The manger on duty was so rude with my return its pouring rain outside and I had 150.00 purchase the day before and had to return 2 items I forgot my receipt in the other bags so Im outside in the rain cant find receipt go back in to get my items and another young checking so nice. Told her what was going on she oh of your a reward member I can look it up with your phone # and took her 3 minutes. I told her what happened she apologized. Thank goodness for good workers.

All I can say is THANK YOU Mika for rescuing me. I was a lot turned around in the store (it is massive), when one of your employees saw me and noticed I seemed lost or looking for something specific. Not only did you help me navigate the rest of the store and guided me to what I was looking for. Your positive and welcoming conversation was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the great work and I ll be back. This was my first time visiting this At Home in Lubbock. I like to think of myself of a connoisseur of interesting and unique finds. The store had everything you want and even things you didn t know you wanted. I did want to mention that the store was very clean and organized as well. These simple things and great employees keep me coming back.

I did an online order with pick up same day. Was asked for an alternative person to pick up, I provided the legal documentation for a government issued ID For them to be able to pick up. When going to retrieve the item that was ordered, we met with one gentleman who we provided the name of the order and then stated with confirmation ID and drivers license that they were the ones picking up the item. Could not find the item at first, then came back and said well you can t even after providing the documentation. Then the manager on shift at that time came and was completely rude. Had an attitude as soon as she walked up because it disrupted what she was doing, Instead of asking for the buyers last name, Proceeded to say the person that ordered has to come pick up and show their ID. I had to come to the store, a form of ID along with the email, And then was told we still could not pick up item. After, mentioning, I d go higher to report, we were then allowed to take our item. After showing 2 forms of IDs, giving the email confirmation number, stating the name, we received nothing but disappointment and disrespect from someone who is a manager. Managers are supposed to be professional, and respectful and that s not what we received. While at home has been nothing but great For purchases, the people are not the friendliest and today was an absolutely horrible experience.

The customer service at this store is horrible. I was sold a defective product and I went back the next day to return it with a receipt on 03/15/23. They were extremely rude and I was told they couldnt help me. I asked for a manager and three people working there told me they were all managers. I felt like they were playing with me and making fun of me. I asked for the home office number and they gave me a number ... when I went to my car to call it went right back to the people I was dealing with inside. They are absolutely childish and immature and have absolutely no business working there.

I was looking for a large living room rug. I spent about an hour going through all of the bins and I found a 50% bin with a beautiful rug that had already been unwrapped. The edges were a little bit dirty and one of the managers gave me 50% off of 50%. I paid $75 for a $300 rug. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

This place has a little of everything. The wife and I went looking for some bar type stools, but didnt find what we where looking for. That being said, they had around 20 to 30 different styles to choose from. We have bought mirrors and other things for the two guest bathrooms we have. We stop in every now an again, because the inventory changes with the seasons.

Great experience looking for barstools! Didnt see what I was looking for on display, and boxed merchandise was confusing, BUT a wonderful young helper named Brice volunteered to unpack and assemble one of the barstools I was considering so I could get true measurements and see if that was exactly what I wanted. When I confirmed it met my needs, he also asked if he could get a flatbed cart to help me to checkout. Amazing customer service!!! His helpfulness made the sale!!!

1. Do not trust the sales that they advertise, watch what they charge you very closely. We went to buy Christmas Ornaments, and the sale said all ornaments buy 1 get 50% off the second. But when you get ready to check out it does not scan them all as on sale. Even when the tag says Christmas Ornament. They run their sales like SCAMS. 2. The Manager named KAY, is very snippy, very argumentative, not willing to assist and make things right at all. The customer service at this store is horrible!!!!! This is the second time I have had her act this way and yet she is still employed there. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BUYERS OF SALES BEWARE I spent tuns of money, should have just walked out of the store and left it there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 3. The restrooms are so nasty, looked like they haven t been cleaned in weeks, no toilet paper, no soap, not paper towels!!!!

1. When you post a sale for ALL ornaments, ALL ornaments should be on sale regardless of color. When we asked to speak to a manager regarding some ornaments not reflecting the sale price, the responding manager became very argumentative and rude. I ended up getting the sale price in the end, but not without condescending and disrespectful comments directed at me made to the cashier. 2. The bathrooms were horribly dirty, there was no toilet paper in the stalls, and no soap in the dispensers a gas station was cleaner than that bathroom. The management here is AWFUL. If you want to shop for decor, go to Hobby Lobby or Walmart. Same prices, you ll be treated better AND have cleaner bathrooms.

Love this store! But it is a huge disappointment that they do not include baby changing stations in ANY of the bathrooms. It makes those who have little ones hard to go shop. It is easier to avoid going there if I cant shop comfortably and finding out I might have to change my baby on the floor.
