This is two years now, I dont hear about sir Gibson anymore. We supposed to make a appeal, but he disappeared and never fight for me. He never answered my phone calls nor my emails. Why ? He get 20% of my work comp for one and half year. Now I have to pay $75000 medical bills and he wants for $20000 of attorney fees, but still ignores me.

My husband was in abad accident 5 yrs ago and we hired John told my husband hewasgonnabe a millionaire and needless to say he only sued workmans comp and thats until 2024 Im very very disappointed..

Left us hanging for over two weeks without knowing whether he would take our case or not, then the only reason he gave was he couldnt help us. The videos he posts on his website are completely bogus...he cares nothing for the working person. Run, dont walk from this guy, dont waste your time, or allow him to waste yours. People like him are why lawyers get such a bad reputation.

Hired Gibson Firm to handle and assist me in dealing with Texas Workers Comp. We are still fighting but Mr. Gibson has done so more than I could have ever done on my own. Highly Recommended!!

Jon is a good guy. However, chances are you will not have Jon as your attorney, but one of his not so good attorneys. The main problem with this firm is that they are very busy, and their support staff is worthless. In m case, things fell through the cracks. I would strongly recommend you seek legal representation elsewhere.

Do NOT use them. They will not have your interest in mind.....just a guaranteed paycheck for them that gets paid by state out of your benefits. They conveniently leave certain information out so you are not fully informed. They do not do what they say they will do. I asked them to get me reimbursed for medical bills i paid for......never got anything. No settlement or nothing.
