We showed up around 9:45 on a Saturday night with another couple and our kids (2 are college students age 18 and the other is 14). We were told everyone had to be 21 and over. There were clearly many other people with kids much younger than ours, but we werent allowed in. I also saw some college aged girls that were clearly not old enough, and they were actually sitting at the bar. Super frustrating because I had heard good things about this place.

We were there Sunday after a home game, so very quiet. Bartender was fantastic, had Chiltons and pretzel and both were amazing. Looks like it would be a great spot for happy hour during week and hot spot on weekends! Food

Honestly not worth the price tag atleast food wise. Got the meat sweats burger. It was dry and lacked flavor with the extra chewy bread. Maybe the drinks are better I didnt try their drinks.

Love the renovation and the staff. Zach couldnt have been a better server if he had nine arms and two heads. That, of course, would be terrifying, yet hilarious on a scale of biblical proportion. Maybe science can make that happen soon. Id show up twice a day to see that abhorrent testement to mans challenge of the natural order in this Universe. Anyway, the Mac & Cheeseburger is delicious and should come with a pillow for the inevitable food coma coming in the near future. 10/10, would repeat no matter what my cardiologist says.

Went in last night and the bartender was completely disgusting. I saw him handle everyones drinks, and he grabbed the shot glasses with his bare hands. Then proceeded to drop the glasses on the floor and didnt bother to clean them or replace them. Instead he filled them up and served them to your customers. He then grabbed a towel and tucked it in the back end of his shorts ( not his pocket). Seeing this I wondered if your employees where this dirty out in the open, how would it be with your cooks in the back. So I decided to just leave before receiving my food after waiting an entire hour. Never again!

Was excited to try this place after seeing the reviews and pictures. Maybe we came in on off day . The burgers were so charred and burnt tasting. The three teen boys I brought, that will eat almost anything, couldn t even eat them. The staff was nice enough to comp them, but still disappointed in the let down.

In Lubbock for volleyball camp, my parents and I were looking for somewhere to grab lunch. Stumbled across this super cute burger and brews place on the edge of campus and IT WAS AMAZING!! Lots of different burger options, really great fries and sauces, amazing atmosphere, Zach was our server and was very great :) the owner even came and said hi and welcomed us to town. 10/10. Check it out !

Best burger joint in town by far. We tried the pretzel and the fried mac n cheese for appetizers and they were both phenomenal. The burgers were great too! I had gotten the breakfast burger and my wife ordered the mac n cheese burger. We were full about half way through but couldn t leave a bite behind. Great food and great portions!

Ive been here twice now and really enjoyed it! Weve always had really awesome and attentive service when we go, and I love that you can get any burger with Beyond Meat patties instead. Fries are crispy and good. I went yesterday and we had a mistake with our appetizer. Our waitress was super nice about it and we even had the owner come sit with us and talk about how to make it right. They brought us a free substitute even. (HUGE mozarella sticks with poblano peppers in them, really good.) Excellent service and super nice people! My only complaint is I realized afterwards that my burger had actually been missing some toppings. It clearly didnt bother me too much since I didnt notice while eating, but it would have been nice to try it as it was meant to be! I will also say the seating isnt super comfortable if youre trying to hang out and get drinks or watch a game, but to stop in for a burger, it isnt too bad. Very similar vibes to Atomic Pizza next door. Ill definitely be back though! Really kind people who want to make things right and want you to have a good time. Vegetarian options: Sub Beyond Meat patties for any burger, but lots of them have bacon as a topping, so read carefully!

Wrecked Burgers & Brews blew me away! From the friendly staff to the delicious food and drinks, its a place Ill definitely be recommending to everyone. The staff was fantastic. They were attentive without being overbearing, polite, and super helpful with answering questions about the menu. They made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Now, onto the food and drinks! I tried the Prickly Pear Chilton and it was a perfect balance of sweet and tart, and refreshing. For food, I went with the Wrecked Salad with grilled chicken, and it did not disappoint. Fresh, flavorful ingredients with a perfect dressing - it was both satisfying and light. Of course, you cant go to a place called Wrecked Burgers & Brews without trying the burger, so next time Ill definitely be trying one. Overall, Wrecked Burgers & Brews is a fantastic spot for a delicious meal and a great selection of brews. Top that off with amazing service, and you have a winner! 5 stars!

The food quality is low simply and greasy. It s a bar. The seating is hard and durable. There are bar seating facing the street that are on the stage. The entrance is from the street (front). The bathrooms are way in the back on the right. The house music is not loud. Parking: Building East shared with other neighbors. 30 spaces off of the street. Street spaces about 15 diagonal.

I was super excited to try this new burger joint by the posts and comments on their Facebook page but as usual it did not live up to the hype. I got the You re sweet but I m spicy burger and it looked nothing like the pictures posted. It tasted good, but way too much jam, not enough cream cheese. They boast two patties but the second patty was a little bigger than half dollar size and the patties are not thick as posted in their pictures. The fries are your average frozen into the fryer fries and portion was minimal. Definately not memorable. I had the cheesesticks and again I was hyped about these because cheesesticks are my favorite. The description is hand crafted with pablano strips. While there was a good amount of mozzarella and they were hot when they came out, you could not taste any pablano. Im not sure these arent freezer sticks, too. Spankys still rules on the cheesesticks. I dont believe this is a good value for the price either.

The menu has a lot of really interesting burgers, so our expectations were high. We started with the wrecked fries and liked the zestiness of one of those sauces. The burgers looked good, but they lacked flavor. I had the Galisteo which has pepper jack cheese, roasted poblano, and Sriracha mayo. The meat had no seasoning and I could barely taste the pepper. Roasting normally brings out the flavor, but not this time. Maybe they had been in water after roasting? The mayo had enough Sriracha to give it a bit of color, but not flavor. I was glad there was Cholula at the table. My husband got the Meat Sweats burger. He loves the all-meat things usually, but also thought that the burger needed seasoning.

I only gave the food a 2 star cause when we went the kitchen was closed so I dont really have anything to say about it. I will say that a few people there told us the burgers were amazing and that we absolutely had to try them. That said I loved the atmosphere and the dj played some great music for the crowd that was there. The bartender was very nice and she was very sweet. It wasnt at all like the crowd or atmosphere as Atomic down the street. We had a damn good time and wed go back again.

Great experience. The waitress we had was also very kind she even made me a custom lemonade and very respectful. I had the meat sweats but without the pickle and onion and had the spicy BBQ sauce instead of the wrecked sauce. It was delicious and wasnt that expensive. Also tried the mozzarella sticks, and those were big and amazing. The BBQ sauce was a little too tangy for me to use with the fries. However, on a burger, its amazing.

Look. Burger places are everywhere in Lubbock. Protestant churches, bars, burger places...thats Lubbock, in that order. That said, the wife and I started with a giant and well seasoned pretzel, then moved on to a Big Mac Daddy burger and fries. Excellent bun, crispy fries, pressed double beef patties, and delicious wrecked sauce. Decent beer selection, solid mixed drinks, GREAT service, good music...we will be back! * I forgot to mention...Very decent prices. All of the burgers come with fries and the most expensive burger on the menu was $11.00

Local Bar and Grill is a spacious place with large spaces between the tables, the beers were very cold, the pizza we ordered was delicious with plenty of cheese and its unique flavor, the attention they offered me was great, friendly and professional, the hygiene is Good too, very convenient location close to other shops and the university, youth is what is abundant in this Bar, if you want to have a good time and have some cold beers this is a good place, we will return for the Cuban sandwich.

The bar was fun, but the bartender had a man with a last name similar to my boyfriends and gave his debit card to some stranger! When we asked about what happened the guy yelled at us and told us it was an accident . We get that but you should ID people to make sure the debit card matches. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

Went to the bar to hear a speaker. Just got some shareable items. Chili and face sized nachos. Though the chili was fairly spicy and the nachos were twice the size of my face, I enjoyed my experience and the service there was great. Mind you, this was early on a Tuesday night but I will likely go back due to my great experience.

In short, we were kicked out. My friends and I walked into a very boring scene. No one was dancing, people were just sitting around, trying to be too good looking to enjoy themselves. Thats not myself, nor my friends. We wanted to dance, so we did. And then everyone else was dancing, and we were dancing with them. We were quite literally the party for what was a very boring scene. I wouldnt be writing this if I felt there was no overreaction, let me make that clear. I thought that by the time the staff/bouncers got there, they were acting on the DJs reaction. My friend accidentally and lightly bumped the wall in front of the DJ booth. I was already standing up there, right next to where she stepped. She stepped up, and then as she turned, she LIGHTLY bumped a wall in front of the DJs table, and admittedly, the entire wall fell, and then onto the DJs stuff. Im not sure what type of terribly constructed, wobbly, TV tray equipment they gave this DJ for his equipment, or if he chose this, but his equipment wouldnt have fallen from anything resembling an actual table. My friend hit a light wall about thigh high, and then the wall knocked his stuff over. He immediately got into my friends face, began yelling at her, spitting in her face, and then bouncers told us to get out. That was it. But it was a massive overreaction from the bouncers there, and the spitting DJ. My friends and I are black and educated, and we are not old, but old enough to hold our darn liquor, and wondered if a cute little white girl had hit it or knocked it down, if it would have gotten the same reaction. My friend was not drunkenly stumbling all over the place, it was something even a sober person could have done, just lightly bumped into something as they turned. The DJ especially, and the staff, overreacted by a LOOOOOOOOOOONG shot. Between the time the wall fell, and we were kicked out, was less than one minute. That place sucked before we walked in. If you go, make sure someone fun is already there. And let me make it quite clear, again, that if my friend were drunkenly stumbling around and being irresponsible, I would not have even written this. It would be her fault. But the way we were treated was just completely unnecessary.

The Poorest customer service ever, 5 bartenders and none would walk 10ft to serve my party. We were 3 patrons and from California. It was our first time to Lubbock. Very disappointed to say the least. We are established professionals and have never been treated in such an absurd manner. One guy was hitting on a drunk teenager. Two other guy bartenders were hitting on each other.

My review is for their food. Locals food is quite exceptional. We started coming here more often solely because of their great food menu that compliments their drinks. The pork belly pizza and tacos are amazing.

Guy with the glasses is a douche. It shouldent take a regular to flag you down to serve me. He was also super cocky when I asked for a drink, nothing more irritating then a cocky bartender obviously normal customers arnt gonna known every beer you have. On the good side the bartender with the beard was really nice and the atmosphere was awesome.
