We did our gender reveal ultrasound, 4D, and some maternity photos here. Had a great experience with both ultrasounds the techs were so kind and took their time and answered all our questions. However I would recommend photos elsewhere as they edit the bare minimum and don t look the best. You also have to pay $30 per photo you like to receive the rights on top of the package purchased.

I m only giving this place a 2 star because I liked the sonogram lady, Bethany, nothing that happened today was her fault. If it wasn t for her, it d be getting a 1 star rating. I have had this ultrasound planned for over a week. I paid in full over the phone and was so excited based off of the ratings and reviews I read. I live over an hour away, my dad and mom flew in to be here to see this, my fiancés parents and grandparents drove over an hour to be here. We got a confirmation text last night to make sure we were still coming on 08/24 at 5 PM. We got to the location at 4:45 to which we found the doors were locked. We went to the nail salon to see if there was another door we needed to go through and they said no, that this establishment makes everyone wait. I figured there was an appointment before me so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I tried calling the place and no one answered, my whole family called, no one answered. So I texted the number that texted me yesterday for confirmation in which they said she will be with you shortly mind you it s August, it s 105 degrees outside, we had small children, older people and a very pregnant woman waiting for over 30 minutes outside I texted again after 20 minutes passed for my appointment and all I got was she ll be coming down to get you shortly another 10 minutes passed. And we FINALLY got in. We were starting to believe that this establishment was a scam because the doors locked didn t make sense since there s multiple businesses in there and the door even said keep doors unlocked during business hours Bethany was great and I felt so bad with how grumpy we all were over the fact that we had no idea what was going on, to find out there s a call center that runs communication. The place is cute and the ultrasound was great, but I do not recommend going here unless you have absolute patience or they get it together and communicate better. We were five minutes from leaving and fighting for a refund. I will never use this place again.

//edit they ended up reaching out about the usb and offered to replace it or attempt to fix it I chose to decline the offer because I still want to keep my photos just in case. If I sent it back I wouldn t be loosing them but I wouldn t have them for that amount of time so I chose to just get a refund. I m really glad that they were able to reach out to me instead of expecting me to call an complain, I would have rather not drawn any attention to myself (like writing this review) but I know that reviews help other people understand the quality of the service. Thank you again for being so helpful and thoughtful after the frustration:). The lady that did my ultrasound was very nice and the building was extremely cute. They let me do a little prize wheel spin when I first got there for a discount, I actually got 2 spins. Because of that I upgraded to the usb drive for all the photos and video of the 4d ultrasound. I had read a review saying the dvd was a scam because as soon as they tried to watch the dvd it was blank and no way to get a new dvd, so I thought the usb would be better. Turns out the video is either corrupted or copied incorrectly because there is no way to play said video, she also did not mention that it would be in a specific format or anything. I did in fact get all the photos so it wasn t a total waste but if there are so many issues with the video part why even mention it to new mothers.

Don t waste your time or money on this place ! Super unprofessional & rude . I decided to get a refund on my newborn photo shoot . The lady I spoke to kept changing the date, time & location. The day of our shoot she called me at 10:24 am saying there location had flooded. We had an absolute amazing experience with our wonderful tech at 3D 4 Baby ultrasound boutique today. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get our little girl up and moving throughout the whole session. We got to see everything and there is nothing else like seeing your little baby up on that giant screen front and center. She took her time and the session wasnt rushed like it feels when you go to your OBGYN. We will definitely be back when our baby is closer to 28 weeks to get some more pictures. Best experience ever!! *Update* We just came back for another round of ultrasounds at almost 26 weeks. Still had an amazing experience and got some great ultrasound pictures to take home. It is such a special experience to see our little girl! I highly recommend booking your next session soon!

We scheduled a new born photography session with them. They were so nice to work with, very accomodating to setup the appointment. The photographer was patient and helped with getting a good amount of pictures. The entire gallery was so good, editing was great we ended up buying the whole gallery. Overall, the experience was great, highly recommend them for new born shoots.

We actually didnt get to see our babys face the first visit, unfortunately because Im carrying a stubborn brat that puts his hands and feet in front of his face, while there also being an embilical cord in front of his face. I can not give this place enough praise. With me having a miscarriage my last pregnancy and another place totally destroying my spirits over the phone i knew I had to find another place. I found this place. From when I first walked in it was a calm happy vibe. One employee was working with someone else but saw my nerves and came to talk to me and reassured me that everything would be alright. Mind I they have a lot of packages and I got the cheapest one and never was I pressured to purchase more. The person doing my sono heard my story and although she had to do other thing like measure ect she let me hear the heartbeat 1st to calm my nerves. I was able to calm some of my nerves thanks to these 2 ladies. I never felt like a number they treated me like I was family

I first learned about 3D4BABY 5 years ago when I was pregnant with our first baby girl. I won a raffle tgrough Fit4mom Mansfield for an ultrasound here. We loved the experience so we booked our newborn session. From that first time they were patient and such a delight to work with. I missed my second maternity shoot and newborn session in 2020 due to the pandemic. This year, we had our third and last pregnancy, so we purchased the ultrasound, maternity and newborn bundle late in my pregnancy. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to a family emergency twice for our sessions. We worked with Joanna twice and she is an amazing photographer and better person. For our newborn session I had opted to do a family session but due to lack of sleep and all that comes with having a newborn, I missed the email with the invoice. After reaching out to them they honored the session and we had our additional photoshoot with Jessica. She is also a patient and great photographer who captured the best of our family. Definitely will keep coming back to them!

This place was amazing. I contacted them early Saturday morning and informed them I may be 6-7 weeks pregnant but I just needed an ultrasound for peace of mind. Who I believe was the owner I talked to or manager got me an appointment the same day! She was sweet and so was the ultrasound tech. I was able to see my baby and even she was able to get the sound of the heartbeat even as early as I am. The whole experience was amazing. I cant wait to come back for my next ultrasound!

Received a package for Mother s Day. It was the $399 bundle for 3D ultrasound, maternity photos & baby photos. Apparently the price of photos is not included in the bundle at 8 digital prints is $190! That s added to the $399. The manager gave me a special since the price of the photos was not described prior to the shoot. I paid for the photos and it is day 6 of calling this facility to see how I go about receiving the photos with no answer. Don t waste your money at this location! *** received my photos 2 weeks after this review. No editing were done on my newborn shoot. I called every dang day to see what the hold up was & finally I just paid the $399 to get some peace. I will never recommend this photo company to anyone!

Straight highway robbery. They talked us into buying a newborn photoshoot (over $200) with our 4D ultrasound, without mentioning that it costs well over $500 if you actually want those pictures in a digital download. The website only says that they arent included in the package, not that you need to take out a 2nd mortgage to afford a digital copy of the snaps. It took over 2 weeks to get the previews back and now its too late to redo newborn pictures anywhere. So they get you by the balls and you either spend an absurd amount or lose them entirely. I feel so taken advantage of. Dont waste your time or money. It was a huge hassle to get the photo session scheduled too, and they wanted us to drive to the Dallas location when we live in Mansfield.

My wife and I had family coming out of state for a visit so we thought we would try a gender reveal. My wife being only 8 weeks pregnant we thought it would be way to soon to find out. However we discovered this place that can do it at around 8 weeks with a blood test. They got our results to us in 2 days and we are very happy!

They were so nice and personal! I got a blood draw for gender and 2d ultrasound, baby didn t want to cooperate but she was patient and tried to get baby to move.
