We came in today for a late lunch. I was disappointed with the food , I told my husband that my tomatoe wad thicker then the meat, my tater tots were fried twice, although the did make it right. However, the grease was old it left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again

I recently moved to the area and was excited to find this place nearby. I loved their ice, so I started stopping by 2-3 times a week to grab a drink during their advertised happy hour (2-5pm). My husband and l even made it a point to get lunch here weekly. However, today I pulled up to the drive-thru at 4:58pm, cash in hand, only to be rudelyyyyy denied the happy hour price because the employee, who claimed to run the place, said her clock showed pass 5pm. How you communicate to customers is SO important. Her attitude was HORRIBLE!! Unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Its sad to see such poor customer service. Youve lost what could have been a loyal customer due to this horribly unpleasant experience.

We absolutely love this place. It brings back so my memories from HS. Love the new location and food is absolutely delicious and staff is great. Highly recommend if you re looking for a good meal . I don t think this place knows what a little salt and pepper will do to their food. Fries have no salt Burger meat has no flavor and the grilled chicken salad taste like it came out the microwave. I don t understand why some people are saying this is a good burger. I wouldn t feed it to my dog. wasted around 50 bucks for four people and everybody s food looks sad I definitely will never come back again

Had a great juicy double cheeseburger and fries with a Coke Zero. Burger toppings were on point and very fresh! Fries were hot and fresh. Atmosphere only suffers due to uncomfortable chairs and the basicness of the interior. But great food!!

This place buys the least expensive so called food to serve and it shows. Fish was tasteless and the cheap frozen steak fingers were so gross they were inedible. The toast was just a piece of warm bread and the fries were the nastiest cheapest stuff they could find. I don t know how they could possibly have ANY good reviews or how they even stay in business. 2 stars for food only. Those kids running the restaurant tonight should have an adult/manager to oversee the shift. Of 2 tables inside & 2 cars in the drive-thru, they mixed up ours & the other table; shorted me fries or any side, argued with me about I didnt order a side (on a combo order, argued with the other table about their missing fries (actually went to the table to see if they were lying lol). I had to buy a separate order of tater tots just to have a side with the combo meal I ordered. We are on the search for a really good hamburger since our sold standby closed down. My husband and I agreed this is a pretty good place to grab a burger. The onion rings were also very yummy. The service was excellent. The young man that took our order was so nice and friendly. Then the young girl that refilled our drinks was just as nice. It was an all around great experience. The price was not bad either. Three of us ate for $29. We will be back next time we are on that side of town. Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu with a couple of options on it.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! I called at 8:55pm, because I ordered the chicken strip dinner which I was shorted a chicken strip. The young Hispanic girl who answered the phone proceeded to tell me they don t do 4 anymore, they do 3 because the chicken strips are bigger now. I told her I would ve have ordered that had I know that, and the menu needs to be updated if that s the case. She put me on hold and all I could hear in the background was always causing problems. I then asked to speak to a manger or a boss, she told me there isn t one here in a very sarcastic and bossy way, come to find out the manager was her father. Shocker. Don t come and expect to eat there if you get there 30 minutes before they close. They will make sure to remind you that their dining area closes 30 minutes before they close. The fun part of this is that they have no signs informing you of this, they expect you to know. There were six of us one of which my two year old daughter and my wheelchair bound nephew. Got to eat in the parking lot. I guess they felt bad because they eventually brought over a picnic table. We love their burgers but not really sure about going back due to the attitude!

Dont waste your money was expensive for the quality we recieved. I was not impressed, the services was eh, lady yelled out the window when I was making my order she couldnt hear me. The onion rings were super greasy and burger was over cooked and bland. Onions on the burgers tasted like yesterdays left overs they brought out to use for the day. The tomatoes were squishy and gross. Nothing tasted fresh seemed like it was prepped the night before. They also charged $1.52 for a side of ranch and the container was not even full! This is a big NO for me in the future. Will not order again.

weve never had a problem with our food from cooper drive- in but, tonight it was not so great. i called in an order and the girl that took my order of the phone was rude. I didnt know that they stopped selling curly fries. when i asked for them the girl told me in a rude voice that they didnt have them anymore. one of the burgers i ordered they put wat too much mayo and barely any ketchup. second burger i ordered was the big bubba burger and that fell apart, could barely pick it up. whoever were the cooks back there looked like they didnt care. with this being a google review I dont see any of the owners reading this. so I will just call.
