Chelsey is friendly beautiful and kind, Jazmyn is as good as they get, great smile warm and friendly, she s been my favorite since I ve been coming here. Great staff all around and the food is great and the beer is too only complaint would be that you need to figure out how to keep the Knotty Brunette draft flowing, it s my favorite and bums me out when I can t get it Gabrielle did not wait on me but seemed very nice and has a great smile I love it that the ladies work so well together

**Disappointing Experience** I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent visit to Twin Peaks was incredibly disappointing we were left waiting much longer than expected to be seated, with no clear explanation from the staff. Once we were finally seated, the service was slow and inattentive. We had high hopes for the food but it was underwhelming to say the least. The dishes were cold and flavorless , were poorly presented, and certainly did not justify the prices. Overall, the combination of bad service, long wait times, and mediocre, overpriced food left us very dissatisfied. We won t be returning anytime soon and would not recommend it.

I couldnt find a reason to give it more stars. I sat at the bar, asked for an Irish coffee, a common drink except to these 21 year old bartenders I guess, but what I got was an iced espresso with whipped cream, amd charged $10.81 for it. Wth for what? Anyway I canceled that and just ordered a bucket of beer instead. Had one and still waiting for 20 minutes to get another one. DONT come on nfl Sunday unless you plan to wait a while. On top of that, the bartender Princess...no smile, no eye contact, but her other coworker #29 finally got to me and was attentive and nice

Me and a few coworkers had the opportunity to visit the Live Oak location being on that side of town for work. The overall service was great. I placed an order online (they DONT allow phone in orders) and when I got to pick up the food, I was told they had a problem with the pot roast order. They offered me a chance to order something different, but was really craving the pot roast order (as recommended by the San Antonio Restaurants Facebook group). I was told the manager would have to cancel the order and refund the purchase. The next day I noticed the charge was still not reversed and called to talk to a manager. I was told to go back online and there should be a way to cancel the order there. I could not find it and have been super frustrated with this whole process. The contact us link on the website does not give any corporate contact options and just says to contact the location directly. I have never been to any Twin Peaks restaurant and I dont think I ever will. Its not the fact that I lost about $20, its the fact that in this climate of high competition for business, I think stores would do anything to get positive reviews and repeat customers. For those of you who live this place, Im happy for you, I just think Ill stay away. 09-26-2024 UPDATE: I just talked with David, the general manager, and he is contacting the IT department to investigate the refund. Feeling happier that someone is taking me seriously. I may have to update my feelings from before. Stay tuned ...

The wings were fantastic, I got the bone-in breaded wings with hot garlic sauce and a side of fries. Great place for classic or fancy bar food and the service is nice. Edit: Upon two other visits, one order online and one other in person, I had to lower the score. Sadly the service has gone down or I must have had a stellar server the first time. Food took forever to come out, their servers and front desk honestly would rather chit-chat, and when I ordered online, it took way longer to actually get the order than the estimated time. Wings are still good, but the service is a miss.

Jessica is one of the rare people you meet at an establishment that makes you want to come back when only they are working, if not it s a different experience. Jessica and her co-worker Stacy are outstanding at creating a welcoming environment and make you feel like they truly appreciate you being here. I give them my 5 stars all the way and will only give them this credit because they have taken care of my many times. Well done Jess!

I had the worst experience at Twin Peaks in Live Oak TX with the manager. I ordered 6 wings and had to ask an hour later where my food is. She was rude and I never got my food and will never return to a Twin Peaks. I cannot believe how badly I was treated by the manager because my order was never put in. I m appalled that they would hire such professional staff. Don t waste your money

8:07 arrived 9:16 still dont have our food and we ordered as soon as she came to the table. Food was okay. The servers and hostess were so nice. Music was good. We will not be coming back again though. Not worth the hour plus wait. No manager in site.

I ve gone to this location numerous times, but I m not sure what has changed. Management is ruining this place. I waited over 40 minutes for my food, to the point where I had to cancel the order. The waitress told us our food had been sitting there for 15 minutes, but the manager has to approve everything before it s sent out to the floor. The way they re trying to fix an issue is creating a much worse problem, and it s unfair to the staff who have to deal with unhappy customers. The manager should have been the one to come out and apologize for the system they created that sets their staff up for failure, not the poor staff. I won t be coming back, as the service has really started to decline.
