If I could give this store 0 stars I would. We were profiled by the manager.She accused us of stealing and followed us around the store.When we proved them wrong they didn t even APOLOGIZE!

I have enjoyed shopping here mostly. They have unique gifts and friendly employees. However, when attempting to return a plush item, I was told they did not take returns on plush. Had I been told that at the outset, I would not have purchased it. Upon looking at the receipt, it did state that, but honestly, once you have a receipt in your hand, it s too late. Purchase is done. Not good business. Karen

So excited that Longview has a Hallmark again! It is nice, new and shiny! Great selection of items and cards! The staff is friendly and helpful. Couldn t check in on Facebook because it is not setup there yet.
