This is a very nice guy that refers to a larger firm. He doesnt really take your case, so if you want an Austin firm just go there. Dont waste your time on a shill. If you want a local attorneys help, keep looking, we have to do just that.

Ive only had the initial consultation meeting with Kelly Walne, the local Marble Falls partner of the firm. Kelly was very personable and thorough, as took detailed notes. What I thought would be a 30 minutes consultation turned into a 90-minute consultation. After leaving Kellys office, I felt as though I knew more about the law. I was very pleasedd with our consultation meeting.

Great firm to work with, Kelly came straight to my house after the wreck, the staff was excellent in keeping me updated on everything from medical Bills to the other guys insurance info. Needless to say they were able to settle my case and get me more money way quicker than expected. I give the 5 stars

Best thing I ever did was meeting with Kelly after Allstate gave me the runaround for over a year (was naive in thinking Allstate would be decent). From that moment it was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. This law firm made sure that I saw the best doctors, and kept in constant contact with me the whole time. Kelly and Leigh made me feel taken care of the whole time, answered any random question I had; even the secretary who answered the phone in their Austin office was awesome. And Leigh does no mess around with the insurance companies. Just knowing half of what she did for me made me feel great knowing she was on my side. All around the people of this law firm were amazing on every single level I can think of. My only regret was in waiting so long before contacting them. Seriously, if you are in an accident, do not wait!

When I first called Kelly Walne, I felt like my option were fairly limited; however, before we finished our first meeting, he gave me hope. Kelly is not like any other attorney IO have known. With me, he was incredibly responsive, patient and thorough, but when he was representing my interests, he was a complete bulldog! It was awesome to see the passion with which he practices and how he wouldn t back down until I was satisfied. If you want an attorney you can trust and that will take your case personally, call Kelly. He did an amazing job! I couldnt have asked for better representation.

I was recently involved in a difficult controversy which I was unable to resolve by myself and was told by an attorney at another firm that it was highly unlikely that I would ever recover any losses thru the legal system. I then hired Mr. Kelly Walne. I told him the history of my situation as factually as I could and he took control of my problem and made its successful resolution his goal. The daily stress of this situation immediately went off of my calendar and onto his. He always made himself available, communicated the issues and problems quickly and clearly and was fair to all parties involved. After much hard work and patience , Mr. Walne brought this to a very successful conclusion. Needing to hire an attorney is never an easy task as it usually means you need help avoiding or resolving a problem, but Mr. Walne has all the skills that make the process as easy as possible and I highly recommend him. Is it clear that Kelly really knows the law and can be quite aggressive when necessary. At the same time, he is very genuine and willing to do everything to help. I would recommend anyone to Kelly Walne and Sutliff & Stout. The highland Lakes area is very fortunate to have them.
