Lemongrass Thai Chicken Bowl was delicious, aside from having to add more salt for taste. No side salads here, you have to pay for a $16 salad and the bowl could feed a family of 4-5 side salads . That could be a win.

The food was AMAZING, the atmosphere was so cute and our server was so attentive and sweet. We had the ceviche, some sangria, my fiancé ordered the Monte Cristo off the specials list and said it was great and I had the hot beef sandwich which was absolutely fantastic. We also got funnel cake fries as a complimentary dessert for my birthday which were phenomenal. Will definitely be back.

The smell spoke for itself when I originally walked in. The menu is really diverse and had something for everyone. Server suggested the fried lasagna and said it was a passed down recipe from the owners family. But with a twist of his own, fried. I wasnt in the mood for lasgana but I ordered it anyways. To be fair $22 for a average slice was sad to see but the flavor and meat and quality definitely spoke for itself and left me full. Honestly want to go back soon and try another interesting dish.

Great place for social drinks. Their drink menu is unique and refreshing. Food was great at a very reasonable price! Try the banana nut old fashioned. Service was personal and attentive. 5 stars for sure! Kid-friendliness: We took our four kids and had a great experience. No kids menu, but they were very accommodating and our kids loved the chicken tenders and shrimp pasta!

I give this place a 10000/10. We sat at the bar and the customer service was so good! I would recommend to experience it! Definitely recommend for a date night (at the bar) or dine in. On Sunday, Fathers Day, our extended family of 6 were here for brunch. Overall, a nice place with a good menu and good prices. Our server. Ian K, was pleasant and overall attentive. The negative was slow service overall from the kitchen, then the (2) brunch burgers were delivered w/o the fried egg or bacon jam and that added *even more* time to getting 2 or our 6 their complete meal. Yall need to improve this if you really want to be known as a restaurant and not just a bar!

Food was great. I had the deviled egg appetizer and the Lomo Saltado entree at lunch. Both were fantastic!! Really wanted to try the fried green tomatoes appetizer as well but they had just taken it off the menu :( Oh well, maybe it will be available next time. Service was very good. The dining room is a bit over large and has high ceilings which makes it have whatever the opposite of intimate dining is. Music was too loud, especially for lunch on a Wednesday, and it made conversation difficult. Don t let that scare you off though. The food is good and the place has a chill vibe overall. Do recommend.

I frequent F+B for brunch, but decided to try it for dinner for the first time with a large group for our friend s Birthday. Our server Jordyn was amazing and made our experience so enjoyable! First time to eat at Neighborhood and it exceeded expectations! The burger was one of the best I have had in Lubbock. Fries were slim and crispy perfection. We also had the shrimp pasta and it was outstanding. Service was excellent and we were seated at brunch time quickly. We will definitely be back!!

The West s latest endeavor in the Lubbock food scene gets a solid meh compared to other options for similar fare, and they re other restaurants in town. While the food and mixed drinks are well made and within the tastes pretty good category, they fail to bring anything unique to the Lubbock food scene. Coupled with an incredibly bland and apparently half-hearted attempt at interior decoration, Neighborhood fails to create an urge for return visits. In the solidly negative category for this venue, the ventilation for the kitchen seems to dump straight into the dining area. This presents guests with an atmosphere filled with smoke and overpowering cooking odors. The lack of acoustic controls and loud music also creates an atmosphere more reminiscent of one the many college bars in town where the intent of visiting is to party on $2 beer and $4 wells rather than the price point offered at Neighborhood.

1st time getting a chance to try this place. We had the mimosas, chilaquiles and the chicken coconut curry along with the ceviche appetizer. The ceviche was excellent, not as citrusy as others I have had. The chicken curry was AMAZING. The chilaquiles was good but not as good as I expected had in other places. If just depends on what your looking for. They put their own spin on the dishes which is great.

Service was great although we waited a bit for the server to come to the table. Ribs were different but very good. Steak and potatoes were mediocre. Potatoes tasted and felt like powdered, boxed potatoes. Steak was cooked to the correct temp but was VERY lacking in flavor. My son ordered the chicken tenders and they were COVERED in salt. It wasnt even that the batter / coating was salty. It was as if salt had been spilled on them after cooking. We could even see all the salt on it. My kid loves salty foods but said he couldnt eat it. Ive had the curry before also and it was ok but not great. I think Ill stick to drinks and appetizers when I visit. Never had a problem with those so far.

I had a cheeseburger and fries. My cheeseburger had to be the nastiest cheeseburger I have ever had in my 53 years of life. I swear there was a quart of grease in the bun. I would highly recommend United Market Street over this place if you are in the 98th and Quaker vicinity, and are hungry!!

My husband got the Cuban sandwich and he loved it. I got the chicken tenders which had absolutely no flavor, fries had been cooked in obviously old oil. Also got a old fashioned whiskey drink, it was way over priced especially since it was not quite a half a whiskey glass full. We dont mind paying for a meal that is worthy of the price, the meal I got was no where near worth it. When the waitress came to take our plates away apparently didnt look at mine to notice I had only taken 3 bites from it. Didnt ask how it was since I barely touched it. Will not be back. A waste of money.

The fam loved it! 1st, the drinks are magnificent! Hand crafted and unique! I think it was a banana old fashion!?! Super tasty. FOOD, I had the fried lasagna, OMG!!! AWESOME!!! Nobody in my group was disappointed with their selections and there is a wide range to choose from. The staff was on point, didnt hover but was there as needed. Price was reasonable, competitive. Ambiance, I like it because I can be nice & casual or even spiff up a bit, it is open and roomy. Overall, a 5 star evening for my peeps & me.

I was visiting Lubbock. I saw it pop up online, I think it was their soft opening? But server was excellent. Such a unique menu. The food was beautiful! It was my birthday so they made me a punch-like drink in a swan pitcher to share. They even boxed it up to take with us. It was unique and awesome. Beautiful cocktails. Beautiful food. I love this place, the people, the food, and the art on the walls! The food never disappoints, I have a hard time not ordering every appetizer when I go in, and every sandwich at the same time and the servers always welcome us with warm smiles. They don t market themselves as a family restaurant but when we bring our daughter in they make sure she is taken care of and even take time to dance with her or run her around for awhile. The drinks are great, beet-a-rita sour is my favorite!! and the bartenders are always fun to talk to and love to just surprise you when you re not sure what you want. Just overall a great place to go whether you re alone or with a group.

Most of the food was cool when it arrived at the table. Fries were cool and clearly had been sitting out. Steak was well done and very poor quality. Pasta and chicken strips were really good. Server was inattentive and had to be asked several times for drinks. Never say never but will likely not be back. Better food and service elsewhere.

F&B was just amazing and hit it out the park! Staff were amazing! Every one of them! Bartender even came to our table to explain the drink menu down to the finest detail! Im not an onion person but i took a chance on the burger and the caramelized onions on the burger is one I ll be back for! We had so much fun with our friends!! It was just us 4 and we ordered every appetizer, AND every main entree and shared, the staff and chefs indulged us and had fun with it, we ate and ate and laughed and I want to do it all over again tonight!! The start of the show is the sticky ribs, and you re a damn fool if you don t go in and eat these ribs!! Get it all over your fingers and face!!! I m so sad we were so busy laughing and eating I took one dang picture!

Neighborhood F+B is a new restaurant in the neighborhood, the service they offer is good and efficient, if you want to participate in their food and atmosphere, I recommend that you book in advance to avoid having to wait, I recommend the Cuban sandwich, very delicious and authentic, I assure you that I am from Cuba, the chicken sandwich was delicious and abundant, the hygiene was good too, we will return!

We were there for the Sunday brunch. So happy to have them in the neighborhood. Menu was creative and reflected their experience in the culinary field. We ordered the ceviche which was fresh and delightful. Also had tomato bisque with pimento grilled cheese. Tasted like grandma s hug. For main dish had curry chicken and shakshuka which were prepared expertly where the flavors were perfect. From the greeting at the door to the time we had our check service was sincere and timely.

Walked in for a lunch for two on a Saturday, we were sat by the hosts but sat for 8-9 minutes without being greeted. We made eye contact with several of service staff as they walked past our table to which we received no acknowledgment. For a place with the prices and atmosphere they have a well be with you in a minute would have been nice. After the and lack of service we decided to eat elsewhere. We both were servers in college so we are very patient with service staff, but waiting that long without any acknowledgement made us feel very unwelcome.
