We recently completed our estate planning with Jacob and Makenzie at the Mansfield office. Jacob was able to guide us through the process and answer any questions we had. We had plenty of time to think about what we wanted in our documents and to have those documents reflect our thoughts in as much detail as we wanted and needed. I appreciate and respect the knowledge and experience Jacob has with Texas law. It is apparent in how thorough the estate planning was. Going in I felt overwhelmed and intimidated by the whole process. But once we began, it wasnt difficult at all. Estate planning has been something I have been wanting to do for years and now that it is complete, I feel assured knowing my family will be okay and all our hard work will go to the right people and the right places.

I m not sure what s going on at the firm. They quoted me a price to handled my issue. I asked for a payment plan and they said I could, However; they never responded. I tried reaching out to them to setup payments, but they wouldn t respond back to me

I was seeking to get my affairs in order to minimize what my kids would have to do once I died or became incapacitated. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked on my timeline. As we did reviews of the documents, we would discuss actions I wanted incorporated, and he would explain why there might be legal implications to what I wanted. Sometimes, I continued with my plans; other times, I took his advice and modified my documents. This firm was easy to work with and very professional in buttoning up key documents that will be critical at some point in the future.

I would like to tell you of our experience with Crain and Wooley emphasizing that this review applies only to the Mansfield office. We had no dealings with their other offices. We started this process in January, and it was not complete until yesterday, May 28 ( four months). We met with the attorneys at their office to start this process to have a new trust and wills done giving them a copy of what we wanted plus talked to them specifically about what we wanted. We asked if this could be done before the end of January, but we were told it would be the first part of February to the middle of February and yet here we are at the end of May just now completing this process. We wanted specific things but simple things such as who our trustee would be, who gets what etc. Many drafts were sent to us and at one point there were over 40 errors. Some of these errors were very basic such as pronoun agreement, use of abbreviations in a legal document etc. but some were big to us. I would like to also say that the associate lawyer at the Mansfield office, Cole, always responded quickly to our emails. He was never argumentative and is very polite. From our perspective a client should be taken care of promptly especially when they have paid in full at the start of this process and should always be treated with respect. Again I would like to reiterate this review is only our experience with the Mansfield office. In retrospect, I should not have paid them in full up front, and due to the time issue, the number of errors, and the difficulty of getting things explained to us, I would never recommend them

AFTER WIFE AND I ATTENDED A VERY INFORMATIONAL AND DOWN TO EARTH SEMINAR THAT MR. WOOLEY GAVE WE DECIDED TO MEET AND DISCUSS OUR SITUATION IN DETAIL JACOB WOOLEY FELT LIKE A VERY GOOD FIT TO HELP US THROUGH THE PITFALLS OF PREPARING ALL OF OUR NEEDS FOR END OF LIFE NEEDS, ALSO ALL FORMS NEEDED NOW. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JACOB AND HIS TEAM FOR ALL ESTATE PLANING NEEDS NO MATTER HOW COMPLICATED OR SIMPLE THEY MIGHT BE BECAUSE HIS KNOWLEDGE WILL HELP WITH ALL NEEDS EVEN THOSE YOU MAY NOT HAVE THOUGHT OF OR KNOWN ABOUT. We worked with Jacob Wooley on creating a Trust after attending a seminar that he held on estate planning. He was professional and knowledgeable and never questioned some of our zany requests. We put together exactly the kind of trust that we wanted and feel confident that he will see that it is administered the way we wanted after our passing. Jacob is the best. He is a pleasure to work with and a very nice, respectful, young man.

I have been pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of those representing me. Even though I had some complicated issues to deal with, they were handled well and there was grace in the delay that I caused trying to get information to put in the documents.
