Did you know Debs Downtown Cafe is a small business restaurant that has remained anchored and opened in downtown Longview the longest? Yes, she has been opened longer than all other food establishments downtown and has set a great example for others. We had lunch on Monday and it was delicious! The cheddar jalapeño soup is a must try. Deb and her staff always have a smile on their faces, working non-stop to make sure everyone is taken care off. Congratulations on setting the pace!

What an incredible Cheeseburger!!! If you like old fashioned grilled Cheeseburgers this is the place. The buns are perfectly toasted, and the veggies are fresh and crisp with piping hot meat. For me, its a taste of heaven. Great service and atmosphere.

First time at Debs downtown Cafe and the food was amazing, the waiters are super nice, the place is old fashion on the inside and looks awesome, they even were nice to my service animal, didnt even ask about her except her name. They are just amazing, their nutty bird sandwich was superb and so was their jalapeño cheese soup, my fiance had their cream mushroom soup and says its awesome.

I can t remember the last time I enjoyed a meal out this much. It was fast, friendly service, and the Nutty Bird was absolutely delicious. I had the half sandwich with a cup of tomato basil soup, and it was the perfect amount of food filling without being too much. I ll definitely make a point to come back next time I m in Longview.

This is a lunch hotspot downtown! It was very busy at 12:30. The sandwiches and salads we had were tasty but the portions were very small. My favorite thing was the chocolate pie! So yummy!!

I have been coming to Debs for the past 7 years and everything is delicious. Her breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, chicken wrap, turkey wrap, butternut squash soup, texas soup, pasta salad and of course the snickerdoodle cookies are the best in Longview hands down. I was extremely pleasantly surprised when I walked in side. The murals make for a very pleasant atmospher, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food is very reasonably priced and prepared in a timely manner. And of most importantly, everything taste amazing! I highly recommend trying the nutty bird sandwich. I plan on being a regular from now on.

Food is normal. homemade sandwiches (like you make at home) restaurant is HOT. it needs A/C. they charged my debit card $1170.00 and my bill was $11.70. so they added on an extra 2 zeros. i am not happy with this place and feel as if i need to take this review a little further! . she is not a good business owner! i will never be back here again! good luck!

Ive eaten here for years and love it! The nutty bird is my favorite. Its filled with yummy goodness like thinly sliced turkey, crunchy bacon, crisp cucumber, tomato, sunflower seeds and alfalfa sprouts. The bread is lightly toasted and thin so youre not getting a mouthful of bread. You really enjoy the flavor and texture of the whole sandwich! The service is always fast and friendly and the murals on the wall add the perfect artsy ambiance to a downtown staple.

A bunch of nice old gals run this place well and with a bit of east Texas twang. They are a bit brusque like waitresses who have been in the job for a while can be but alway nice and knowledgeable.
