recently visited IHOP to celebrate my sons birthday, and we had a fantastic experience. Our server, who I believe was named Daimian, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our night special. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our visit. Although Im not entirely sure of the spelling of his name, his outstanding service truly made the evening memorable. Highly recommend this IHOP location for both great food and excellent service!

Amanda was such a sweetheart. She served me and my family well. From the very beginning to the very end, she was a 10! I highly recommend having Amanda as your server when dining at IHOP. She did not disappoint. Thanks Amanda !! Kid-friendliness: They have a kids coloring activity page with 3-4 colors. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking up front and on side of building. Bathroom stall handicap accessible. Tables are easy to roll wheel chairs up to.

I was having a very rough day, well a couple rough days. I got into town yesterday morning needed to get into the air con, after dealing with a flat tire in the heat on my motorcycle, and have some breakfast. The food was of course the typical IHOP food, no complaints, kids were screaming next to me, which normally for me its fine because I also have kids, so I was able to tune it out and have my meal. I was ready to head out, asked for my check from my server Ciera, and she told me it was on her. I wanted to cry after everything that had gone wrong over the weekend. I had previously explained to her my crazy morning, I gave her my phone to read about my situation and she took it upon herself to pay for my breakfast. She was a blessing. I had money to pay, that wasnt the problem, it was everything else. I felt awful as I didnt have any cash though, to leave her a tip, I prefer to not travel with cash. I think I will have to send her some. Anyhow, the whole point of this review is to say THANK YOU to my server Ciera. She went above and beyond, she paid it forward. I truly hope the store sees this and lets her know how grateful I was to have her as my server.

It was a very unpleasant experience. Cold food, ignored my presence, sarcastic and rude to my family, never spoke to the manager because she was speaking to other customers instead of checking up on all customers equally. Got the wrong recipe, and attended my family after every other customer. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes total for our food, and 15 minutes for my change, including being ignored twice for my change. We were very disappointed, not going back soon. Hopefully we can get treated a little better in a future far away from now.

A bit disappointed today, double bacon in a build your own omelette (which is paid for) obviously means 1.5 slices of overcooked scraps dumped into the egg mix ,it added zero flavor. I Asked for Splenda upon ordering my coffee, finally caught the attention of the busboy towards the end of the meal and got some. A good server has their head on a swivel and looks for people trying to catch their attention as they continue their task, no one today was able to multitask it seemed. Hopefully next time will be better. 5.26.. food tasted good.. service was fair.. so many crew members walking around looking lost... Thank goodness for the mini coffee urns (which took a while to get)or Im sure refills would have been impossible... Hint . Get rid of the its not my table attitude..

Since I started ordering about 6 months ago, there has often been an issue with my orders (plural), either there has been items missing from the order, or most recently the quality of the food has been less than good. An example of this is last week. I ordered Belgium waffle hashbrowns, eggs . The has browns were hard and oily and burned...one waffle was light and fluffy, there other smelled and was over done.....dark brown. Bacon missing...so, I called and made the manager aware. The next time, this past week the ruined items were replaced. However this time as me and my child were eating the bacon tasted like it had be dowsed in perfume. I thought it was just the container or me but my sons experienced the same problem. Because there has been several issues in my order history, I have decided to write this review. Oftentimes, when a person complains about service and product the way I have, the stigma is that a customer just wants something for FREE and thats not truth. The real issue is, if iam paying between $30- 50 per order plus delivery fee, why cant I get the value of what I willingly paid for. The whole thing is unfortunate for a company that is suppose to value its good name.

I didnt even know there was an IHOP in Longview. I had my favs, steak omelet with strawberry banana pancakes (protein, which to me was new, but was good) Omelet was good, feei like Im accustomed to more steak and peppers inside and less potatoes, but it was still pretty good. Also coffee, IHOP coffee has always been quite strong but with flavor, Longview did not disappoint. Dont crave omelets like i used to but next time I do, Ill probably go back

It had been awhile since Ive been to IHOP, and I ordered the breakfast burrito, I was soooo disappointed, it was Nothing like I had had before. It was way so much smaller, and cut in half, didnt have the melted cheese on it that used to have, and having no sour cream and only salsa with it. It Was So Not what it used to be. Not sure what what else is lacking because of down sizing, not sure Ill be back for lack of, shrugging here

This is one of the places that I liked to go to eat but the last time I went I didnt like it and it was very unpleasant to see that an employee began to sweep in such a horrible way, raising dust and throwing garbage with the broom that we almost missed it. They brought the garbage to the table where I was eating with my family and minutes later another employee also started sweeping on the other side of the table. That day they felt like sweeping everyone up. That seems antigenic to me and a lack of respect for the customers. Because a hussar broom to sweep raises dust and garbage and even more so if they dont know how to sweep in moderation they should use other types of brooms that do not raise dust and even less garbage. After this I will think about going to this place again...

It took awhile for someone to seat us. Two different waitresses and the bus person saw us standing there and just kept doing what they were doing. Our waitress was ok. I was there with a special needs child, and she got a little snippy with him when he kept repeating what he wanted and was showing her the pic and telling her he wanted everything in the pic. The food is good, the customer service is terrible. Today I went with my family who visited me from Dallas and they made us wait half an hour to give us a table for 10 people. Its incredible. I dont know where the managers of this restaurant are. Its a shame that they treat customers like that. way where there was a way for them to join tables and chairs because there was space but well the only thing left is not to return again if they do not have the capacity to serve the client well who is the one who feeds you better close the business

I m not one to give bad reviews often but I m honest on all reviews I give . We were extremely excited to try the new Wonka menu and it was a big let down . Our burgers were dry and didn t have all the ingredients listed on it . The cotton candy drink was a hot mess . Service was subpar at best due to short staff . It honestly wasn t worth the price for the quality and it s a huge let down . We were hoping for a better experience and food quality and it just wasn t here . Hopefully they work on it and fix the issues in the kitchen and within their staff !

We have quit coming here because it takes so incredibly long to get waited on. It was kind of late so we decided to give it a chance. It took 10-15 minutes just to get drinks. Then, when the waiter came, he wrote our orders on the same paper as the table before. I knew that was very likely going to present an issue. It did. When it came time to get our food after about 20 minutes or more, half of our food was missing. There were 6 of us and probably 8 at the other table. Plates definitely got mixed up, and orders were wrong. The manager, however, handled it flawlessly! She did everything we couldve asked her to do without us having to ask. She definitely smoothed things over, and the tickets were right at the end. It took us 1.5 hours from start to finish, and none of that was from us just hanging out. Thats just how long it took for service to be completed. Thanks to the manager, Im sure we will go back at some point, but if service keeps taking that long, it will definitely limit how often we go. We have lived in Longview for almost 2 years now. Weve gone to IHOP 1 time and ate, and weve walked out one or 2 times just because we sat too long without a waiter coming to the table. We have avoided going there on several occasions even though IHOP is one of our favorite places to go.

Other Ihops should strive for this standard of employee. Things are always right here and when I visit other IHOPS I m always disappointed as I m looking forward to good ole Longview where they don t spit in the food. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pancakes and waffles make my life better. If you wanna know for sure if they are gluten free look for holes in the mix. Normally gluten containing are flat and free are porous.

I used to enjoy going here but since covid the quality has gone down drastically. The food has gotten worse and the service takes forever. Dont expect refill or to be checked on. Very subpar service.

My wife wanted to try the NEW IHOP ... so we went. We were not disappointed! New menu. Great service. No photos...my breakfast was great! I had not had eggs Benedict in quite awhile. Wheelchair accessibility: My wife had no problems getting her rollator in the front door and around inside... I want thank the helpful dinners that opened the door for my wife.

We had the best waitress tonight! We were seated 1st booth past the kitchen door at 9 pm tonight. The staff was courteous, friendly and food was great! Our server was great , our coffee pot never got empty! She was friendly and on top of everything. As we were leaving, I sat down up front on bench waiting for my husband. The manager , believe saw me and came to make sure I had been helped! Best service we have had in there for years. My husband went in last night and left without anyone ever waiting on him . Different crew last night! Totally different tonight!
