This review is for service. The manager here (Raul) helped me with an order dispute when corporate didnt even get back to me on the issue. He updated me and made sure I knew what was going on until the issue was resolved. Hes the only reason Id still consider ordering from this particular storefront. Appreciate you Raul!!

So 12 hours ago I LEFT MY WALLET in a chair in the lobby of this location. This morning a knock was on my door from the manager. He safely returned my wallet and all of the CASH and contents inside of it. My prayers were truly answered and I m grateful for Raul s kind heart. Thank you. Kid-friendliness: The manager was friendly and the service was very fast.

I will be contacting corporate fyi. Service is what would be expected I ordered and paid it was ready in around 10minutes not the problem. However, the cost on the 3 meat treat stuffed crust 1 is $21.64 .. ok however my wife dealt with such issue as to find out that they are AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING TIP!!. as this was originally to be range of $16 however a $5 difference. SOP and business procedure is to have all disclosures of charges in at time of purchase. I have all my information necessary and will pursue this further as deceptive charges for service.

Now that Ive had time after all the holidays, it was on the top of my list to leave a review. How does any pizza leave the store like this, let alone part of a over $75 order?! The fact that I even received a pizza in this condition is ridiculous. The slices werent cut at all. We had to find a pizza cutter at my sons birthday party to try to correct what your employees shouldve done to begin with. Theres no concern for quality or customer experience. Definitely wouldnt recommend this location to anyone, and its nearly to the point, no little Caesars are worth it.

I have always shopped Little Caesars I am so happy that they have decided to open up one closer to me on broad Street in Mansfield I have ordered two pizzas from their place and I will never ever trade them in for another Little Caesars again The staff is so friendly and helpful and the pizzas are more than what I even expected or Ive had in the past thank you Little Caesars I am about to enjoy this pizza the way I wanted it Yes.

May the luck be with you. I called, was told to hold. Then they put down the phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes, all the while, I could hear them helping others and goofing off. I hung up and tried to call back several times. Still off the hook. Guess, this location is not in it for the money, or their customers.

I was so excited to see that Little Ceasars was opening closer to me than the one on Camp Wisdom. My Detroit Style Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme is and ULTIMATE DISAPPOINTMENT... toppings just tossed on there. I always brag about Little Ceasars being the best quality inexpensive pizza.... today I was let down
