I was so disappointed, Hello my name is Sonya Dorsey, my husband and I visited the Jasons deli at 1718 N Hwy 287, Mansfield Tx Store #193 on Sunday 9/15 at around 6 pm, we ordered 2 pasta dishes and 2 potatoes, 1 was a plain potato with bacon, and the other was a Polo Mexicana with light pico and extra butter, sour cream, when we got home and I opened my potato there was some disgusting black stuff in the potato, I immediately took pictures, made a video and called the store, the person who answered the phone was laughing and questioning me about the potato, this was an immediate red flag, I asked for a manager and the person hung up, I grabbed the potato and went back to the store, upon arriving, the person at the cash register was laughing when I walked in, so they knew who I was, today was game day and my husband had on a 49ers jersey, when I went to return the potato I had on my 49ers jersey, I have a sinking feeling that they messed up the order because of the Jerseys we had on. The pasta was disgusting and we threw it away, I do not appreciate having my food played with, I have pictures of the black substance and a video and I also started gagging from eating it before I realized what this stuff was in the potato. It is hard enough to eat out when we are afraid that people will tamper with your food, but even worse when they laugh and think its funny to tamper with food, I plan take this further, I would like a call concerning this and I feel that you all should investigate that store, this may cause a lawsuit in the future, and I am not happy about my food being tampered with for any reason. I paid a lot of money and I am totally not satisfied with the service or the food. 9/16/2024 UPDATE: I was contacted by managing partner, she was very apologetic and she made me feel more comfortable about my experience, because of this I did change my rating, this is the only issue I have had with this store, so I will give them some grace, thanks to Ms. Mango, she was a true gem and I am happy that she contacted me to make it right.

Plus has fallen apart over the years, we came to this one and it wasn t busy, many things on salad bar were empty, lettuce was all brown. Walls have all kinds of stuff all over them, ice cream machine looks like it hasn t been cleaned in weeks. Seems like it slowly falling apart

I have a gluten and dairy allergy and ordered from Uber Eats a gluten free and cheese free sandwich. I paid extra for the gluten free bread. I received a sandwich with regular bread and cheese. I m at home with sick kids and ordered food because we can t go anywhere. If you are going to offer allergy friendly options, please make sure you follow them. My ticket even says it. I m beyond upset.

We order from Jasons Deli frequently, well we used to. Lately EVERY TIME we order to have something delivered, something is missed. We usually let it go but this time, I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Misty (I believe thats her name). She stated she would refund me for the item but said I needed to contact Door Dash, which was strange because I didnt pay them, they were just the vendor Jasons Deli used. So I contacted Door Dash and sure enough they said they had nothing to do with my payment. So I contacted Jasons Deli again and spoke with Misty again and she said since the order is closed, she will need to talk to her District Manager and would get back to me. Its been well over a week, and I havent heard from Misty or anybody from Jasons Deli. Needless to say, I wont be going or ordering from them again. My daughter told me years ago that they were going downhill in their service, now I see what she was talking about. They just lost a family of long time customers!

Horrible!!!!! Everythings Ive gone through the drive thru its taken 10 to 20 minutes. Tonight I order one cup a chili and nothing else. After 14 minutes they brought the wrong order. When we finally did get the chili it had no crackers. At one point I looked at Luke and threw up my hands as if to say what is taking so long he literally like at me frowned and looked away. The drive through is the worst because once your in line there is no way to get out.

It was very lack luster. Nobody was in there but the salad bar was missing so many ingredients. The lady whose task it was seemed irritated that my mom asked her to refill it but one of the ingredients missing was missing LETTUCE!! We literally can t make a salad without lettuce. Been here twice in the last few weeks. The first time I ordered in the drive thru and then was trapped in the drive thru for 30 minutes before myself and 6 other guests backed out. Second time I ordered ahead online. After checking in on the app, waiting 10 minutes in the pick up spot and watching the staff throw a dance party in the back, I went in to get my order. The guy told me I should have called. When I told him I checked in on the app per instructions on the app and the sign outside he he told me he didnt check the iPad. If I can watch them dance, they can see me in the pickup spot! Terrible service!

I order from here atleast once a week! This week we ordered 2 days in a row and both days items were missing from my order. Thursday it was 2 bags of chips not a big deal but who wants to eat just a sandwich? When I called they took my info for 2 bags of chips for me to go in store. Friday they forgot the chips & salsa, when I called the manager only wanted to refund me for the chips & salsa and not even the amount that Door Dash charges. I m sorry but this is a big mess up on their part and a big inconvenience. To top things off these are the first incidents with Jason s Deli, there are 2 other times. This place used to be a great place to eat but the quality has gone down a lot. My husband and I had the salad bar and it was not good. When we arrived we had to wait around 5 minutes for someone to notice us so we could order. The cashier didn t even ask if we wanted a drink, and he looked very annoyed when I asked for water cups. The salad bar was almost empty . I had to ask to get someone to refill it. Tables were dirty and the place in general was messy and not very clean.

Today was not a good day for this location. Most orders were taking 20-30 minutes to be served and the staff did not seem to be managed well. The tables were being cleaned and new orders were being taken efficiently but the same was not true for food prep. Wow. The WORST Jason s deli I ve ever been to. Let s start with the place I walked in at 845 pm (they close at 10) the place was disgusting and filthy. The salad bar was old and wilted and halfway full with most of the stuff missing. I ordered a salad with chicken and a toasted sandwich. The chicken came out rock hard and frozen on my salad. The toasted sandwich was lukewarm. I complained to the manager, she acted like I was lying about my complaint and said they re making you some new chicken and I ll make another sandwich. She brought out the sandwich, no apology, just a I put it in a box in case you can t eat it at all. Ummm ok. The sandwich clearly had guacamole on it which I had asked for on the side that they tried to scrape off. The manager denied putting guacamole on it lol I guess it just magically appeared scraped off on the bread. The grapes on my salad were old and moldy, the lettuce was wilting. The worst part about it was the customer service from the manager. Will never be back and will be reaching out to corporate. Lakesha has no business being a manager. Period.

Be prepared when you go inside to pick up that no one behind the counter on the side that prepares the food wont even acknowledge youre standing there. I dont expect for them to stop to help me but any kind of acknowledgement is better than looking at me and saying nothing. Also, check your order before you leave. I got a 3 week old bag of chips that smashed and opened. Something told me to check my order but I didnt this time because usually Jasons Deli is good about giving fresh food. Yesterday we ate at Mansfield Jason s Deli and some of us got our food right away and the children and one adult did not. My son in law went to remind them 3 times and 25 min later we got the rest. Then my husband, myself, daughter, son in law became very sick after arriving home. We had tea in common and salad bar in common. Another issue when we went to salad bar, several items were out of stock. We asked for it to be refilled. The lady that refilled it was cleaning tables. She left the same gloves on that she was cleaning dirty dishes off tables. Then refilled salad bar items. That is very unclean and germ spreading. Gross. We will not go to the Mansfield one again. The Arlington Jason s deli has never disappointed us.

I love Jasons Deli. However, this time, it was not a good experience. The salad bar looked like it had not been refilled since lunch. There was no lettuce, barely any spinach, and no grated cheese. Clean forks were not to be found anywhere. The drink dispenser drain was covered in ice and the lemonade stuck in them open position because it was so sticky. I waited over 35 minutes for my soup and finally went to the counter to get it to go. Such a disappointment this time. And finally, several tables were in need of busing. There were 12 customers and six employees at 5 p.m. today.

I cant stress enough, that a pastrami sandwich, is not a Ruben. I ordered a Ruben for my dad, and I waited a pastrami on rye with provolone. Who ever was taking order, kept trying to sell me a Pastrami Ruben. I finally get my order, and get home, and no provolone on my sandwich. Dads Ruben was good, my pastrami was way to thick. Do better guys.

We placed a group order and four of us didn t get our food. The manager spoke to us rudely and was not accommodating. Our cards went through and we told them our info and they still refused to give us our food or fix the problem or even give us a refund. We are teachers and it is teacher appreciation week. Now we have no lunch and it is a staar testing day. Only thing that got us through today was that we would have a good lunch to look forward to. Absolutely awful service.
