I felt very comfortable, they treated me excellently even though I dont speak English very well, the lady who served me overlooked it and gave me a lot of respect and I must highlight that her kindness and dedication in her work was the best, making me feel very good. She was attentive at all times. I felt like when you go to these high-priced places and I realized that the attention of the staff is what gives the place its status and respect. I can only tell you that I will return soon because it left a good taste in my mouth. Blessings to the lady who served me and respect to those who give respect

This was a very expected rating after all it s just IHOP. The location itself was not extremely puppet but it wasn t disgusting. I was turned off by my waitress and she made the experience so disappointing. I ordered pancakes with whipped cream on top and she talked and made faces over my food saying she was sad because the whipped topping melted. Not just the face that she talked over my food I mean breathe just all over my golden fluffed hotcakes. This place can t care about how their employees come to work as none of them seemed well groomed or put together. The hound lady look like she just woke up rolled out of bed and threw on her uniform, her hair was shabby, it looked as if she had not brushed her teeth in weeks the appearance was just not inviting for a food service setting. So it was bad enough I really didn t want her to serve me but to speak over my food with my plate in her hand and leaning into my plate to express your disappointment of my dish was just terrible. I tried very hard not to be disgruntled and just asked her to take it back to be remade due to her actions. She was kind and she did apologize but then the apology became over kill. I would never in life go back to this location ever.

This location seems to always have a good cook on duty, as compared to many IHOPS. A breakfast cook is always there to prepare French Crepes (which are harder to cook than pancakes). They easily allow substitutions. One of the best food in this FW area. SERVICE isnt always excellent; however you can always ask any waiter to get your personal waiter to come to your table. ATMOSPHERE: Always appears to be freshly clean and welcoming. Floors are sometimes freshened up while customers are eating but are very careful & safe with chemicals. A delightful place. Take Hwy. 157 exit at the Cinema, continue thru light & its 1st RIGHT into LOWEs Shopping Ctr.

Our waiter this morning was awful. We came in about 7:45 and it was empty, one other table. We figured great, fast, easy service. Such a weird feeling to feel like you are imposing by being there and asking for things. He acted like he was in the weeds the entire time but then would forget to bring stuff. He was scolding other servers in front of us and too side tracked with that to pay much attention to us. We asked for half to be on the a card and half cash for a $38 tab. He comes back and says he needs more cash because one half is $24 and change and hands me a non itemized credit card slip that doesn t clearly list what the charge is or what it is for. Usually you run the card on the pad but we wanted half in cash. He charges my card for the total and was trying to get more money on the cash side. We got it fixed but it still wasn t half and half and when my friend tried to explain it to him, instead of apologizing and realizing his mistake he was arguing back to him and was still trying to say it was $38 was split when one of us was now paying $25 and the other $14 in change. Hard to follow I know. I was there and I didn t understand what was going on. By this time it was down to one table, only us. His impatience and attitude you would have thought he had a party of 20. The manager had to fix my credit card charges which I will check to make sure are actually voided. She never came over and spoke to us or anything. Terrible way to start the morning.

We brought our daughter for her birthday and had such a wonderful experience! Natasha P. really made us feel special and our daughter was all smiles as the servers sang her happy birthday. We also had a wheelchair and they were great at accommodating us. Such great service! We ll definitely be back!

The hostess with the bleached blonde hair watched me and my family walk in, told us I ll be with you in a moment and then proceeded to seat the next three groups of people who walked in. Finally I got up and asked her can we get a table for three, which she said hold on and wandered into the kitchen for several minutes. While she was gone, two more tables walked in behind us and were waiting. She came out of the kitchen, and asked the people behind us for two? And started walking them to a table. Yes, I could have argued with an underage hostess but is ihops food really worth it?

Plastic in my pancakes. I took a mouthful of pancake and felt something hard. I pulled it out of my mouth. It was a piece of plastic. I was disgusted and disappointed. I loved IHOP before today. The server came over with the check. I told her anbout the plastic. She ansked if I wanted more pancakes. I told her no and asked to speak with the manager. Manager came over and said sometimes the cooks accidentally get plastic in the pancake mix. I asked for the pancakes to be removed from my check, paid and left.

I had a really pleasant late night experience here. My party and I spent a while trying to find somewhere we could eat at midnight between Monday and Tuesday. (There s not many options in Mansfield/Arlington/Grand Prairie) the establishment seemed to be run by just 2 gentlemen who kept a tight ship. How do you place an order and then get every item on the order wrong? Placed an online order for pickup and was given a pickup time, despite the order not being started until we arrived at the restaurant. Pancake combo had no pancakes. The sandwhich I ordered? They didn t even bother making a sandwich. Just threw the inside ingredients on top of the fresh fries. I took another look at the receipt to make sure I didn t order anything wrong but the receipt showed everything clear as day. Truly disappointing.

Had the absolute worst experience at this ihop. Came here a couple of nights ago and we had to wait for over an hour to get our food, our server kept saying I ll go check on it and never coming back over and over again. Me and my husband had finally received ours but my sister and her girlfriend still never received anything. We managed to scarf all of our food down because we had been waiting so long, we finished and they still never got their food. We had gotten up to figure out what happened and our server said oh they are still making your food we looked over to the kitchen area and there wasn t a single person back in the kitchen. They were all standing around doing nothing. We visibly had just gotten up from our table and we had went to pay, for me and my husbands food and one of the cooks from the back said oh do y all need a table and it seemed that the cook was either very tried or wasn t very aware of what was going on because he seemed very out of it. We will never return to this ihop, we never received any acknowledgment for the wait time or the service.

Came to this IHOP location with my sis-in-law and niece, we all agreed their pancakes are not as fluffy as they use to be. I order the double Choc pancakes there were barely any Choc. Chips and it lacked chocolate flavor. My niece got their cho chip pancakes, but again just a few Choc chips. They do have turkey bacon now, but got rid of their grits on menu! Service was mediocre. Young lady at the front entrance was really sweet. We didn t wait too long for our food.

My name is Sydney,I had to use my brothers phone because some reason its not showing up on mine. All I have to say is this is the worst place to eat,work etc.I ve served here for 3 years and I m surprised that I even put up with this place for that long.Management is horrible there is a lot of conflict of interest going on up there. Only good manager is Mr.Gee. Let me start off with Mrs.Jennifer, she is a very messy individual,she talks poorly about her servers and she labels all the black coworkers as bad influence .anytime there s a new worker she would tell them to not hang around the black people.She tells everyone s business which some stuff is confidential.she shows favoritism to her husband and daughter that works there. There was this one time I had a meeting with HR and the supervisor to let them know how Mrs.Jennifer would treat us and they didn t do a thing about it, they were defending her attitude the whole time and not even considering the fact that it had multiple employees complaining about her.I later found out the Mrs.Jennifer and HR lady (Mr.Vicky)have been best friends for a very long time. And on to the food, no one uses gloves up there and they don t care about the quality of the food and wonder why sales are bad.I ve seen a supervisor from another store use his bare hands to take glazed strawberries off of someone s pancakes, wiped it off with a paper towel and forced the server to take it.Theres been times when someone would drop food on the floor and had to put it back on the plate and serve it because the cooks are took lazy to remake anything and would argue with us.And you would think the manager would do something about it but she takes the cooks side and say that it s the servers fault.Even if the cooks mess up the food she ll blame it on the servers. There s always mold in the ice I stopped drinking from that place months ago. I ve asked many times if there is someone that would come clean the ice machine but no one ever answers me.I would say never drink there I ve seen mold on the drink station a lot.the fruit they serve have mold and they serve it to you guys. Oh I forgot to add that she doesnt like when people speak Spanish she gets mad and threatened to send them home especially if youre talking to her husband in Spanish.And once again no one did anything about it.

This was our first time at this location. There is always a crowd. Looks like the line just continues to grow, but you were seated within twenty to twenty-five minutes, sometimes even sooner. The food was great. There was only one issue where there was actually hair in between the pancakes. The strawberry pancakes, but after telling them about it, they rectify the situation and brought us out another order. So there was an additional ten minute wait . The restrooms were clean aa well. This could have easily been a 5-star review. We will visit again.

What a delicious dinner! We had great service and the food was delicious. I tried the pesto vegetable Eggs Benedict which were amazing. My husband had the appetizer chicken quesadilla. It was so big, more than enough for an entree, and very tasty. They now take your order on a tablet so that it is placed directly with the kitchen staff which speeds up the ordering process. Highly recommend. Well be back.

I walked into this IHOP last night and found one of the overnight employees being verbally abusive with one of the doordashers that I guess was there to pick up somebodys food. I wasnt trying to get into their business, but it seems like the IHOP employee didnt really want to do her job and then started being rude to the Dasher when she asked for the food. This is not the first time I have seen an IHOP employee at this particular location act a fool with a door dasher. That being said looks like Im getting my pancakes from waffle House from now on. I dont know why that employee had such an attitude but I really dont want to be around people with an attitude like that, especially not if theyre going to be serving me food... You might want to adjust your hiring process or hire an extra manager to be a babysitter if people cant act right.

Brought my son in for his 13th birthday tonight, they were all wonderful and helpful. I truly appreciated all the effort put in and for making my son feel so important! He got his food first and everything! They brought him ice cream and our server did this cute little jingle himself. From the time I called to make a reservation to exiting, they were great to us. We did a pickup order today. The receipt clearly says on it 4x chkn for the chkn and pancakes but only received 3. The chkn was mostly breaded on top of that. My wife had the crepe combo but was charged an additional 5 dollars on top on the combo for a flavored crepe that resembled nothing like the picture and most certainly not worth another 5 bucks, turning her plate into a 16 dollar meal. Unlikely we will ever eat her again.

Decided to splurge on some food at 1 am last night with my husband. We really regret coming here. Our table was filthy down to the seat the was wiped off by our servers bare hand before we sat...there were half full pots of coffee left on it as well.. Our order was brought to us incorrect. Missing extra items that we were charged for, burnt hashbrowns, burnt bacon, half cooked scrambled eggs and pancakes (which werent eaten). Our waiter dropped our food off and ignored us for an hour and a half. I finally had to get up and ask for our check. He did, however, spend the majority of his time afixed to our table, watching me sign our check. Telling me I didnt finish signing it when he saw how much was on his tip. Which, I could have laughed in his face, now I wish I would have. Anyways, my husband and I have been up since 4 am with food poisoning. Im am beyond upset. Yall need a come to Jesus in the BOH and FOH. Yall are literally making people sick.

We re here for a late night meal with my son who s taking my classes. Yanna was our server, and she was great. It was a little rush of folks that came in, but she did a great job of making sure everyone was taken care of. The kitchen staff stepped up and made sure that food was coming out, hot and not just sitting on the counter, waiting for llama, the only server at two in the morning. This late night IHOP crew displayed great teamwork and customer service.

I love everything about Mansfield ihop my server named Alex was the most respectful server there he made my family love ihop I came here in the past and had terrible service but when we left my kids said I want to come back and have him as our server and I came in during memorial day and I saw him in is army uniform and standing guard he looked very sharp. I went out with my mom to have breakfast, and when we sat down there was syrup on the seat. when our waitress came she wasn t welcoming. we continued on by ordering. we ordered coffee and one of the coffee mugs had a lipstick stain. The other one had coffee stains. we told the waiter to change it out for us and she was very rude about it. Very disappointed, with the place and the service.

10:30am on a Thursday. Five customers already seated and eating when we walk in (Party of 2). After a full three minutes of waiting and making positive eye contact with six employees and not a single one even acknowledging us. I Google another place to eat while standing there and then walk out after deciding on another breakfast location in town. Ihop needs a floor manager! Employees standing around talking instead of taking care of customers. We had to ask the one guy that we saw restocking his empty tables if we had a waiter. He was nice enough to take our order. Only then did a waitress bring our drinks. Continued to see two men working while the girls just stood around talking. You would think that at a time when they are not busy and there is plenty of staff on hand you could atleast get good service. This was at 1:15 on the 21st of march.

Our waiter, who was heroically waiting on EVERY table in the place, said you were short a cook . The lady manager was running around not helping the waiter at all as he waited on EVERY table in the place and did a good, good job. Meanwhile I watched your cooks, who displayed not one once of urgency. All the manager seemed capable of doing was collecting menus and bagging up to go orders-which I might add you should have thought about not taking on a night you were so short handed. If I could give a zero star rating- I would. I just came to this location and my server did not state her name at all and I waited 30+ minutes just to not get any updates on my meal at all. Horrible experience at this location, I was waiting for food for 30 minutes before I just walked out. I only ordered 3 pancakes, 2 pieces of bacon, and 2 scrambled eggs. An entire side of the restaurant was neglected. We were all sitting consulting on where our food was because our server disappeared. Overall, we had a bad server (she didn t give us her name), but I do not recommend anyone visit this location because it isn t like management is walking around making sure everything is going well.
