When it came to the people who helped with getting the case together they were nice and helpful, but when it came to dealing with Rick McGuire he s the most disrespectful and rudest person ever. He got my case mixed up with someone else s then I tried to have a conversation over the phone with him wouldn t even let me talk just kept yelling and when I finally was able to say something I asked is there a reason why he s being so rude especially when I m a client and was told I needed to find a new attorney. He would always send me letters insulting me, when I finally received my file I found out he stole $2,500 from me and won t answer phone calls anymore all of a sudden.Would never recommend him to anyone disrespectful and unprofessional!

This is the worst law firm I ve ever seen in my life these people don t communicate with you don t help you at all. all they do is tell you it s their policy it s their policy they do nothing to help their customers they do not care what you have going on in your life the only thing they care about it their money they don t care about the customers at all I would never recommend these people to anyone I will never use them again it s been almost a year and the lady I just spoke with has a such a poor attitude ridiculous.

I called Rick McGuire law office after I was rear ended. Right away they got me started with medical care. The girls in his office are very friendly and helpful. I feel like I am in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good law firm.

At moment of stressful auto accident, thank God my only needed call was office of Rick McGuire, the prompt, caring attention given was godsend. At time of also dealing with covid, Im here to recommend highly the highly professional help given to me and my daughter. Immediately they came to my home in Katy Tx, and I received all help to get process going, all steps were explained well to me, they provided us a wonderful medical team to help with our injuries, all questions are answered by very efficient staff, Mr. McGuire treats you like family. Does best job to help his clients. I highly recommend him and all his staff. Accidents are very stressful times and they take charge and relieve a client of all stressful worries, my car was fixed promptly and results were very good. The 1rst and only call youll need to make.

I would recommend this lawyer to anyone who was in a accident.My case manager was very prompt getting all information and documents that was required for my case. She was very responsive when any communication was required letting me know what was going on and to sit back and rest and let her do her job and to be patient and if its anything needed please dont hesitate to contact her.while waiting for this lawsuit to process. More than anything i was impressed with the timely manner to do anything that was done majority of lawyers take their precious time but my lawyer moved swiftly. Thanks Rick McGuire

Great experience so far! I am always notified when something new is taken place, on my case! And I m Very big on Communication! So that plays a major part for me! And whenever I have questions! UPDATE: I was threaten by Rick to delete my review or I won t receive my $400ish check. Worst experience ever but I guess this was a lesson learned. Btw I eventually received the check. Still waiting for my check which, isn t equivalent to the amount I was lead to believe I would get. I will however, update my rating once that come in.. what I can say is the people in the office seemed to be very helpful over the phone. As, the months have past I m starting to think I have been scammed and might need a lawyer to get my money from Rick. Personally, I would not refer rick McGuire to anyone but as I stated above once my check come in if that ever happens I WILL update.

This personal injury firm is hands down the best! I was in a car accident and contacted this firm, I was injured in the accident and in a lot of pain. They set me up immediately with medical treatment. I do not know what I would have done without their help. The staff was very helpful and kept in contact with me. They settled my case and all my medical bills were paid.

I worked for this firm for several years until I moved. They worked a case for a family member. Here is what I liked about this law firm. First more than one attorney is involved in the cases. During the lunch hour the firm paid for our lunch so we spent time meeting on cases. They wanted there clients to have good medical treatment so they worked with qualified specialist to get the right test and treatment. There is no voice mail. Rather than settling a case without pushing the insurance companies they would file lawsuits where most law firms dont. This is important as the insurance companies know who will stand up to them and who want. This happened in my family members case. When the litigation department in the firm filed a lawsuit after a low offer the case then settled for policy limits. They had a saying that if you followed there instructions you would win. If you didnt you would have a problem case. I enjoyed the work and learned a lot about injury law.

This man is a LIAR AND A THIEF. He kept my entire settlement, did NOT give me a single dime of the $10,000 I was supposed to get, which was my part AFTER medical bills & his 35%, he kept it all of it. Do NOT trust this SCAM ARTIST!!!
