. I would simply ask that they not add the salad dressing on to go orders. They put too much salad dressing on the salad that it simply ruined it.
