August 9th- Ordered pan crust and got regular crust. August 1st- I ordered online, paid in person and waited for my order since I was early. After 15 mins I went back up to the counter to ask if my food was done. The employee was irritated I inturrepted him playing on his phone and found my order sitting on the self getting cold, not in a bag or under heat like normal. I consider quality of service equally to quality of food when I spend money. I recommend going to the Judson Rd store. Much better there. Never coming back here again.

To improve the experience hire new people enhance training skills get a manager that can communicate with customers someone that takes accountability shows willingness to fix the problems or concerns the customer has. Overall my experience was terrible. I was provided inaccurate of time of order to be complete, waited over 45 minutes after the expected time for a carryout order I submitted online. The online options was unavailable after I had paid for it. When asked to speak to the manager, the manager never came to speak to me I had to go in request a refund that I have to wait days for I refused the order. The manager never spoke to me this location on Longview TX Marshall Ave is terrible and unprofessional I would never order here again.

My husband and I had a very busy day so we decided to order pizza instead of cooking dinner,we ordered the big box deal that has 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and wings in it and the we ordered the cinnabon rolls for dessert. They charged us extra because we wanted a meatlovers and super supreme pizza instead of one topping pizzas. Our boneless wings had hardly any sauce on them and when we went to eat our cinnabons, they were burnt and had no frosting on them. This was the worst service and food Ive ever had and they charged us $54.04 for it all. I do not recommend ordering from the pizza hut on Marshall Ave. Figured Id give them one more try tonight since we were under a tornado watch and I didnt feel up to cooking, called to verify my order and spoke to the manager whom was extremely snotty and very unprofessional and informed me that I could not use my reward points and add cinnabons to my online order because how it comes into the store is how they make it. So I replied fine then please bring me my pizza and wings. The manager then hung up on me. When the pizza and wings showed up it was thrown together, my 3 year old grandson could have put a pizza together better than they did and my boneless wings had absolutely no sauce on them. This is the last and final time they will be getting my business. Ill be ordering from Dominos from now on.

First visit to this location. We went at 11am on our lunch hour. Pizza was hot and fresh. Mostly sausage pizza. Not enough variety. Some items on salad bar looked old especially the celery. The skinny lady waitress had a terrible attitude. She didnt acknowledge you coming in or even when she came to our table (twice) Literally threw the napkin set ups at us. She never came to our table to pick up dirty plates or to refill our drinks. She didnt smile and looked like she was mad at the world. She brought our tab in a clear wet cup and banged it on table. Me and my friends were kinda shocked by her rudeness. We will revisit and give it another chance only because the man at the register think his name was Juan was so nice and friendly!

Placed my order at 8:46PM on 3/19/22. Made it at my scheduled time to carry out at 9:05PM. Young lady At the window asked us to pull over in a lane and they will bring the pizza out! I had never been to a pizza hut like that before.
