Ive stopped after work once to try a new spot for authentic Mexican food. Since then Ive gone back three times. Yimms Mexican restaurant is the best Ive had. The meat is tender and seasoning is on point. Staff is also friendly and food is prepared within a reasonable time.

Couldnt rate the food because of the service was so slow and awful. Whoever was working the counter today had no management skills. Hopefully the other lady comes back because that was ridiculous. How are you going to make somebody wait 20 minutes for food and then when they decide to leave all of a sudden the food is ready. But when I asked you claimed you didnt know how long it was going to take.SMH

Tried for a second time because I really wanted to love this spot. The food looks so delicious and then you eat it and it has no flavor. Almost like everything is watered down somehow including the meat. It doesnt make sense but they need some salt and spices up in there. Aqua frescas are always delicious though.

Small place that looks like an old Dairy Queen. Waitress sweet and prompt although she did not know what cafe con leche is and brought me plain coffee. Chips come with the weirdest dip I have ever seen. Two sauces for my burrito were tasted many times to try to figure out what was in them but both very strange. And I have no clue how but the green one tasted fishy. Creativity is a very positive thing but outside evaluation of the result recommended

Ive had 3 of their most popular dishes (the doblados, the street tacos, and the pizzadilla) and they were ALL amazing! The food is delicious and the service is great. This is the only taco shop Ive found around here that stays open late on the weekends (2am on Fridays and 3am on Saturdays). My friends and I were so thrilled to end our night out with some tacos from Yimms. It was 30min before close and the nice lady at the counter was friendly, fast, and so helpful. The restaurant parking lot was very well lit and clean so I felt safe going inside at 1am to order and eat. Will definitely continue to patronize this business. Parking: Large parking lot on side, but some parking right up front. Very well lit.

This has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always good and affordable, the girls are really sweet, and I love that they have a drive thru and stay open late on Friday and Saturday so I dont have to eat fast food or drive across town to Applebees.

When we walked in the girl was so nice and then I ordered 3 menudos to go I got to my destination and I realized I only had 2 menudos my fault for not checking my order before I left, well I called up there and they said I could come pick it up I realized it was on the other side of town so I called them a second time to see if I could just get a refund instead and before I could say anything I was on hold for 20minutes! When I got there the restaurant was dead and the girls were not busy at all! I asked them why I was still on hold and had to drive to this side of town they apologized and said well now your here I understand that maybe they got busy in the moment when I was placed on hold but the attitude was crazy. I just asked for a refund for the one menudo I was missing.

The food here was really good, especially the fajitas! The reason I go back though is because of the exceptional service! The customer service was fantastic, that is why this is my new go to when I am in the mood for Mexican food. Also, it s very reasonably priced, which helps me out as a college student. Thank you!

Great service and staff. The owners are cooking it up in the kitchen and you can bet they know what they are doing. Great food at great prices. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
