Poor service air hose still are not working even after a review 1 week ago from another customer and response from owner said they would get them fixed. Went through car wash and half the wash was not working had to wait again in line and go back through 2 times. They have a complimentary towels and spray and they had it locked up so my car was still wet and no air hose or towels. I cannot wait for Lonestar Suds to open down the street.

Good wash, good people. But, Ill be at Lonestar Suds until Mighty Wash gets all their equipment operating. Particularly the compressed air hoses, which help get residual water off the vehicle.

I really liked mighty wash prior to my experience here with Mathew!! He was not very pleasant and not willing to help considering I had just purchased a monthly wash pass. Washes sometimes are a hit or miss (bugs juice still left behind after a wash) they usually allow you to run it through again and they have some of the best vacuums in Lubbock. I canceled my monthly wash pass and went with Lonestar suds and plan to stay with them as they have really nice and helpful staff and have microfiber a cart full microfiber towels for use after your wash!! Glad I didnt continue my membership here at MW! You dont treat your customers like that!

After my car wash I asked a gentleman if I can barrow a towel to clean the inside windshield he kindly said yes. As I pulled forward to a parking this other gentleman came walking to my vehicle and asked me if he could help me and clean my window for me. Little did he know I was having trouble because I couldn t reach the middle. This is what I call great customer service care and observation! His name was Phil. This review is for the Mighty Wash on 50th near Indiana. All the Mighty Wash locations need their own reviews. With that said, I didnt get my discounted price with the free club price window sticker. Brought it to, what I think was, the GMs attention. He was dressed differently, so thats how I came to that conclusion. He made it right by upgrading my car wash and having an employee replace the sticker that had been updated. Yeah, I dont wash my car often. Weve had so much rain, I kinda thought, whats the point? So I figured thats why I missed information about the change in window stickers. There mustve been a change in management. Last time I was there, about May 2021, employees were pretty pissed about being at work. Everyone, today, was pretty pleasant to deal with. Update: 20240304 Did they get rid of the discount? I paid $10 for a regular wash. I hadnt been since last year so I dont know if the window sticker needs to be replaced every year or if they altogether got rid of the discount. I didnt notice the price I paid till after I drove off. My bad! In any event, everyone was very nice and I was in and out in no time! Yay!

I paid for the $20.00 wash which was good and paid an extra $2.00 for my wheels and tires to be dressed up. I tipped the young man that was dressing my wheels and tires and extra $$7.00 tip without looking at my tires and when I got home I took a look at them and they were horrible. I was so disappointed with him and the job he did and when I called the office to complain they kept directing me to an automated response and never got to speak to anyone!!! Yea, Im really pissed with this service!!! I rate them a zero!!!

Literally the worst mighty wash in lubbock. The staff could care less about customer service. Google says theyre open at 8, I get there they say wont be open until 10. This place is slowly but surely going downhill. More times than I can count has the car wash been shut down half way through the day for some reason. The lack of staff to help with no towels to dry your car, absolutely no tissue paper to dry windows and half of the vacuum are either not working or disconnected. This place use to be amazing but something has changed. I have a monthly subscription and it s a pain knowing I may have to go further to a different location.

Good place to get 5 min car wash. Has three car wash options, chose the cheapest ($9 I believe). Was a Wednesday so cheap option had $3 discount. Dunno if other two options were discounted as well. Just drive car to the rails on the ground (workers will point you where to position the car), leave car on neutral, and let the wash happen. Place also had vacuum tubes for driver to vacuum inside their car. Free and self-use.

Please be aware of your surroundings at this car wash. I drove through the wash yesterday and vacuumed my car afterwards. Mid vacuuming I was approached by two men who had pulled into the stall next to me. The first man climbed almost fully into my car from the drivers side to tell me he wanted to vacuum for me. He continued to invade my space and speak inappropriately to me until I was able to drive off quickly. My friend called shortly after to let them know what had happened so they might keep an eye out for further encounters with these men. the employee responded with a short okay and she was hung up on. We were surprised by this response to say the least.

Had to call to get someone to hand dry after paying extra. Then they tried using towel that was dropped on ground to dry my vehicle with. Then went to use vacuums and blower, but blowers weren t working so went to another stall. Blowers worked in next stall but skinny vacuum was clogged unclogged it. Went to use vacuum on other side and that one was clogged. Recommend going to any other might wash in Lubbock

Well it wasnt great for me got some of the dirt and bugs but not all. I paid for the best wash and a hand dry. Still bugs on windshield dirt on the front and back bumper and the running boards didnt even look like it water hit them let along a brush. Was not happy at all.

I loved this car wash! The attendants at the drive through exterior car wash were energetic and kind and they did a good job drying my car. I love that vacuums are included with the price of the exterior carwash and that there is no time limit; no hassle of quarters and running out of time. I will wash my car at one of the Mighty Wash locations every time.

The wash is great and easy. The self service bays are fully equipped and working all the time, which is a big deal for me. However, the towel dry for bigger vehicles at the end of the wash is terrible. Be prepared to bring your own towel. Other than that, great place!
