Tuesday @7 pm, store Closed due to failure to pay rent and owner locked the door?? This is my third visit, first time was at 9pm but they closed. Second time the fridge was broken or something so I ended up leaving. Will not return to this location.

First time trying. I think price to portion size is one of the best I have seen so I would definitely recommend. Only 1 con, not sure why they would pair a healthy smoothie spot with american cookie lol not that I was tempted, I dont eat dairy or eggs but seems like a weird combination.

I came in today around 8ish and have good smoothies but bad customer service. The employee had an attitude and seemed to be complaining a lot about her job and coworkers when her coworkers were doing their own things. I got a glimpse of the females name with cassy or something, and she should learn to be respectful not only to customers but also to her fellow coworkers. Besides that, great smoothies, everyone!

Sad day today to find that they will no longer be Nestle Tollhouse, but Great American Cookies. The draw was Nestle Tollhouse for our family when we do go into Mansfield. There already is a Great American Cookie store on the same street but on the 360 tollway side. Just not the same for us anymore and ended a family night on a sour note, unfortunately. Good luck (sincerely) to the business with Great American Cookies!

Ive attempted to place an online order for delivery through Door Dash twice, and both times had to get refunds because the store doesnt respond. So finally today I thought Id place an order for pick up directly through the stores online site, and guess what? Couldnt do it. This place advertises that they can do online orders, they are featured on delivery services but they dont actually follow through with whatever they need to do to make this possible. Its just bad business and I wont be spending money here again.

This would be a great place if theyd turn their online ordering on. Waiting in line takes way too long and everytime that I check to see if I can just place an online order its always off. I call to do an order over the phone and the voicemail says its full. It was off on Monday, Wednesday and now Friday, all 11am - 2pm. Ive instead just ordered at other places nearby who offer online ordering and pick up.

Do not shop here. They do not respect the United States military veteren. Please share! I was just in your shop. The young lady that helped me was rude and was acting like I was wasting her time...rushing me like she didnt want to be there. At the register I told her I was a veteran and showed her proof. She did not give me a discount. When i told her she got the manager Alma. Alma proceeded to tell me she couldnt refund me the difference unless I let her charge my card again. This was a $64 purchase. Refunds take a while and would show a double charge on my card for several days until it caught up. Especially on a weekend. I asked her for product she said she couldnt do that either and that I could have my receipt and leave. I served my country for 6 years and to be treated like this is a shame. I will never do business here again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know about this. Happy holidays.

Disappointing visit, menu has a Combo 1, two cookies and a drink, menu says the standard cookie is included and there is an additional fee for specialty cookies. Ordered with specialty cookies and was told I can only order the standard, so I pointed out the menu stating there is an additional fee for specialty, which is fine, and without looking at menu or considering what I said, employee blindly said it s only the bottom row cookies again. Tried to again point out you should be able to order a specialty with the fee but gave up, he was not interested selling the items based off on the menu and to make the additional sales. Initial error I get but don t disregard a customer s feedback, especially when you are wrong, could have easily been remedied in the moment looking at menu or asking another employee.

I had the pink dragon bowl and an espresso. The pink dragon bowl did a great job of expressing the heart of the fish: the sweet, hydrating dragonfruit. The granola cut against the dragonfruit excellently. For 380 calories, Id consider this bowl at $10 to be excellent. It is weird that I didnt try the cookies at a Nestle Tollhouse franchise. However, this morning I wanted and got a flavorful breakfast.

Went in to try and do you put gold in your cookies? The 2 cookies came to over 5 dollars. Not a great value for the size either. I expected at least larger than a 1/2 dollar. Not sure I would return, maybe for something else on the menu. But I would buy a roll of dough and make my own for same price.

This cafe is outstanding! I met one of the owners , Mr. Williams, and he made our first experience at the cafe terrific. His suggestions were on point! He and his staff are attentive to everyone in the store and he truly seems glad we stopped by. The cookies are delicious and the PB and J smoothie rocks! It was an honor to meet a Dallas Cowboy. My friend took me here to grab lunch today, and wow! They had so much more than just cookies. I was so impressed with their great lunch options like salads, wraps, paninis, etc. the people working were super sweet and helpful. This is a fantastic little gem . A little mini food court in one place.Nestle cookies at one counter. Approx 20 or more types, sandwiches and wraps -unique- at one counter. Fancy coffee and espresso bar at one counter. Old fashioned scoop Ice Cream /sundaes /shakes at one counter. And one counter with Delicious smoothies . Lots of add ins available. Weve tried at least 10 varieties and all are amazing. They have Energy drinks. Protein drinks, Meat sticks & protein bars, snacks, and powders. Workout drinks/powders. Something for everyone at every level. Take the kids for ice cream and cookies, fancy coffee for that special treat, and stay on your diet with smoothie. Pick your add ins for extra health. My favorite go-to place. I grab a smoothie for dinner and a wrap for work lunch the next day.

Order Acai Berry bowl W/O bananas because Im allergic. I told Johnny that he stepped away to help another customer. When I walk back up to the counter I noticed a young lady making a Acai Bowel. I saw the bananas in the mixture so, I asked her was that mine because I cant eat bananas. She said oh with the puzzle look on her face and then replied I think hes making yours. I went back and sat down at the table Johnny called me a few minutes later and handed me my boat I said Thank you and walked out the door. As Im driving home I decided to eat a few bites and I realized instantly theres bananas. I know this because one I could taste it and two when I spit it out into a napkin it was pieces of bananas that had not blended smoothly into the mixture. Found my receipt and call Johnny at the store and told him what happened and he said oh Im sorry it was a miscommunication between you and I. I thought you meant you didnt want any bananas on top of the bowl. Not, can you turn around bring it back well make you another one. Nothing. Johnny just stated again that it was a miscommunication. He did nothing to try to resolve or rectify the problem. Poor leadership and management. I realize its not his store its his sister and brother-in-law store. But he should have some type of authority to try to fix the problem instead of letting me get on social media.

When you walk in the smell of warm fresh baked cookies overwhelmes you. YUM! They have ice cream and smoothie options as well. I would have given 5 stars but I feel they are on the more expensive side. You are paying for the name. Dont get me wrong the treats were good, but $9.99 for 7 regular size (about 2 1/2 inches) cookies ( buy 5 get 2 free), puting that at a little over $1.25 per cookie. If they were jumbo size maybe. Its a great place for families to have a treat...games on the tables and open atmosphere.

Great smoothies. Good selection of treats. I would only ask two things. Open at the times advertised, Ive stopped by in the mornings only two times and both times they were closed. Second thing is change the channel on the television to something neutral or happy. I think customers would want a positive emotional association when sitting and enjoying their treats. It s brand new it s very nice BUT it was really sad that a grown man was itching and touching all over his nose Let alone during COVID-19 pandemic time and then proceeded not to wash his hands or put on gloves and then give people their cookies!! Shameful and disgusting!!

This place is great, the owner is the best. Had it not been for her I would have never came back here. After my daughter in law had been ignored, by employees, and other costumers. Even though its hard not to notice her (she has to walk with a walker.The owner made her feel very special.

Disappointed with the new Nestle Toll House Cafe at shops on broad We live only a block away and we re hoping this would be the place to bring the kids on hot days for a smoothie and a cookie. The location is great and everything else not so much. The staff didn t great you on the way in the smoothies are pricey and not so goo cup not filled and to much apple juice making them very thin and watery. With it being a new store we expected busy but not disorganized. Vender tables set up inside and no organization at all. If you want good service and great smoothies and snacks in Mansfield you still need to go to Smoothie King.

I stopped in early this morning to pick up a little something for my clients. I walked inside and was greeted with a beautiful smile and a warm welcome! I placed my order and received it promptly. The young lady asked if I needed anything else and I told her no thank you. This is my second time at this location and I received the same great service today, that I did the first time! I m happy that they re in Mansfield! I love Nestle Tollhouse cookies!

I dont normally leave reviews but I think this place deserves one. I was craving something chocolatey, so I went here. I pulled up and saw that they opened at 11am. It was around 10:15, so I was just planning on coming back. The owners pulled up as I started to back out and waved me down. They allowed me to go in before 11 to make a purchase. I had an intent to only buy one item, but ended up spending about 25 dollars here. The cookies were amazing, but the key lime pie was my favorite. I love that they were so happy, and they seemed to connect with their employees very well. They definitely deserve all the business they can get, and I will definitely go back for more. God bless this family and their success.

What a great family environment! The staff was super friendly and the store was colorful and very clean. It was packed with lots of smiling faces when I was there. There was something for everyone! The kids had cookies and ice cream, I had a delicious sorbet, and my husband had a smoothie. Everything was so good! We will definitely be back!

I recieved the most amazing service on today. I was unsure of what to order and I told the service representative that this would be my first meal of the day. She recommended the Acai Berry Bowl. Before making it she made me a sample to taste before ordering.....it was delicious!! It was made with love and I finished it before I could even make it to the car. This was one of my best customer service experiences. Stop by if you get a chance you wont be disappointed.
