Diana is located in historic downtown Mansfield, TX, she has an adorable studio, and mostly shoots outdoor sessions. I cant express in words how much we LOVE Diana Raines Photography! We have worked with her 6 times over the past 3 years capturing all the special milestones in my childrens lives. Our home is full of beautiful canvas portraits that have become our most cherished possessions. Unfortunately, my family is relocating three hours away, but we plan on making periodic trips back to see Diana just to continue building our collection of family portraits. Thank you so much Diana for preserving these irreplaceable moments forever. And I also want to say a special thanks to Colette, Dianas wonderful assistant, who makes every ordering session with our family go as smoothly as possible, despite our indecisiveness. Its just near to impossible to choose, when every photo is so beautiful!

We felt totally at home and comfortable during the shoot. Diana and her team are pros and they made our 3 year old feel comfortable as well...Not as easy task! The final product....WOW. I cannot believe that these images were captured in such a short period of time and with such ease and perfection. Diana has a gift and we feel honored to have her photos in our home.

Unfortunately, after my experience, I CANNOT recommend Diana Raines Photography. My 2 sisters and I had a great idea to have our photograph taken to give as a gift to our parents for their wedding anniversary. Since another sister and I live out of state the sister that lives in Mansfield coordinated everything. We arrived in town and had the photo shoot...which went lovely! Diana made us all feel comfortable in front of the camera. During the photo shoot Diana, personally, told us we would be allowed a 24-hour viewing period online. At the time we thought that was a rather tight schedule, but those were parameters that we thought we could work within. The HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT came later when it was time to view the photos. First, we had to wait a month after the photo shoot for the pics to be available for viewing. Secondly, when it came time to view the photos online she would only allow us to view the pics during a 2-hour window, which meant the three of us had to coordinate to be online at the same time. With work requirements, not to mention our commitment to our families and children, it was a huge challenge for the three of us to be online within the same two-hour window. Within the time allotted we narrowed our photo selections considerably, but in discussing them on a three-way call we realized we needed yet another viewing to confirm that we were all discussing the same photos. We called the studio to request more viewing time and got the answering machine every time!! Which meant we had to resort to communicating via email messages. We felt tremendous pressure to place an order even though we did not have adequate time to cull through the photos to confidently make our selections. We requested a 24-hour viewing period online. First I get an email that says, in part, If youre telling me that viewing your images for a 24-hour time period will allow you the time you need to make all of your decisions, talk with your sisters to ensure everyone is happy with their choices, and restore some of the joy and excitement from our session together, Im willing to do that. Then I get this email from Diana, After much consideration, I believe it will be best for all parties if we part ways without moving forward....No hard feelings from our end. Best wishes as you pursue a gift for your parents. I have never heard of a business kicking clients to the curb in such a way. We liked the photos Diana took, but just needed adequate time to VIEW the photos before making our selections. Unfortunately I have a VERY SOUR taste about the whole experience and would NEVER RECOMMEND her to anyone.
