I dealt with the Lubbock office, and I was very impressed with their professionalism and genuine concern for me and my case. Meghan Mitchell, my attorney, made several trips to Clovis to do interviews and depositions for the case and Gabrielle, the backbone of any law firm, did an exceptional job of dealing with the paperwork and everything else the Legal aide has to do in support of the case. Amazing service and highly recommend, super knowledgable team that really goes the extra mile. from the time of my accident Richard and his team were immediately involved in protecting my rights and my case. Within 24 hours he was in person at my hospital bed explaining everything that was happening and going to happen. And even flew in to visit me on occasion at my home. Emma is super knowledgeable, and was always on top of everything, went above and beyond making herself available literally any time even after hours if I had an obscure question or was just having issues. I never felt uninformed. By the time we got to the legal stuff having Richard in my corner felt more like a best friend then a lawyer. I was prepared and conformable. If you are dealing with an injury or loss I cant recommend Richard and Emma highly enough.

Definitely recommend!! I put my info in online. Within a few minutes I got a call from Ray. Ray had me explain my situation to him & then we scheduled an appointment in person. A few days later I went in person. My thoughts walking in . the office is very clean & the couches are so comfy. The lady at the front desk is very nice & professional. Ray came out & called me into his office. I went in, sat down & we started talking . He remembered EVERYTHING I told him over the phone days prior. He remembered every single detail of what I had explained to him without even looking at notes or anything. Ray was a pleasure to work with the entire time. He made me really comfortable so I trusted them to handle to my case & that s exactly what they did. Any time I called into the office I was either transferred to Ray automatically & if he was in the office he answered EVERY TIME. If he was out of the office I left a voicemail & he returned my call immediately after returning. This staff is very honest & trustworthy. I was never rushed whether I went in person or whether we talked over the phone. Any question I ever had the entire time was answered. If Ray didn t know the answer to a question I had he found someone who did & immediately returned my call with the answer. I never had to worry or wonder what was going on because Ray kept me in the loop the entire time. He explained the entire process to me thoroughly & made sure I understood what was going on the entire time. I would recommend anyone & everyone to call this office or submit your information online so they can call you if you are in need of an injury attorney. You will NOT be disappointed!! Richard Hardy took on my dads work injury case after three other lawyers made us feel that there was no case. He was honest and forthcoming with us about the difficulty of the case but he was still willing to represent us. His empathy, actions and support have made us feel like my dads family and not just another case especially after my dads death which was a result of the injuries he endured. Richard and Emma fought for my dad and our family and won. They found people to help with my dad s estate and in getting a headstone after the first one was bought, paid for, and never received. They helped with so much and in matters that weren t in their area of expertise they found people who could help in us. My mother and family will never forget all that they did for us.

When I unexpectedly lost my Mother, Carlos, Celia and Steve dug into my Moms case and fought hard for her and the truth of what happened to her. After my accident I had given up hope. I was preparing myself for a life of struggling to provide for my family and dealing with my new disabilities. My family had talked to attorney after attorney. They either didn t understand enough about my work, were only interested in workers comp, told me I wouldn t win and couldn t do anything about it, or just stopped replying all together. I cannot speak highly enough about My attorney Matthew Heape and his Legal Assistant Jordan Hickman. After a horrific car accident My husband and I contacted Mr. Heape to protect ourselves and understand our options. Mr. Heape patiently sat down with us, in the late afternoon and early evening to accommodate our work schedules. He went to great lengths to explain and answer questions.
