I called Premier Wellness Clinic and spoke with Allyson Kelly and explained to her that I was in a lot of pain and needed to see a doctor and Allyson was very concerned and immediately scheduled a next day appointment. The day of my visit I met Allyson and she was very friendly and yet professional. She put me at ease and I felt relaxed and comfortable, and I knew I was in the right clinic. Allyson has a great personality and is an awesome person and an asset to Premier Wellness Clinic. Thanks Allyson

Just discovered Dr. Yasmin. She was super sweet and took the time to listen to our concerns. Office staff was all friendly. First impressions means a lot and from the moment I scheduled appt the lady on the phone took her time to explain the insurance and were able to be seen quick for a first time. My complaint is mainly about the billing department. After comparing the Explanation of Benefits I received from my insurance I realized I had been overcharged significantly. At the beginning of March I asked for a refund and was told they wouldn t refund it to my credit card, but they could send me a check in the mail. They never sent a check. I called on March 21 to follow up on this issue and I was told they d look into it and send me an email with an update. They never sent me an email. On April 2, a very apologetic receptionist told me they d send me the refund via Zelle by the end of the day. The money was not sent. They obviously have no intention of returning my money. They are either highly incompetent or very dishonest. I am very dissatisfied with this business. Update: I have finally received my refund. Thank you.

I have been on my weightloss journey and the staff and doctor have been great in the process. Outstanding support and service. Samantha has gone above and beyond to help with insurance denials and trying to figure out what is going to work what s best for me. They do offer bloodwork at the office that gets sent out so that is a huge plus for me. They are open on Saturday mornings now which is amazing and has saved me a trip to care now for strep. Safe to say I m appreciative of Samantha and all the staff for all they have done for me!

This is the only practice in the area that accepts my insurance. Being new to the state, I didnt know too much about the plans and which to choose. So I am stuck at the moment until a purchase a new one. My initial visit with Dr. Yasmin was great for my son and I. Since then, the appointments are not in a timely manor. I can see being 15 minutes behind, but 45 minutes to an hour behind for a phone visit is really unacceptable. Also, the way the office visits are set up is a great way to charge extra copays for extra unnecessary visits when everything can be done in one visit as I have previously had with my other doctors. Today I had a televist scheduled for 3pm. It is now 4:30pm and I have called twice to find out what the cause of delay is. Sadly, they really didnt seem interested or concerned and acted like Im the one with an issue. They had an Oh well kind of demeanor. Very Bad for business. If youre reading this, definitely pay attention to the poor reviews. After reading their experiences, I can attest to them being true, due to my same experiences. I didnt want to send this review but after everything I have been through, since after my initial visit, I feel its only right to let you know that this will most likely be the experience you have as well. Its quite sad because I truly loved Dr Yasmin.

Provider Khalida comes off dismissive which makes you feel uncomfortable. I left a voicemail to schedule an appointment and to this day (about 35 days later) I have not received a call back from anyone at her office. I wrote a message to her in the patient portal 11 days ago regarding a prescription and have not heard from her or anyone at her office. Find another provider; I would not recommend.

*my first visit to this practice I was given a Starbucks gift card to leave a review. That was the first red flag. I had an awful experience with this woman. I came to her with recurring pre-syncope, rapid weight loss and underweight, and severe allergic reactions with pre-existing anaphylactic latex and shellfish allergies, which was in my patient history. She ran some labs and said I have no inflammation in my body and that I dont need an epipen and have no reason to take benedryl and that I just have tummy aches. Negligent and contradictory advice, and medical gaslighting aside, I found her manner of speaking insulting and infantilizing. Since leaving dr Yasmin khalidas care, i have had several diagnoses from specialists explaining some of my serious symptoms. Had I followed her advice, she could be liable for malpractice--benedryl and epi pens are life saving medications for those with anaphylactic ige-mediated allergies. The front desk told me they lost my new patient paperwork, containing private info+medical history, and that I needed to redo it. Khalida said the paperwork changed to be updated, front desk denied that, and the new paperwork did not reflect any changes. *Not latex safe for those with allergies, BP cuffs contain latex there. I sufferered hives and difficulty breathing*

*Bad Bad experience* I visited premier wellness clinic couple of months ago for my annual check up. Firstly, they have asked me to come twice to finish annual check which could have been accommodated in one appointment like other providers did over the last few years but they scheduled 2 appointments and charged ridiculous amount for in office visits. Second, I had to wait a minimum of 1 hour for both my appointments on weekday which was ridiculous Third, as soon as I walked in they handed me two sheets to fill, one was for depression screening and the other was for alcohol misuse screen. I had neither of those problems, no one mentioned there will additional charges of $35.90 for each of these screenings. Fourth, they performed unnecessary additional lab tests and charged me extra. Despite of having a very good insurance, I paid $200 for my out of pocket fees(which is fine) and couple of weeks later I received a Invoice from labs for around $200 and then an additional $140 dollars bill from clinic was sent after a month or so. Fifth, doctor made few uncomfortable comments on my body acne during physicals which made me feel conscious and bad. I literally had the same insurance a year ago and I spent $200 out of pocket to get my annuals done. FYI premier wellness clinic provider was in network as well. Overall, my experience, services provided, unnecessary lab and in office screenings were bad. I would recommend not to choose this clinic.

This place is absolutely horrible! My wife ordered meds and was told several times that the script was sent to the doctor. We called several times and after a week without meds the office blamed it on the pharmacy. They refuse to see you if your not vaccinated and then charge you an arm and a leg for a 2 minute phone appointment with a non doctor. God forbid if you need female check ups done! You have to schedule an appointment with someone out of network and pay out of pocket. Then they threaten to hold your medication ransom if you have a question on a bill. These are doctors who apparently take an oath to help people. Then their admin/ front office people are as rude as they get. Hang the phone up on you when you have a question about something and they speak to you with no care in the world. This has happened more then once. I would give them zero starts if I could.

Firstly, they have a sign on the door saying to call the office and wait in your car at check in. But they dont answer the phone. When I finally just went in, they were rude!! They wouldnt see me because I dont have a covid vaccine. They never told me I needed it before the appointment even though I spoke to them on the phone several times. It is my own fault for not looking up Dr. Khalida Yasmin prior to choosing a doctor for my grandma, who is 91, so lemme save you some time. Go somewhere else. I am appalled at how this doctor took my grandma under her care for the past two years. This doctor denied my grandma specific items that will help her. It s nearly impossible to reach the office and when you do reach the office, their discussions with you contradict most of everything they tell you. Professionalism, respect and integrity are an all time low. There seems to be multiple locations so I m questioning how this place is still running even with this many complaints. As a doctor, you choose to put their needs prior to your own and this is how patients are treated? We are very patient people, as you can see, we were with Dr. Yasmin for 2 years, but our patience has been tested enough. For the sake of others, please understand your role as a doctor and what that role entails. We waited 45 days to receive said items and you continuously denied her. If you are looking for a doctor, please do your research and don t make the same mistake as us.

They are the worst place ever! They are not professional and they lie about everything! They lied first about the insurance coverage and then they lied that the doctor is not in the office! They gave my pregnant wife an appointment and when we arrived there a very rude lady opened the door and said we have cancelled your appointment because we don t accept Medicaid, nevertheless Amerigroup insurance confirmed that they are in network and their front desk confirmed the appointment with my wife two times with the details of her insurance! Very bad service and people! Glad that she didn t go inside the clinic because they are not a trustworthy and they should be closed and not to service anyone! This is the ABSOLUTE worst doctors office on the planet. I have been waiting for someone to reach out and go over my lab results for close to 5 months now. I can every month and the office says they will have someone call back shortly. Also, they miscoded my wellness exam and billed me for the lab work when it s supposed to be free. And then tried to charge me for a mental wellness exam that consisted of asking me a few questions. I would avoid this place like the plague!

I dont understand how they stay open! Im a caregiver and trying to get a hold of them is a fight and trying to get them to do there job really is a fight.... I wish you could give no stars or even - stars this place is going to get reported!

Went to get a covid test Tuesday 01/12/21 at 9:00am they told me I would have my results my midnight! Well its now Friday 01/15/21 and they can t find my test! I have called may times and been promised a call back! All they need to do is be honest and tell me they lost it so i could have gone again! If negative i was going to get my covid vaccine today but now i had to reschedule till February! How unprofessional!!!!!

It s been 6 days since I tested at their rapid 24 hours advertisement. I had to go elsewhere to test. Wouldn t waste time on this place. I wish I would have looked at the reviews they have open spots all day which is why I made the trip To frisco. I hate they charged my insurance for something I didn t get as advertised. If I ever get the results.

It has been 4 days since I went for a test and I am still waiting on my results. They also forgot to return my daughters insurance card. I decided to reorder a new card just from how slow everyone there was moving and the long line wrapped outside to the street. I ve been against the testing since day one but I agreed to do it this one time for my wife s piece of mind. This experience just added my conspiracy theories and I damn sure won t be coming to get tested here ever again. And from the looks of all the reviews before mine, they mess up often.

Big Scam! Please Beware, I got tested yesterday around 11:45 AM after waiting in line for over an hour with an appointment and did not get my results same day as marketed and also as they assured me both through FB and over the phone, in fact I did not get my results at all. I received a phone call today a few hours before my flight to tell me that the sample they took was invalid and that I had to come back and get tested again and wait in line for hours and go through the same process, what a joke! Thanks for messing up with my travel plans and costing me a fortune to get tested at actually a legitimate facility! Please do yourself a favor and don t go there especially if you are traveling! Oh and they do marketing under other names! I will report them to Fb so they can stop scamming people, you should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people during a global Pandemic

If there was a 0 rating, I would do that specially for Dr. Khalida Yasmin. Never heard any doctor come and tell their patient that she will not see them because she does not does think she will get payment from the insurance. This is what happened to my wife and daugther today. They were new patients, her office accepted the insurance, validated everything with the insurance and I communicated with her office beforehand giving them all the information they needed. When my wife showed up at the office she was told by her staff that their will be a copay which my wife paid, along with doing the new patient paperwork. They were checked in, had their vitals done by the nurse and waited for the doctor to come in and tell them that she could not see them. Dr. Yasmin, this is so uprofessional at all levels. Your staff pre validated things, you had my wife and my kid in your office more than an hour and then you tell them that you can cannot see them. How truly disappointing? If thats how you interact with patients, not sure who would want to be seen by you either. I will file a complain to the Texas Medical Board as well. To all the folks out there, think twice before you go to this doctor.
