We haven t picked up our art piece yet, but we got a call yesterday that it is ready for pickup! It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks at least! Instead, it took 4 days! Plus, the gentleman who assisted us offered excellent options to make our piece stand out! We ll go Monday & pick it up!

This is a place that I personally know very well. I worked here 20 years ago and had to leave and regretted it till today just got rehired. I back then always did everything possible to give great customer service great selection on any and all custom framing needs. The art selection always top notch. Plus business has been in business for over 45 years. The knowledge and experience are superb. They charged me $105 dollars to locate a frame. The company they use to supply frames has gone out of business and Frame Mart will not exchange frames I purchased earlier and only says I have a credit to purchase additional frames instead of refunding my $105.

Had an item framed and it was a great experience. It later had an issue and the owner had an attitude when I brought it back. Her approach and the lack of standing behind the product that is expensive was extremely disappointing. After that experience, Ive used another place for my framing needs.

Thank you Frame Mart for the amazing touch up and repair work you did on my grandfathers childhood picture and frame. After being damaged in a move and taking it to many places in the Kansas City area and Lubbock, I had resigned myself to only adding the domed glass to further protect my grandfathers picture from future damage. All anyone else could do was offer to digitally scan, edit and print a copy. However, Frame Mart retouched the original picture and frame plus was able to order the hard to find glass. It looks amazing, and, best of all, you cant tell it was ever damaged! I am so very grateful and highly recommend Frame Mart for your most important artwork.
