1st time visiting this establishment. Had the chicken fajita salad (pictured). Not as much salad as it looks, the bowl was loaded with tortilla chips. Chicken had no flavor at all. I asked for salsa, was given tomato sauce...our server said thats what they use for salsa. The martini was really good though. Also ordered the double smash burger, which Im told was very good. Service was a little slow to start, but did picked up. Might visit again since the burger/drink was good....will order something different next time.

I am currently going through food poisoning after I had their tender meal which I most of the time get, so I don t understand what was different this time. I never in my life had food poisoning until now and I wouldn t wish this on anyone! I don t know if it was bad chicken or what but I m going through it because of it unfortunately

My dine in experience has always been good so, today I tried curbside to go. Ordering was smooth, email told me to add 10m to my time because it was busy time, I did. I arrived, called. Waited. Two other people drove up, and received their orders. Called again, was told it would be out when he was ready. A few minutes later my order was delivered. I thought maybe the delay was due to it not being ready, but that was not the case , as the food had already cooled- which was evident due to the condensation inside the bag. Order was delivered over 30m after my scheduled time.

The food was ok. Our server Shanna (sp) was very attentive and was there for our dining needs. It was packed and she still found a way to make us feel like we were her only table. We were intown from a lengthy drive up from Houston. We desperately needed a vibrant spot with comfort food. Thanks 54th Street for providing that for us!

My husband and I went here for dinner on a Friday night! (Though I wouldn t say this is a quiet date night spot more like just a night to eat out or with family/friends). The prices and portions are good, service was excellent and food came fast (Alex was the best!), and the drinks were bomb! we had an Old Fashion and frozen margarita. Our server Shawna was AMAZING and gave us five star service. She was attentive and super friendly, made a point to be kind to my two kids, and was patient as we had questions and substitutions when we ordered. If reviewing solely for our server, it would be 5 stars easily. Our food also tasted good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. But the service we received from the host was awful. We arrived at about 2 pm for a late lunch. 5 people - three adults and 2 kids. I asked how long the wait would be for a booth and was told 30 min or so. We sat in the little adjoining lobby area and waited. 40 minutes later, we were still waiting. We saw three large groups (10-15 people) get seated before us and assumed we would be next since we were now the only people waiting. We could see clearly into the seating area and saw several booths of people get up and leave. The booths sat empty and still we were not seated. We then saw several groups larger than ours drive up and come in and get seated right away. I went back to the hostess to ask when wed be seated, since it was now 50 minutes since we arrived. She told me a group had just left and they were cleaning our table. We continued to wait. 10 minutes later we still had not been seated. We moved into the waiting area right in front of the hosts stand to make sure they could see us and were not forgetting that we were there. We then were finally seated at two tables pushed together, which would easily seat 10 people. I was confused about why we were made to wait for this giant table, when I had asked for a booth in the first place. My husband went to ask if we could sit at one of the empty booths right next to the table theyd pointed us toward and they acquiesced. I gave three stars because like I mentioned, our server was awesome, and we enjoyed our food. But I wouldnt come back here again after the rude service we got from the hosts. Reading other reviews it seems like they clearly have an issue with their seating service.

I am perplexed with this review because I aim to be fair at all times. When I arrived, I was given a 30-minute wait. I watched for 30 minutes, people come and be seated. At the 40-minute mark, we asked how much longer and was told, We cant make people get up. We were the ONLY people waiting. Ten minutes later, we asked again how much longer and was told, Another 30-40 minutes. Again, we were the ONLY people waiting. I requested to speak to the manager. The young man at the desk ran off so quickly I couldnt finish my question. The manager (Matt) apologized and stated it wouldnt be much longer. After explaining the responses I had received and the ridiculous wait for no reason, Matt had 2 young men at the desk clean a table that was magically empty. Our server (Shawna) was awesome! She had multiple tables but gave each table their time. She didnt rush. She didnt disappear. She was apologetic with great customer service. Two meals came out cold and had to be sent back. Nathan, the manager at this time, came to the table and introduced himself, apologized, and offered to fix the cold food problem. Nathan was the saving grace. He was professional, with great customer service. Nathan and Shawna should be trainers for the rest of the staff. The food was good, nice variety. This was my 1st time at this restaurant. I might try a different location.

We went with friends and their drinks were brought out immediately. My husband and I ordered soft drinks and we had to finally ask the waiter if we could get them. Food was mediocre. Came out quickly. Drinks ok. Very poor customer service. Didn t even get silverware or napkins for my meal. The people sitting next to me on my right gave me their silverware. The people to the left of me told the waitress I needed something but by the time she came and checked I was literally done with my food. Only checked on me one time to see if I wanted another drink. Very poor service. I get better service at Chilis! Too bad I love the restaurant, so I will be coming back and reviewing your waiters/waitresses since I live around the corner and it s football season! Beware! You don t give good customer service, it will reflect on my comment every single time. Ps. 54th Street restaurant is located in The Shops at Broad, serving the local community great good and amazing happy hour specials throughout the week! I have been here multiple times, and each time just gets better and better! For starters, they have a great draft selection with multiple varieties of beer. Inside, they have a U-shaped bar with many bar stools to sit at and relax while enjoying an ice-cold beverage. They offer lunch specials throughout the week that wont break the bank and also have awesome happy hour specials on appetizers and drinks. They have a kids menu that comes with a drink and your choice of vanilla ice cream or goldfish cookies. Inside is very decorative and has an abundance of sports memorabilia throughout this fine establishment. Some of my favorite apps are the fried pickle spears and calamari. They offer outdoor patio seating as well and have many booths and tables to dine in. The staff provides top-notch customer service and is eager to assist you in any way. The food and drinks come our fairly quick even on their busy days and nights. This place can get crowded,especially late at night. They have an APP as well that I highly recommend downloading to snag the latest perks and freebies that they offer for being a loyal guest. Ill definitely be back again for the happy hour specials and to snack on all the tasty food that comes out of the kitchen.

I paid for the filet mignon & crab cake with baked potato, as stated on the receipt that they stapled to the bag. Received god knows what; totally worthless to me since its smothered in cilantro which I cant eat. So here I am at 9:45 with no dinner and out the tip amount on the order. since it wouldnt be fair to penalize a delivery driver for the restaurants mistake.

My visit was marred by a series of unfortunate events that significantly impacted the enjoyment of our meal and overall dining experience. Upon arrival, my food was initially delivered incorrectly. Despite bringing this to the attention of our server, the replacement order was also incorrect. Additionally, we experienced a prolonged delay in receiving service, as we had to repeatedly search for our waitress to address the issues with our order. This resulted in a significant wait time, during which the rest of my family had already finished their meals. We waited and hour for our corrected meals to come back out I was particularly disappointed with the lack of proactive solutions offered by Nathan, the manager on duty that evening. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and providing a satisfactory resolution, he seemed to offer only excuses, further exacerbating our frustration. As a long-time patron of your establishment, I have always held 54th Street in high regard for its quality of service and cuisine. However, my recent experience has left me questioning whether this is still the case. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues that arose during my visit. My friend and I came in today for lunch around noon and my first thought was what a nice place! Its nicely decorated and has a comfortable, laid back atmosphere. Upon entering I noticed they had a lunch rush but thankfully there was no wait and were promptely seated. For appetizer we ordered the gringo dip & chips. This was great - cheesy and a nice little kick to it. While we waited I had the Patron margarita which was simply delicious. My friend had the basil lemonade which she also stated was fresh and had the right amount of alcohol. I ordered the carne asada taco platter and my friend had the spicy chicken sandwich. Her sandwich looked great but my food not so much. The rice was extremely dry and a little burned. I asked for it to be fixed and got the same thing back. The beans were watery. The tacos had no flavor but at least they were edible. Our server, Jamal, was phenomenal - he alone made my experience worth the bad food. I cannot say that I will be back but I will say their staff is nice and attentive. The place is fun and inviting. Good drinks. Too bad the food is not up to par.

I ve been to this restaurant a number of times. Up until now, my experience was great. Keep in mind, this is the first time I ve visited this restaurant at 10pm. They close at 11pm. We ordered the nachos. The food was obviously reheated. The guac looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The cheese was dried up. The chicken tasted off. My wife ordered potato soup. She said it tasted more like alfredo sauce than soup. Lesson learned. Do not go to this restaurant for a late dinner.

I was a chef and definitely know that was a pathetic excuse. It was a mistake, fine, make it right with the right cut of meat. Period. Dont try to insult my intelligence. My steak was supposed to be well done, it came rare. Sent it back, 3 minutes later they came back with it still rare and with the garlic bread missing. 1st and last visit. 5:30pm on a Monday, so really not a busy time. Food

My first time here and I was in love with the atmosphere. I had lunch and was starving so I ordered the flank steak, loaded baked potato and salad, all were very good! Robin, at the bar, was awesome and very responsive to suggestions and requests. After sitting for a couple hours, I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip again it was good. I will definitely return.

I truly believe they were rushing on our food, and then forgot about it. They were seating 45 people , it took 45 minutes just to get our meal and when it was delivered it was cold and tasteless. I was trying to try something new . Not really good.

Went for happy hour with my gf and 2 of our friends on opening day for the Rangers. The vibe was good, and the drinks were good. Our server was super nice. The only snag was the carne asada tacos were quite greasy. Its a good place to dine, especially during a sports season.

I had my very 1st bad, really bad meal at 54th St today. Ive eaten there for years in Kansas City & in Mansfield but I was totally disappointed today with the calamari & entree. We told the waitress & one of the mgrs that the pasta was over cooked & I dont remember the exact ingredients today but Ive previously had the Rattlesnake pasta with sausage, shrimp & chicken. Today there was no sausage. I had 2 shrimp & several pieces of chicken & lots of penne pasta & sauce. We told the mgr we were not looking for a comp of our food although each of us left 3/4 of it, he sd okay & just walked away. I thought something would atleast be offered but we paid the $70 bill left a $10 gratuity. Very disappointed with the food & the response from mgmt.

We made a reservation for a large party and when we arrived two tables were given to us not near each other . Our family was in town for a wedding and the majority was flying out of tow in two hours. When asked to get us closer we where told that we could wait for another table opening on 30 minutes which would make make guests late for a flight and the manager said our tables had two different servers and it would not be fair to the SERVERS to accommodate switching tables. Not going to be a return customers

This restaurant has quickly become a local family favorite for my family! Two Sunday s in a row we have stopped in. Great food, amazing cherry limeade s and tasty desserts!! The service is top notch as well! If you stop in, ask for Robin, she is very friendly and attentive!! Some of my favorites so far are the; chicken tenders and mash potatoes, chicken Philly, loaded tatar tots, and summer salad.

The Manager arguing with a customer, in the Lobby, in front of a dozen or so customers, is a real turn off. It was over the hostess, who was standing their smirking and laughing, telling a customer one thing and then doing what she was told they did not need. The Manager was bearded, had his ear ring loop in the hole in his ear along with a stick pin across his ear. You dont argue and be condescending to a customer in the waiting area, while allowing the person who started the problem to stand there and smirk/laugh at the customer. Poor training, poor management skills, and poor judgement on his part. I will not be back. Train your people.

My recent visit was far from satisfactory. Despite checking in both online and in person, I was left waiting for a whopping 90 minutes. The hostesses seemed indifferent and lacked any initiative to resolve the seating situation or offer alternative arrangements. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing dining experience.

Decided to try this restaurant for my birthday. (2/27) Didnt enjoy it at all. The food was terrible and we had to keep flagging our waitress down instead of her checking on us. Just wasnt a good experience for me and my family at all. Probably wont be going back or recommending to anyone I know.

The service is always amazing. The servers are extremely friendly. This last time however has put a bad taste in my mouth. My family tends to order the same thing. We are creatures of habit. We get rare Steaks, artichoke pasta with shrimp and steak and shrimp fajitas. Food came out and Steaks were medium, fajitas were steak and chicken and pasta was the base flavor of their rattlesnake pasta. Server was so friendly and so quick to make it right however the manager REFUSED to acknowledge that the pasta was wrong. Kept repeating that the pasta is a blackened Alfredo sauce and there was just too much blackened and creole seasoning added and thats why it did not taste right. For those of you that will not look at the menu the spinach artichoke pasta is described as such: chicken, shrimp, pasta, spinach + artichoke cream sauce, parmesan, garlic bread no blackened and no creole seasoning mentioned. Mistakes happen and we came in right when the dinner rush was starting so i get it, but for a manager to tell you that you are wrong multiple times when the item is clearly wrong and its an item we order all of the time... come on guys...

The Rattlesnake pasta wasn t what I thought it was going to be good lol. I never make reviews, but this was awful. It tasted like a mexican style hamburger helper which wasn t how it was described on the menu.
